A homeless person may just find this location disgusting enough to go back to their regular spot. We only saw 1 staff person at any point in time. We were mortified upon checkin/arrival to this hotel. It was extremely unfortunate for us that it was 12am and we didn't have another option but to stay with our booking. We could not find another hotel for the next night either or we would have certainly moved. I'm ashamed and embarrassed for WY that they would allow such a low quality facility to display their logo. We have 23 photos that give you a true view of this hotel. It was most certainly not just the Guest room, but the entire facility: Elevator, hallways, pool, exercise room, breakfast area, water wall feature in the lobby, snack/ice machines, luggage carts, check-in process, the list goes on. The guest room (hallways too) just stunk like mildew and smoke, Fridge was froze over, splatters of WKW on the walls, ripped curtains, pillow stunk and bed felt like chunks of foam, bathroom floor was filthy as well as the carpet - stained and wet feeling, used a white washcloth to wipe everything down and it was brown when finished.

La prima camera aveva un cattivo odore dal bagno. Gli ho detto che un addetto alla manutenzione ha detto che stavano avendo problemi con un appaltatore che bloccava cose sbagliate o faceva un lavoro a metà.
