Room is big and clean, food was great at the restaurant, there was one lady at the reception called May she was amazing and helpful, pool was good and big The only thing missing in this hotel is having some activities especially after pool closed Otherwise the trip were great

It was an amazing weekend with my family, the staff were very nice ad they upgraded my room to the top category room just for small issue, they allow me to do late check out until 4, overall amazing place definitely will go back again and again

Breakfast in 81 restaurant need to be more diverse Boggy need to be more available as average waiting time 8-10 min Kids club to be free for all ages and closing time is from 1 PM to 3 PM which is not suitable and inconvenience for most visitors Other facilities like steam, Jacuzzi are not available

其他都很好，衹是房間有點太大，過於空曠，有點睡不着。對於喜歡住大房間的也許是有點。早餐略微有點寒磣，基本重甜食。感覺還不如快捷酒店Rove的標準高

Da italiana pensavo di trovare qualche difficoltà invece la struttura è eccellente , il ristorante ha personale educato e competente in particolare Reda, oltre a capacità operative parla benissimo italiano e questo ha contribuito a farmi sentire a casa. Consiglio vivamente di venire qui sarà una vacanza fantastica.

Stayed at JA Lake View resort hotel. Rooms are fantastic, high quality resort, perfect for family vacation, highly recommended. Very good breakfast service by Rizwan, Nethmi and Keshaw. Professional, clean, and helpful at all times. Coming back soon!

Really good hotel with best services, and everything especially meal at the restaurant are really good, all food are delicious and place are very clean, all staff at the restaurant also helpful, one staff Rizwan who serving us did really good services....kept up the good works and services

The place is so clean and staff are really good and nice especially Rizwah, Fiona and Ushman in the food area. Rooms are wide and amenities are really good. Food are good and has variety we can choose. People in Concierge are also so nice and helpful.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. As a family of 4, we enjoyed the new facilities, wide selection of food including healthy food for small children like soups and porridge. +The staff is very professional and friendly, Sunny from housekeeping, waiters at 81 restaurant, reception staff in charge of booking shuttles, Nadia from animation team made our vacation an unforgettable experience. Thank you! - the air and sea water are polluted with car fumes. All inclusive limited package is confusing for both staff and guests.
