Prima di tutto ho visto che è un hotel a 3 stelle, quindi l'ho prenotato ma quando sono entrato nella mia camera sono rimasto scioccato, la camera e i mobili erano molto vecchi, il sedile del water del bagno sporco era giallo dall'interno e la vasca perdeva e non c'era una doccia separata , nessuna presa di corrente vicino al letto, solo 1 presa di corrente vicino al divano, quindi non consiglierò questo hotel a nessuno e il mio suggerimento a Trip.com di cambiarlo da 3 stelle a 1 stella

L'upgrade della camera non era migliore di quello che avevamo prenotato, il letto extra per il bambino era costituito da tessuti solidi lasciati dietro il divano. La doccia del bagno si allagava ogni volta, non molto pulita, il sedile del water pendeva, Molto rumoroso di notte. La luce nell'armadio non spegneva le prese di corrente piuttosto instabili e scintillanti, i menu per il servizio in camera tutti appiccicosi e attaccati insieme.

Bel posto . L'addetto alla reception mi ha permesso di effettuare il check-in prima del previsto. Eccellente. Tuttavia, quando ho invitato un'amica a stare con me, le è stato rifiutato l'ingresso anche se aveva una copia del suo passaporto. Il resto è stato eccellente. Buon servizio ! Grazie e ti benedico.

My stay at Nihal hotel was unfortunately extremely below par this time. The housekeeping of this hotel was bad. We did not get soap for our hotel for the entire time we were booked there, they always said check the dispenser but it was empty. There was a rancid smell in the room and they had an issue with replenishing towels. We had to ask for the towels to be replenished quite a few times during our stay there. The breakfast was good at times and uneatable at times. I rarely give bad reviews but this has been the most sub par stay at a 3 star hotel I have experienced. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience. In the bathroom don't have anything like shower gel. Shampoo. The towel is so bad like a 1 year old. The room has an oil paint smile . Manager attitude is so Rough
