Hotel bellissimo con meravigliosi servizi e strutture, tra cui piscina privata con letti solari, palestra, spa, sala esposizione d'arte, sala giochi con tavoli da piscina e tavoli da calcio e TV con giochi sportivi in diretta. Ci sono anche attività di giornata e divertimento serale. Mi piace il tema del tono di terra neutro e mint in tutto l'hotel, che è molto calmo e rilassante. Rispetto anche l'impegno dell'hotel a favore della sostenibilità installando macchine per riempire l'acqua per riutilizzare bottiglie e fornitori riempibili di sapone e shampoo. La mia camera era calda, accogliente e pulita con una bella vista sul balcone e una varietà di canali TV e selezioni cinematografiche, tra cui Netflix. La signora pulizia era gentile nel rimettere il mio letto da due letti gemelli in un letto doppio grande con belle decorazioni di petali fiori e trattamenti di truffa di cioccolato che erano deliziosi e apprezzo i tocchi aggiuntivi. Il colazione era delizioso ans molto riempito, presentato in stile buffet con tanta varietà e scelta di diverse stazioni all'interno della sala da pranzo (cereali e granola; frutta, salate e succo; tosta e baguette; pattessarie; Stazione di colazione inglese calda con una sezione dedicata a diverse preparazioni di uova). Il personale è molto accogliente, amichevole e utile.L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente con splendide viste sul mare e sulle colline di montagna e ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Torviscas, che è meno di una passeggiata 3-minute. Ci sono anche molti negozi, bar e ristoranti locali, tra cui un McDonalds vicino alla spiaggia. Mi sono davvero divertito il mio soggiorno qui e verrò certamente a visitare in futuro!

Sto per lasciare proprio ora il Gran Tacande. Dopo diversi soggiorni a Tenerife Sud posso dire che è l’hotel migliore dove ho alloggiato. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, hotel molto curato e che si trova in una posizione comodissima su Playa del Duque. Ma mi voglio soffermare sulla gentilezza del personale, sempre sorridente, ci ha supportato per un disguido con il bagaglio ( non arrivato subito per colpa della compagnia aerea) e ci ha addirittura offerto il late check-out per “risarcire” una cosa che non era nemmeno colpa loro! Chapeau. Unico piccolo consiglio, veniale e senza molta importanza, cambiate il caffè del ristorante… Bravi bravi, grazie per tutto e torneremo da voi!

You know somewhere is good when on the plane home you're thinking about booking it again for the next year! I have to add we struck it lucky having 31-36degrees all week long in November. THE HOTEL:- Clean, tidy, staff are nice, pools are clean, food is good and some good theme nights [chinese & mexican nights were awesome] the rooms are plenty big enough, the air con works well, the evening entertainment is your normal hotel thing, never sure if to take it seriously or laugh, but enjoyable none the less, the millenium bar is a nice space for the evening. TOP TIPS FOR YOUR STAY: UPPER POOL: Packed, sad people will queue from 9am to get access at 10am, its busy, loud and even though we had 2 children with us we never went it was just too much. Bar for drinks is 1 floor above it, so at least the queuers got some exercise between sitting on sunbeds for 8 hours. LOWER POOL: Much quieter [still some people hovering to queue, but nothing like upstairs] some times takes until 10.30 to open, always beds available, bar right next to it with loads of tables and chairs, much more chill, swam every day at some point in it. BARS AND DRINKS: Alcoholic drinks are great, and the bar staff will mix anything you want on the spot, even if they think you're wierd, no drink limit, you can order 30 beers on trays and take them to your room, no problem. Soft drinks are to be avoided at all costs, this also goes for breakfast juices and fizzy drinks in the restaurant. They are dire, but an easy fix is the supermarket next door gives you 10% off prices so we just bought our own coke, lemonade and mixers and made our own drinks, they have no problem with you turning up to the bar with 4 litres of coke and ordering 12 amarettos!!!! There is a dead spot with drinking. Pool bars close at 6 and you have to wait until lobby bar opens to get another drink. Tea and coffee: Stick to the digital touch screen machines they make better coffee. OUTSIDE THE HOTEL: 10 minute walk, various routes to seafront, highlights are Cocoa Beach Bar, right on the sand and you can smoke, unlike all of the others, beer is €3 for local per glass, cocktails €7.25+. Sangres De Tores, we went everyday, great staff, perfect service €1.50 for local beer, cocktails from €4.25. Personally I wouldn't bother with the big market on Thursdays and Sundays, its absolutely heaving, and everything you can get there you can get in shops in the town at the same or better prices. AND REMEMBER, go watch the sunset from the beach it's incredible, and be sure to try a Barraquito coffee from somewhere ＜3

L'hotel si trova vicino a un centro commerciale e una catena di fast food. L'appartamento è bello e molto pulito. Il personale delle pulizie molto bene, grazie mille. C'era un ragazzo di animazione di notte e al mattino non lo abbiamo visto ma si è cambiato per una ragazza che si è presentata e ha fatto attività al mattino e alla sera, molto bene, fa annunci delle attività e si presenta a bordo piscina. C'è bingo aquagym e spettacoli di animali. Il resto del personale dell'hotel è magnifico. C'è un miniclub ma è chiuso, peccato perché veniamo in famiglia e ci sarebbe piaciuto che funzionasse. Lo spettacolo di serpenti è stato molto divertente, lo spettacolo di pappagalli non abbiamo potuto vedere. L'unica cosa di cui possiamo lamentarci è il parcheggio nella zona. È impossibile parcheggiare nella zona. Pasticceria danese molto buona e molto economica. 'Ll. Grazie mille a tutti per il vostro aiuto ed efficienza

