Il posto dove tornare! È stata la nostra terza volta qui e sicuramente non l'ultima. SLS ha i migliori locali, il miglior personale, le migliori viste e la migliore piscina.

We loved our stay at the SLS. They surprised us on 2 separate occasions with a dessert as we were there for our honeymoon. The rooftop view & pool was stunning. The hotel is super close to Dubai Mall. About a 20-30 min drive away from the beach. Super easy to get a Taxi. The breakfast every morning was great. Staff was super friendly. My only complaint would be, they wanted to charge us for ice which I have never had a hotel do before. Other than that, wonderful stay.

SLS dubai is always my first choice whenever I visit dubai. Specially room 566 burj Khalifa view. The swimming pool on the top is amazing atmosphere

I was upgraded due to the ongoing construction next to the hotel. 1) As for hotels in Dubai, the room itself is of a fairly standard level. 2)The front desk staff and the cleaning lady were friendly and helpful. However, the phone receptionist, as well as the reception and security personnel at the 75th-floor infinity pool, were unprofessional and did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. 3) i felt very disappointed with the hair dryers (as shown in the photos). 4) Housekeeping services - waiting time:15-20mins basic. 5) The infinity pool is quite small, and I would suggest reconsidering the layout of the seating area. 6) Breakfast, it was a basic buffet with limited options and nothing particularly noteworthy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely come back again when we visit Dubai. We would like to send our appreciation to The gentleman called Firuz who works at the door entrance and assisted us with our luggage. Firuz is a super star at this property. He is super friendly and attentive. His exceptional service and hospitality really makes a difference. Thank you. The view of our room Sky Premium King Room with Balcony is spectacular. The infinity pool is a must go.

Elizabeth and Lea at the reception gave us a warm welcome, were incredibly kind and professional, and even upgraded our room – a gesture that really elevated our experience. The hotel is stunning – clean, luxurious, and beautifully designed, with amazing views, top-notch service, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our kids enjoyed the pool and amenities, and we loved the peace and comfort. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions, and the food was fresh, delicious, and diverse. I must say, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations! The hotel manager Lura was incredibly humble and responsive❤️❤️❤️,accommodating all types of requests with a smile. It was evident that the staff worked well together to enhance the guest experience. One standout moment was when the front desk was busy with check-ins. To expedite the process, they opened the bar area for check-ins, which saved us a lot of time. This thoughtful approach truly showcased their commitment to excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I will definitely return!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. The view of the Burj Khalifa was stunning, especially at night. The hotel itself is new and very clean, with modern amenities and a fresh atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location.

Overall good value for money. Some delays for check in that could have been better managed with more staff.

We had a problem with the hot and cold water at the shower We complaind many times and it never fixed
