Se hai il sonno leggero e ti danno una stanza con finestra interna, corri. La finestra interna si apre su un “pozzo” comune e l'udibilità è semplicemente incredibile. Si sentono conversazioni, bambini che urlano, TV, starnuti, vomito, tosse, musica. È difficile dormire anche con i tappi per le orecchie. Perché dall'altra parte c'è l'ascensore e le scale, da dove arriva anche il rumore.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati molto felici di soggiornare qui. Tutto era perfetto. Questo hotel è anche vicino al mini market 👍🏻

I believe they have two building.The room I got was different from the building on the photo which look nicer but I didn't ask too much because it's just one night I do like the big TV I guess it's like 45 inch with English Channel the shower have good water pressure and enough hot water one thing to keep in mind there'll are ants

This hotel deserves better recognition! Despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience 🥰 We were even allowed to check in early since there was a room available — such a thoughtful gesture! The room was incredibly spacious, with high water pressure and a super comfortable bed, what a great deal. The location is also very strategic — close to major tourist attractions and halal food restaurants. Thank you, Ha Na Hotel! I’ll definitely come back again 💖

The room is nice, but it’s not soundproof, you literally can hear everything outside.

The balcony room should be better than the other room. The basic room is OK. The location is good as well.

The room is spacious and bright. Overall, the room is good. However, there was a significant drawback that made it impossible to ignore, and I couldn’t sleep during my entire stay in this room. The issue was the noise and the lack of soundproofing. The windows didn’t close tightly, and some didn’t close at all. It was very noisy, with children and people shouting late into the night. It was very hard to fall asleep. However, the room is still bright, clean, and the hotel’s location is convenient. Perhaps, one day, the noise insulation issue will be addressed, as it interferes with comfortable stays and sleep.

After arrival they told me my room is full and transported me to different hotel. Room and location was similar to what I booked

This hotel is near the lake and the Dalat night market is a little bit confused if you first check in. But after you stay it is easy to go out, the staff is so helpful and kind. They also have room cleaning everyday so don't worry your room will be clean everyday when you go out. The bathroom is nice All the stuff in the bathroom is new they give you slippers, towels, toothpaste, shampoo and soap. Also they have so many stop contact in this room. The atmosphere in the morning is so warm you can see local people do their activities and near the hotel you can eat good meals too. Thank you for making a good experience in Dalat.

Ngoài việc có phòng cho 10 người lớn thì nơi này cung không quá nổi bật ở Đà Lạt, nói chung tạm ổn nếu đi với gia đình

가성비로 그냥 묵는거 괜찮습니다 근데!!!!! 진짜 문제가 있는거는 1층에 방에 묵었는데 아침부터 너무 씨끄러워요 호텔 주인 애들이 뛰어노는건지 애들 뛰어노는소리부터 옆에 가정집?에 어떤 남자가 할머니? 부르는소리 새벽5~6시부터 그냥 소음이 소음이 장난이아님 값싼호텔이라 그냥 말안하고 참으면서 지냄 전체적으로 가성비로 묵기는 좋음 사람들도 적당히 친절하고

Gia đình mình đi 8 người lưu trú 2 đêm đặt 4 phòng tiêu chuẩn, được nâng 2 phòng delux miễn phí, nhân viên hỗ trợ check in sớm khi có phòng. Doorman thân thiện nhiệt tình thái độ vui vẻ. Lễ tân dễ thương. Dọn phòng sạch sẽ gọn gàng. KS gần chợ Đà Lạt, khu Hoà Bình, gần chè hé, sữa đậu nành, cafe An… 10’ đi bộ ra Hồ Xuân Hương.
