Ci sono molti posti bellissimi per soggiornare a Cusco, ma questo è davvero lussuoso e unico. Situato in un edificio storico, la struttura e l'organizzazione dell'hotel è spettacolare. Ci sono molti giardini per esplorare, meravigliosi spazi pubblici per assorbire la storia e la splendore, e un personale incredibile con calda e ospitalità peruviana felice di servirvi. Ci sono bellissime scene da prendere in ogni turno, e le camere degli ospiti sono grandi e invitanti. Ci siamo fermati qui per due notti, così potevamo passare il tempo libero di godere della proprietà. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante, che era eccellente.

Dal sito di un antico monastero gesuita è stato ricavato un grande hotel che gravita intorno ai meravigliosi chiostri. Il servizio è ineccepibile e la location perfetta per visitare l'antica capitale inca. Da segnalare gli arredi con quadri di santi e religiosi e la meravigliosa cappella.

La migliore esperienza dell'hotel per me in tutti i miei viaggi. Il detto che si ottiene quello che ha pagato è così accurato. Sì, è prezioso rimanere qui, ma il ragazzo vale la pena. Questo hotel è davvero un paradiso e un oasi per il vostro lungo giorno di viaggio e di cammino. In primo luogo, l'hotel è bellissimo e situato in centro. Ci sono tante attività e strutture che gli ospiti possono partecipare all'hotel. Abbiamo fatto il tour dell'hotel e interagisce con il bambino alpaca. In secondo luogo, la stanza e le strutture fornite in quella stanza erano così attentamente in tutto. Il cibo durante il colazione era grande e ci sono varietà. Ma ciò che questo hotel mi rende veramente visibile è il personale. Dalle bellboy, ai desktop frontali e ai server... tutti i membri del personale hanno curato tutti gli ospiti. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il nostro pick-up alla stazione ferroviaria (non c'è colpa dell'hotel o di noi), ma erano molto scusati e il personale voleva assicurarsi che fossimo tutti bene. In tutto. , se avete i soldi da spendere.. resta qui. E' stata una grande esperienza di due notti per mio marito e per me.

Ottimo: buon colazione; un'atmosfera storica e un hotel visibile; buona atteggiamento di servizio Mancanza: l'indirizzo deve essere cambiato; la reception è relativamente professionale e ingiusto (che problemi si incontrerà con qualcosa che si vuole fare in questo hotel, e si stima che alcuni dipendenti cercheranno di raccomandare la responsabilità); il buco è piccolo e quasi cadere; Il tipo di camera di base sembra essere in un edificio oscuro. Non riesco a capire perché dovrebbe essere progettato in questo modo. È molto suite nell'edificio principale e nella sala luminosa;

This is a beautiful building in a great location. The doormen and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with most amenities. I was however quite shocked to find paper cups in the room to drink tea from. I’ve never come across that before! I had to put one inside another so’s it didn’t bend when I picked it up. The bed was large and comfortable although it was quite noisy from very early in the morning as breakfast starts at 4.30. Breakfast was adequate although we found it hard to get orange juice. Papaya was the juice on offer . The bar and restaurant were very good. A great hotel in a great location to explore Cusco.

Il mio volo è stato cancellato molto da ultimo minuti e fortunatamente ho potuto prenotare questo hotel. Ho soggiornato in Hilton Garden Inn e Wyndham Hotel mentre ero a Cusco e penso che l'Hotel Cooper sia in parità con la menzione di entrambi gli hotel sopra alla pulizia, alla posizione e al servizio attento. L'omelette d'uovo è cucinato perfettamente 👍🏼. Se torno a Cusco, prenoto l'hotel Cooper di nuovo

Excelente ubicación cercano a la plaza central con todas las iglesias y monumentos que hay en ella, buenos restaurantes, tiendas y agencias de viaje también muy cercanas. Habitaciones cómodas, amplias y silenciosas, de otros viajeros hospedados en hoteles cercanos escuchamos que a sus habitaciones se les filtraba el ruido de la calle. Buen desayuno, con una variedad decente de opciones. El staff le falta un poquito mas de entrenamiento, preguntamos por la direccion de un negocio y solo nos dijeron, vaya al norte, mejor es usar google maps, Pero sin duda lo recomiendo

I was looking for a way to avoid being in a packed hostel during the pandemic, and this hotel was perfect for me. Notable features: 1) 24-hour check-in/check-out (great for when you have to leave very early for a hiking trip) 2) Included breakfast (while I was there it was just a simple breakfast of bread, sliced cheese, sliced meat, and fruit, which was fine for a relatively short stay. If you're there for longer, you might try local restaurants nearby some days since they're not expensive). 3) Private bathroom 4) Fantastic location near the Plaza de Armas (so you can come back in the middle of the day to use the wifi if needed). 5) Helpful and friendly receptionists. I'd recommend bringing earplugs since (depending on the room) street noise can be a bit loud or sound might echo from the common area. However, when balancing the amenities with the price, the overall value is fantastic.

In generale, un soggiorno fantastico. La posizione è terribile, la decorazione è fantastica, e le strutture sono uguali a opzioni molto più costose. Sono rimasto per 10 giorni e ci sono stati intrattenimenti nelle prime notti 6-8:30 o 9. Perfettamente ragionevole. Vorrei riconoscere che Matthew dal bar è fantastico. Mariluz dal Zen Spa è un operaio miracoloso, professionista e ha tenuto questo tizio in giro per molteplici tracce di alta altitudine. Ho combattuto per dormire le prime notti a causa dell'altezza, egli ha dato molte buone raccomandazioni sulla cultura di Cusco da un punto di vista locale. Selina ha reso il mio soggiorno a Cusco migliore per certo.

Mi piaceva davvero il mio soggiorno qui! Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia di 4 anni abbiamo prenotato due camere sul secondo piano, un superiore matrimoniale e un doppio superiore. Tutto era così pulito, e moderno si può chiedere un riscaldamento nella stanza se ne ha bisogno. Ci sono anche acqua calda in ogni camera che funzionava perfettamente, i letti erano così comodi e le foglie profumavano come lana pulita. In qualità questo hotel ottiene un 10/10. La colazione è stata molto deliziosa le opzioni sono piccole ma abbastanza. Il servizio è molto attento ci è sempre una bella signora chiedendo la mattina come si desidera cucinare le uova. Mi consiglierei solo di avere la possibilità di dare due uova invece di un uovo per persona. Solo che tutto il resto era sorprendente. Il servizio di fronte era fantastico. Edwin e la bella bionda ci erano così gentili. Ci consigliavano dove andare a mangiare e sempre erano attenti 24 ore. Sarei sicuramente tornato qui! La mia prima esperienza a Cusco e certamente non la mia ultima! Inoltre, è a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale Plaza de Armas. È molto centrale ma non altissima. Ci sono ristoranti, bar, negozi di droga e anche piccoli supermercati vicino. La posizione è perfetta.
