The location was perfect for us - right behind the cable car (literally 5 min on foot to get there). Great view. We had some issues with cleanliness upon arrival, some got our room upgraded (we got a 2-bedroom apartment for one night, before the room we booked originally was cleaned up). And that apartment was gorgeous: spacious and clean.

Отличный отель! Чистый, новый и уютный, а главное тихий. Очень приветливые и гостеприимные хозяева, помогали по любому вопросу. Их добродушие будем долго вспоминать ❤️
Отличное соотношение цена/качество. Рекомендую 👍
Отель находится с обратной стороны от главного канала с гондолами, в самом центре района Grand World. До канала идти 50м, но при этом тихо и нет толп туристов под окном. Рядом отличная и недорогая кафешка “Sun”, можно из отеля еду заказывать, можно пройтись 10м.
P.S. карты Apple Maps и Grab имеют очень плохую детализацию района Grand World и данный отель не находят. Если едете из аэропорта, то ищите отель на Google Maps и показывайте адрес водителю.

Ha avuto un ottimo soggiorno nel Grand World Phu Quoc! Il trasferimento aeroportuale gratuito è stato incredibilmente conveniente e apprezzato. La sua posizione è perfetta per esplorare la zona. We booked this hotel last minute so when we arrived the bungalow wasn’t quite ready.The receptionist was very helpful despite there being a language barrier. She went above and beyond to sort out some tickets and a taxi for us. The room was clean and nicely furnished, there was complimentary beverages and toiletries. the whole of the outdoor area was well kept and attractive. Lovely swimming pool.

Abbiamo affittato un Studio Apartment con una cucina che aveva tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. L'ospite era davvero amichevole e utile. La stanza è molto pulita e bella. Ci siamo apprezzati completamente il nostro soggiorno e siamo in grado di affittare una moto dall'hotel per esplorare l'isola.

Very beautiful well designed apartments made of quality materials.
The most important things for me in all apartments are bed and quietness. This flat has both!
Bed mattress is super comfortable (not hard) what is rare in apartments in Vietnam, as well as high quality pillows and heavy duvet hugging you at night.
Location is 5 min walk to the Venice canal where they perform the shows, on the quite street facing Radisson resort, but during the evening shows you can hear a bit musical bass in your flat. But it’s for short period of time so not bothered even me who is very sensitive to any noise.
The only one down side was that my apartment wasn’t cleaned and towels were not changed during 4 nights stay, and bottles of water were replaced only once when I asked.
Overall it was pleasant stay and the owner speaks a bit Russian ( English no).
I wish Vietnam has more this style and such high quality apartments!

Il capo è un locale, anche se il linguaggio non è comprensibile, non è buono in inglese, ma con il software di traduzione, ci ha portati a correre tutto il viaggio, particolarmente amichevole, entusiasta e paziente, il valore emotivo è pieno!!E questo prezzo è prenotato per due camere e la colazione è troppo grande. Ci ha fatto la colazione da solo!

The location is truly ideal — right by the sea and within walking distance to Sunset Town and the cable car station. One of the highlights was watching the nightly fireworks show from our window, starting at 9:30 PM — a magical touch!
The property is a hotel combined with a coffee shop on the ground floor. While it doesn't offer the same extensive facilities as larger hotels — for example, there's no sofa lounge or prominent front desk — the room was clean and comfortable, perfect if you're just looking for a good night’s sleep in a simple, cozy setting. Room amenities were basic, but sufficient.
Breakfast isn’t served on-site; instead, it’s provided at another property under the same brand. On our first day, we were taken there by buggy, and on subsequent days, we were transported by motorbike with help from the staff. The breakfast menu offered around 10–12 items, but you could only choose 4. Drinks like juice or coffee weren’t included and needed to be paid for separately.
Despite the simplicity, the charm of the location, the peaceful atmosphere, and the warm service made our experience with Lotus HomeCafe and Cable Car Station enjoyable and unique. A great option for those who prioritize a scenic, quiet stay over luxury amenities.

