Hotel Atour a Dongguan

退房當天點評不了，隔了好幾天才想起來寫點評，因為孩子上學放假的時間有限，平時衹能帶孩子離家稍微近一點的地方玩耍，帶着兩個兩個孩子來東城這邊住酒店就算是度假了，這也是我第N次來這家酒店住了，成為了這家酒店的“釘子户”，以前住酒店都會優先選擇華住會旗下的酒店，但從第一次來到33小鎮這家亞朵酒店，跟亞朵的緣分從此開始，起初是因為父母帶給兩個孩子在星河城報了培訓班，家住南城的我們就想着晚上帶孩子在附近住個酒店就當是小小的度假了，二來呢上培訓班也方便，所以便跟這家酒店員工成為了好朋友，他們也知道我跟孩子的喜好及需求，每次過來前台都會提前給我們安排好更靠近裏面一間的房間，這邊房間安靜更利於孩子的休息，餐廳的大姐會根據孩子的口味打好餐，客房的姐姐每次在我們出去的時候就會把衞生打掃好，同時把我跟孩子的衣服拿去洗好並送回房間，然而這些事情我衹是第一次在這裏住的時候提過而已，後面每次都做得如此仔細，還有前台的錦楓小哥哥有空就會過來給孩子輔導作業，還教孩子畫明信片，當我忙的時候會幫我託管孩子，特別是這一次孩子來這邊參加比賽，開始前的十幾分鍾才發現比比賽專用的文具落在了酒店，要是回去拿，來回的時間肯定來不及了，這時我便聯繫了還在上班的錦楓，在最賽前的最後一分鐘便給我送到了，真非常感謝他們，錦楓也成了我在亞朵的“萬事通”，一有問題我便會聯繫他，最最最讓我認可亞朵的便是他們做了這些他們原本沒有義務做的一些事了，亞朵的每位員工都很用心，這並不是個例，入住的每一家亞朵都會有驚喜，這是在別的酒店品牌沒有過的體驗，之後每次出去自駕旅行或者是給朋友訂房，有亞朵的地方一定是優先選擇訂亞朵的，他們每次給我的反饋都是亞朵的服務真好，現在他們都成了亞朵粉

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The place was absolutely exquisite and impeccably clean. From the moment I arrived, I noticed the soothing music playing throughout the hotel, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The entire hotel also smelled wonderful, which added to the overall pleasant experience.Although I don't speak Chinese and the staff didn't speak English, they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist me. They helped me navigate various things, like arranging taxis and giving me suggestions on where to go. Their willingness to help despite the language barrier was truly impressive.The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the room was spotless, which is something I value greatly. 超讚的一次入住體驗！酒店位置好，剛走進大堂聞到一股淡淡的香味很喜歡，房間很乾凈沒有異味，第一次體驗亞朵的床品果然名不虛傳，整晚睡得特別香～ 設施齊全、嶄新，沖涼的水壓很足，（很喜歡浴室的三件套）洗完頭髮很順滑，隔音效果也很好。電梯的裝飾看着好治癒，回去也模仿一下，嘻嘻～酒店的員工都好熱情，辦理入住退房高效，有問必答超貼心，早餐種類豐富又美味，晚上還有免費的宵夜，品種雖然不多，卻勝在健康。而且一樓好多書，我剛坐下小妹妹就給我倒了茶來，很有眼力見哈哈哈，整體來説性價比直接拉滿，有機會再來這裏住！

住過這麼多酒店，亞朵必須排第一！服務貼心，房間整潔，床品舒適得像睡雲朵。早餐豐富，深夜還有暖心粥，性價比超高，下次還來！

The location is about 10-15 mins walk to the metro. Room is clean and stocked up with drinks in the fridge free for the guests to consumed. There is even night porridge provided between 9:30-11.00pm. All staff are pleasant and courteous. Only criticism I have is the hot breakfast should be warm and heated better. Likewise the night porridge. Overall, highly recommended

The complimentary laundry service was a delightful surprise—not only did they wash our clothes for free, but they also folded them neatly and delivered them to our room. The team was consistently friendly, attentive, and sincere in their hospitality. Location: The hotel’s location is perfect! It’s within easy reach of local markets, a variety of restaurants serving delicious and affordable food, and plenty of shops. Whether for dining, shopping, or exploring, everything was conveniently accessible. Hotel & Room: The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable—especially the bed, which ensured a great night’s sleep. The added perks like free supper and free-flow drinks in the lobby were wonderful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Oggi ho soggiornato in modo speciale all'hotel di Luzhuang Xiaogang, Dongjiang, e mi aspettavo una notte confortevole e confortevole.
