Hotel in zona ARTE, The Makers' Market, Dubai

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

Ho sentito che si tratta di un nuovo hotel. La prima cosa di cui voglio parlarvi è che è molto conveniente. Quello che mi è piaciuto è stato il prezzo basso, ma c'è stata una sorpresa! Quando sono arrivato in questo hotel, mi è piaciuto molto il design della lobby anteriore! Reception alta e posti a sedere! Un foyer anteriore a tre piani con vista aperta! Adoro questo design ad alto spazio! Gli amici a cui non piace il senso di oppressione dovrebbero prima scegliere questo hotel per soddisfare le tue esigenze visive! Il terzo piano dell'hotel è disegnato con la parola ”Hui”! La luce del sole colpisce ogni stanza! Anche l'interno della stanza è in stile minimalista, con un'ampia vista! Tutte le foto dell'hotel si riferiscono alla home page dell'hotel, non c'è differenza tra le foto degli interni e quelle della home page, ma sono più larghe! Le camere al primo e al secondo piano dispongono sostanzialmente di balconi esterni dove tutti possono riposare. L'hotel è stato aperto di recente, quindi nel complesso sembra relativamente nuovo e luminoso! Stile di design verde estivo! Non ti annoierai nemmeno se rimani lì per molto tempo. Il piano destro superiore del 3° piano è il quarto piano: 1⃣️Ci sono bagni turchi e bagni turchi umidi, per un totale di quattro stanze, 2⃣️C'è anche una sala spa e sanità pubblica, 3⃣️Ci sono anche armadietti professionali dove tutti possono riporre! 4⃣️C'è una palestra con servizi completi. Anche se non mi piace lo sport, sono comunque andato per familiarizzare con l’ambiente. 5⃣️ Ovviamente la piscina preferita da tutti è indispensabile e puoi andare all'ultimo piano dalla porta accanto alla palestra! La piscina particolarmente grande e il design semplice sono perfetti per scattare foto! C'è anche un'ampia area salotto dove tutti possono ordinare cibo e bevande! Da ragazza 👧 penso ancora che ogni posto all'ultimo piano sia bello da fotografare! Lo stile del design è molto moderno! Non troverò mai un hotel con un rapporto qualità prezzo così alto! Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un mese e il prezzo mensile è molto conveniente! Gli amici abituali possono scegliere l'abbonamento mensile. A proposito il ragazzo che fa le pulizie merita un elogio👍 Si chiama Perera, è molto pulito e serio nelle pulizie, praticamente metterà in camera 2 beni di prima necessità e tante bottiglie di acqua minerale se rimane lì! Naturalmente, se vuoi ordinarne di più, può comunque soddisfarti! Le lenzuola vengono cambiate ogni giorno! A differenza di altri camerieri che si limitano a rifare il letto! Se vivi lì permanentemente, puoi nominare questo cameriere per le pulizie a lungo termine🧹! Parliamo dei dintorni! Questo hotel è molto vicino al DUBAI MALL! M O E, i due centri commerciali più grandi di Dubai, non sono lontani per circa dieci minuti. Si trova a 20 chilometri da International City e ci vado raramente perché è un miscuglio! Fondamentalmente ordino da asporto o mangio nei due ristoranti dell'hotel. C'è un altro ristorante nell'hotel dove puoi anche guardare il calcio⚽️e bere qualcosa🍺. Naturalmente consigliamo il supermercato gestito dalla gente dello Zhejiang: Wenzhou Supermarket! Questo supermercato non è solo economico quanto Please Come Supermarket! E il capo Wen Chao ha la sua base di coltivazione di ortaggi a Dubai! Assicurati che la frutta e la verdura che mangi siano appena raccolte! No preservativi! Un hotel con letti molto comodi, sia il materasso che i cuscini. Buona pressione della doccia, parcheggio gratuito presso l'hotel. È tra il porto turistico e il Burj. È bello essere al centro di tutto senza essere nel trambusto. Staff meraviglioso e colazione molto ricca. La cosa migliore è che ha una piscina sul tetto con vasca idromassaggio e vista sui grattacieli

I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.

C'erano così tante persone nell'hotel che erano passate le tre e la tessera della camera non era ancora stata rilasciata. Ho dovuto aspettare due volte per riceverla. C'era una lunga fila per la colazione, non importa che ora fosse, il parco acquatico era affollato e l'acqua calda era bollente e il grande scivolo non era affatto aperto. I biglietti per l'acquario sono gratuiti ma è molto piccolo e si visita in cinque minuti. Quando abbiamo effettuato il check-out, abbiamo scoperto che non era possibile aprire il frigorifero e che le bevande che avevamo acquistato all'interno non potevano essere estratte. Quando abbiamo rimborsato il deposito, abbiamo scoperto che non erano stati registrati ordini di consumo a nostro nome ci ha parlato il mandarino con impazienza Dopo una lunga attesa, il problema del frigorifero è stato risolto. Resterò qui solo una volta e non lo sceglierò più quando verrò a Dubai in futuro.

È una bella esperienza stare all’interno di questa nave. È una nave enorme. Abbiamo ottenuto una camera molto bella, spaziosa e fresca. Il servizio è stato buono e veloce. Tuttavia, il letto è estremamente piccolo per persone di buone dimensioni. Nel complesso la nave sembrava un vecchio film horror hollywoodiano in cui tutto era abbandonato. È difficile trovare indicazioni stradali e può diventare spaventoso con pochissime persone in giro. È anche come tornare indietro nel tempo esplorando luoghi che sarebbero stati occupati da molte attività commerciali e persone. Spero che lo facciano rivivere di nuovo perché Dubai è quasi sempre piena di turisti.

La posizione è eccellente, vi si trova vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e in un buon cuore della città con facile accesso alle principali attrazioni. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, offrendo un perfetto ritorno dopo un giorno di esplorazione occupato. Il valore per i soldi è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la gamma di servizi disponibili. L'hotel offre grandi strutture, tra cui una piscina ben mantenuta, che è stato un punto di rilassamento. Tuttavia, l'aspetto più impressionante è stato il servizio clienti. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e supportivo, facendomi sentire a casa. Nonostante il mio bilancio sia molto rigoroso, mi sentivo di aver ricevuto un trattamento a cinque stelle.