KKtim_Hotel molto carino e molto conveniente! La stanza è abbastanza grande, potrebbe essere più pulita (sotto il letto e in bagno) ma il resto è stato semplicemente eccellente! Tutto è molto ben tenuto e anche il servizio di pulizia funziona! È abbastanza lontano dalle parti principali dell'isola ma se ti piace usare uno scooter è tranquillo e comodo! Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel!

The room was amazing — beautiful, clean, and absolutely worth the price! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Every room has air conditioning, plus there are 4 TVs, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a full set of kitchenware — everything you could possibly need.
The best part!!! You can watch the fireworks for free right from the private balcony — so exclusive! Two bedrooms and the balcony have stunning sea and city views. You can enjoy the fireworks up close without any crowds.
The room is beautifully decorated, perfect for taking photos from many corners — it looks straight out of Pinterest. Overall, it’s totally worth it, very impressive, and I’d love to come back again!

BBogusia MariaI recently stayed at De Stefano Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no bathtub, as I was expecting one from the photo of my room ☹️.
The breakfast was okay, but it became quite monotonous after a few days since the same three dishes were served daily. It would be great to see more variety in the future.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location was fantastic—close to everything with a beautiful view and a lovely neighborhood. A special shout-out to the counter girl who was very helpful! She assisted us in purchasing tickets for the water park and cable car. While I wouldn’t recommend the water park, the cable car ride was definitely a highlight.
Despite the minor drawbacks, the hotel’s cleanliness, great location, and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. With a little improvement in breakfast variety, it would be even better.

JJoonieoMi piaceva davvero. Mi hanno preso dall'aeroporto alle 11:00, e l'hotel è molto pulito con una piscina accanto a lui. È solo una breve passeggiata sulla spiaggia, e ci sono molti ristoranti vicino. C'è anche un libero 19 fermo di autobus accanto a lui, e dopo un giro 30-minute, si può andare a King Kong Mart. Herring Hotel è stato economico e ha un buon valore. Mi piaceva davvero.

UUtente ospiteLa casa degli ospiti è vicino al mercato notturno, 100 metri. Molto conveniente per tutto! Mangiare, shopping sono solo in basso. Se mi avvicino un po' verso la strada esterna, c'è il mare, la spiaggia (per nuotare).
La camera è molto buona per questo prezzo, con condizionatore d'aria e ventilatore e frigo. La camera è pulita, letto e asciugamani sono puliti.
Sebbene l'esterno sia il mercato, la stanza è tranquilla di notte, e penso sia perché la mia finestra non è sul lato della strada, è in direzione opposta.
Questa è una casa di ospiti di famiglia. Pulizia. e bella pepe. Il capo è bello, e è felice di aiutare. Può capire l'inglese semplice. Mi ha aiutato a noleggiare una moto per risparmiare soldi da un taxi costoso.
Tutto è buono, solo la stanza non è così grande come penso, ma è abbastanza grande.

Предлагалось это бесплатно, мини бар платно. При выселение из отеля попросили заказать такси на утренний вылед, чтобы наверняка😊, цена соответствовать как по грабу. Уже в аэропорту таксист сказал, что нужно доплатить за лапшу 🤣🤣🤣 что это ему сказали в отеле. Поэтому ещё раз уточнейте все ”бесплатные” плюшки, и номер сдавайте персоналу.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the cable car station, the kiss of sea show and the night market, which is very convenient.
The overall decoration style is novel and has no odor. The space is large and spacious enough, and it is not a problem to place a large piece of luggage. It is particularly worth mentioning that some rooms are also equipped with balconies to enjoy fireworks in the room. The bedding is clean and tidy, providing free toothbrush toothpaste towels and other necessities. Water and snacks are also provided for free every day. This service makes people feel warm and thoughtful.
