Gentile Direzione, Desidero segnalare un episodio spiacevole avvenuto presso la vostra struttura, che ha evidenziato una mancanza di cortesia e professionalità da parte del personale della reception. In un momento di emergenza, ho contattato telefonicamente la reception e mi ha risposto una persona (voce maschile) che, anziché assistermi, ha ignorato la gravità della situazione e ha concluso la chiamata senza fornire alcuna soluzione. Subito dopo, ho provato a ricontattarvi più volte, effettuando ben 8-9 chiamate, senza ottenere alcuna risposta. Non avendo alternative, sono stata costretta a scendere personalmente in reception, lasciando momentaneamente da solo in camera un bambino piccolo, con tutti i rischi e le preoccupazioni che ciò comporta. Una volta arrivata, con mia grande sorpresa, ho trovato il personale della reception tranquillo e apparentemente libero, senza alcuna situazione di emergenza o impegno che giustificasse la mancata risposta alle chiamate. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, mi è stata data una risposta superficiale e poco professionale (“Ah, boh, non saprei perché”). La reception dovrebbe rappresentare un punto di supporto costante per gli ospiti, soprattutto in situazioni di emergenza, e il personale dovrebbe essere formato per affrontare tali situazioni con professionalità, empatia e prontezza. The room cleaning is very good nice view and amazing pool they have pool for kids and playing area the food 😀also nice room is amazing big and comfortable clean with good view and amenity staff are frindly specially rabin ,bapendra they are did their good job.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. Excellent place to stay. Rooms are very clean and modern. Room staff Rashid is very friendly and I don’t have to ask him for any extra cleaning he cleans up before that!

I had an outstanding experience with Rabin, Daniyel, and Amrit at Adagio. They provided exceptional cleaning service—thorough, professional, and courteous. Their polite demeanor and excellent communication made the entire process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend their services!

The hotel stay for a year and is very comfotable all the staff are so accomodating specially rashid and supervisor rabin from housekeeping thay are lovely ,the room also well clean and good view the food also nice ,I love the gym its big and all equipment are thair

Mr Rabin has been so helpful, he provided one of the best services I’ve ever experienced in any hotel. Great service from this hotel, they supported all of my room cleans and they helped me through any troubles I have needed. This has been helpful!

Wonderful surprise to have discovered this comfortable hotel and apartments gem in a neighbourhood of trees, grass and out of the city noise. Restaurants, swimming pool and gym with sauna facilities are in top shape. And so is the personal trainer, Michael with his boxing and workout sessions to those who seek to improve their health, fitness and stress release.

We stayed in this hotel apartment for nearly full month of april and i could say that it was a very nice place. The staff are very accommodating, facilities are 5* and the food on their breakfast buffet are sumptuous. Big thanks to Mr. Nawaraj for quickly helping me retrieve my valuables and passport which I left behind. The concierge were extra helpful and always smiles. Overall, it was an incredible place to stay and I immensely enjoyed the services. Try and you will never regret.

The only good thing I can say is the service of Ying, she has been very good at her job, she’s definitely one of those people every hotel needs . Perfect customer service , perfect interaction . She just knows how to handle guest properly. She’s definitely a person I would like to deal with when checking in. The pool and gym staff did a great job as well. Receptionist Noor showed annoyance when we asked for help. She talks to us like as if we are not guests of the hotel. She showed no willingness to help even to other colleagues that was there with me. Seif on the other hand, is a bit of a liar. The night before our check out, we asked how much it would cost if we wanted to extend our stay for a day . Seif said it’s only going to cost us 215 AED (price given to our company), he is aware that I was in the 1 bedroom apartment. Another colleague was in another 1bhk and she was informed the same price as well as those colleague of ours who were in the standard studio. Since we were informed of that price, we decided to stay a bit longer, unfortunately on the day of our supposed check out, we went to the reception to extend our room as what instructed by him. Unfortunately, we were told that for extension it’s gonna cost 500+ aed for the 1BR and 400+ aed for the standard studio . We explained about the price we were told and unfortunately Seif denied it . We then had to pack our things in a rush and look for a place to move to. BECAUSE OF THAT WRONG PRICE INFORMATION, 2 of my colleagues were on the streets until 10pm with their suitcases looking for an apartment to move to.

This receptionist named Noor is the most useless receptionist (yes that’s the word I can only describe her) I have ever dealt with in my entire stays at hotels. She shows annoyance when we asked for help. She talks to us like as if we are not guests of the hotel (long staying guest in fact) . The other Indian lady is another pointless receptionist, she asked what you need and she won’t even let you know if she’s doing it for you or not. She just makes you wait there without saying anything . I would have given this hotel 5 star but because of those Indian girls and this reception supervisor Seif , 0 star would be even better . The only good thing I can say is the service of Ying, she has been very good at her job, she’s definitely one of those people every hotel needs . Perfect customer service , perfect interaction . She just knows how to handle guest properly. She’s definitely a person I would like to deal with when checking in and not those unhelpful Indian ladies. Seif on the other hand, is a bit of a liar. He would promise guest to transfer them to a different room when there’s an available one and yet he wouldn’t do such thing . I even went to the reception about an update 2 days later as he promised but unfortunately he didn’t endorse anything about a room transfer. Nada . Everybody at the reception has no idea about the guest concerns. The night before our check out, we asked how much it would cost if we wanted to extend our stay for a day . Seif said it’s only going to cost us 215 AED (price given to our company) take note, he is aware that I was in the 1 bedroom apartment. Another colleague was in another 1br apartment and she was informed the same price as well as those colleague of ours who were in the standard studio.