Struttura di modeste dimensioni ma ben gestita a partire dalle camere, dalla pulizia, dal servizio ristorazione. Personale sempre sorridente e gentile, soprattutto i ragazzi dell'Alpitour che risultano ben affiatati : Francesco - capo animatore, si è contraddistinto per la bravura negli spettacoli serali; Giacomo( o Jack)- responsabile diurno, per la sua solarità e simpatia; Non di meno gli altri ragazzi Vito e Paolo per lo Sport, Andrea per il Fitness e Linda per il MiniClub dei bambini. Tutti molto bravi, sempre disponibili e gentili senza mai essere troppo invadenti. Ci porteremo sicuramente un bel ricordo sia per il posto sia per i momenti trascorsi insieme è le tante risate fatte. Grazie ragazzi, il merito sicuramente è anche vostro! Stayed here as two adults and one child (age 6) on B&B basis. We found check in easy, and were grateful for the lift to our bungalow with our luggage. The bungalow was spacious, clean and perfect for us, we also really appreciated the sun terrace nice to be able to sit out there at the end of the day. On the first night there was a lot of noise from the hotel opposite which we were worried about but glad to report there was nothing for the rest of our stay. Pools were great, temperature was just right, no problem getting a sunbed just after 10am and the towels were a bonus. Disappointing no inflatables allowed but it was a busy pool from opening to closing. The lifeguards did enforce this rule yet i don’t recall seeing any signs so there were some disappointed people. Location wise cannot fault, 10 min walk downhill to the beach, restaurants and bars, there is a big market across the road twice a week, bus stops nearby as well (including Siam park and Siam mall free buses) as is the road train stop, also supermarket a stones throw away with everything reasonably priced and lots of choice. We would recommend dinner at San Marcos across the road best pizzas we had, the irish bar across the road and babushkas next door for drinks. Hotel breakfast was plentiful but very busy between 9-10 as people tended to go there then to the pool for it opening at 10. We did the evening entertainment on our first night and never returned it was tailored to a German audience and so my son struggled to join in or find people to talk to. We tried the water carpet, bouncy castle and foam parties that were on during the day, all were very busy so we didn’t persevere with queuing for turns, again very German orientated. Overall we had a good trip, not far from airport and short taxi to Aqualand, siam park and monkey park. We enjoyed walking down to the beach for dinner most nights, the walk home was a little steeper but manageable. Would recommend this hotel for families

Ho trovato l'aparthotel decisamente comodo, in una delle zone più allegre, divertenti e piene di vita. Intorno c'è di tutto, locali di ogni genere, negozi e ovviamente il mare, spiagge molto belle. Il mio appartamento (per 4 persone anche se ero sola) era dotato di tutti i comfort. Grande, bagno spazioso, letto e cuscini comodissimi e cucina bellina e fornita di tutto il necessario. Peccato per la mancanza del bidet in bagno. Inoltre ho dovuto lottare con le minuscole formichine in cucina (sembra sia un problema comune da queste parti), non si poteva lasciare nulla sul piano cucina perché veniva immediatamente invaso. Bella la zona piscina con annessa mini piscina per bambini, vasca idromassaggio, bar con mille sfizi da bere e da mangiare e varie attività che però non ho mai fatto. Alcune persone della reception sono state un po antipatiche e fredde, ma in generale il personale è gentile. Prezzi altini per un 3 stelle, ma in linea con il posto super turistico.

La struttura è nuova , le stanze sono molto accoglienti ampie e ben organizzate .La pulizia delle stanze ,invece,è approssimativa: abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio delle lenzuola dopo...5 giorni!L abbiamo ottenuto tempestivamente grazie a Fabio,uno dei receptionist,disponibile ,professionale,l unico che ha fatto la differenza.Ci ha aiutato in varie situazioni e parla italiano perfettamente. Sala pranzo nuova ma priva di punti di luce naturali e finestre.Camerieri veloci e gentili,cibo buono e vario.L a.i. non conviene:i cocktail soni realizzati con prodotti scadenti.Quelli buoni sono a pagamento. Noi eravamo con Francorosso,inesistente e,purtroppo,inutile:questi viaggi li possiamo organizzare in autonomia.Se il personale F1rancorosso non ha voglia di lavorare,lasciatelo a casa.Noi possiamo fare da soli.

Great hostel in a rich area. The hostel is like two mansions teamed up. I stayed in December. I arrived to be greeted by Andrea (who is awesome) training two new volunteers at reception, who all kindly entertained my attempt at speaking Spanish. I did find it quite odd that 90% of the staff were incredibly good looking women. The breakfast is really good in a fantastic underground fancy cave like setting. They have themed food nights each night, while a little pricey for what you get, is a great way to meet some of the other guests. There is a really good Italian pizza place a few minutes walk inland nearby. And a park just over the road with a small calisthenics open gym area. My only note of improvement would be to ditch these squeaky clunky metal bunk beds and replace them with solid wood, maybe even more of a pod style type. Anyway thanks for the great stay
