Lascia il cattivo hotel di Hilton Berlin nei Paesi Bassi e soggiorna a Colonia, Germania. Il ricevimento del personale all'hotel mi ha spiegato con entusiasmo che la mia tariffa di alloggio era inclusa nella piattaforma per colazione e cena al ristorante dietro la reception alle 7:11. Quando si lascia il negozio, è possibile pagare un'imposta urbana. La carta di pagamento è in oro 50 euro.La temperatura della camera dell'hotel è confortevole 24 ℃ circa. Ci dovrebbero essere strutture sanitarie pulite.Molto consigliato!La prossima volta continuerà a rimanere fiero.

L'hotel mostra cinque stelle! La stanza non aveva alcun wifi, anche se mostravano tre lanci wifi differenti. I tentativi di colmare questo divario con hotspot mobili non erano utili. I rumori provenienti da altre stanze erano udibili, il che significava un brutto isolamento del rumore. Il peggiore era che in primo luogo c’era solo acqua calda bollita nel bagno, perché tutti i fornitori di acqua fredda erano chiusi, e dopo averli aperti noi stessi, uno dei due lavastovi non era funzionale. Il doccia si spostava da 38 gradi Celsius regolamentati all'acqua calda brusca e poi all'acqua fredda. Questo faceva doccia disgustosa di non dire incontri pericolosi! Puoi giudicare se questo hotel merita il rating di cinque stelle. Il nostro tentativo di comunicare le carenze è stato spinto dall'affermazione che i tecnici di manutenzione avevano lasciato! (???)

Il giardino di Cologne, Marriott, era pulito, bellissimo e un posto fantastico, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale e vicino a tutte le visibilità di Cologne. Io ero lì solo per una notte e non ho potuto fare colazione come abbiamo controllato prima che fosse servito, ma mi hanno fornito una scatola di pranzo che comprendeva un panino di caramella e formaggio, una banana e un'acqua. Il caffè e l'acqua confezionata sono 24 ore al giorno nel lobby. Le letti erano molto confortevoli e la temperatura della stanza era ideale, perché avevamo il controllo del condizionatore d'aria, mentre altri hotel che abbiamo soggiornato la stessa settimana non ci permettevano il controllo e siamo stati molto caldi. La stanza che avevamo era di grandezza e la vista era del giardino vuoto, che era estremamente tranquillo e sicuramente molto auspicabile. Il personale frontale non era amichevole al check-in, ma dopo aver controllato tutti gli altri, siamo stati molto amichevole. Non ho ricevuto il nome delle signore al servizio frontale, ma lei non ci ha certamente dato un benvenuto positivo. Glad è finita la sua turno e tutti gli altri abbiamo affrontato e passato era estremamente amichevole e questo è ciò che dovrebbe essere l'esperienza.

Il check-in più difficile che abbia mai avuto. Ho chiamato 1 giorno in anticipo per estendere la mia prenotazione. L'hotel non aveva aggiornato la prenotazione, voleva pagare il 50% di più e ha accettato di onorare il prezzo con molta stronzate, stronzate e maledetti in tedesco. Poi hanno chiesto il pagamento anticipato e mi hanno chiesto se la licenza del mio conducente fosse reale, perché ovviamente non sono tedesco. Mi hanno poi informato che non vi erano servizi di pulizia o ospiti a causa della corona, nonostante il loro soggiorno in Germania questo mese e la fornitura di servizi di base, e hanno detto che tutti gli altri erano in violazione della legge. A questo punto, dopo 30 minuti di argomento, ho deciso di trovare un altro hotel. Assolutamente rubin.

L'hotel si trova vicino alla Dom e alla stazione centrale in una tranquilla strada e dispone di un parcheggio privato (a pagamento) che ha entrate piuttosto strette e parcheggi strettamente stretti. Siamo arrivati al pomeriggio; il nostro comfort commerciale con 2 letti separati era già pronto. L'iscrizione si svolge rapidamente ed efficacemente nella piccola reception. La camera dispone di un bagno con doccia e toilette. C'è una finestra che può essere aperta. La stanza è tranquilla, anche se si trova al 1° piano. La stanza dispone di tè da caffè. È vicino alla reception la grande stanza dove si serve il buffet per colazione con una scelta molto ampia. A partire dall'hotel, si può raggiungere il centro della città con tutte le attrazioni importanti (compreso il domo di Colonia) entro 5 minuti dalla stazione. Ci sono abbastanza ristoranti intorno; l'hotel non ha ristorante per pranzo o cena.

Ottima ubicazione per chi viaggia in treno o proviene dall’aeroporto (un quarto d’ora di treno): l’hotel ha 2 ingressi, uno sulla centralissima piazza del Duomo e l’altro sull’interno della stazione. Ogni attrazione di Colonia è raggiungibile a piedi. Lo stile , come ogni hotel Ibis, è basico, ma funzionale e gradevole. Camera ben insonorizzata e con vista sul Duomo di Colonia. Colazione buona. Tv con canali Rai. Non dò il massimo dei voti per le dimensioni ridotte di camera e bagno. Comunque ci tornerei sicuramente.

A great location and a top-class hotel with great bedrooms and fantastic service. Situated below the Cathedral and a short work from the Central station, it's a short hop from the airport. The hotel is ideal for the local attractions and shopping areas. We had breakfast in the hotel once but weren't happy with the cost nor the quality. However, the hotel was of high quality with well equipped rooms which were comfortable and quiet. The seating and reception area is lovely and, after arriving late at night, we loved the little shop in reception selling snacks and drinks. Staff were wonderful. A lovely few days in a lovely city. I'd recommend arriving at night and then walking out of reception in the morning to see the amazing views of the Cathedral.

Die Jugendherberge liegt gut und ruhig, nachts ist es relativ ruhig und das Personal kann schnell kommen, aber war unmotiviert, was man an der Essensausgabe merkte. Eine Uhr fehlte bedauerlicherweise im Zimmer und die Schlösser der Wertsachenspinde im Zimmer waren sehr problemanfällig. Die U-Bahn Station ist nicht sonderlich weit entfernt, sodass man laufen konnte. Beim Essen gab es wie üblich viel zu kleine 100 ml Gläser und der einzige Wasserspender wurde immer benutzt, sodass eine 5 Meter Schlange vor dem Automaten stand. Das war beim Essen sehr nervig. Die Säfte haben nicht nach Saft geschmeckt ( und gab es nur beim Frühstück) und der Joghurt hat auch nicht nach Joghurt geschmeckt. Beim Essen war es fast immer laut, sodass man sich nur schwer verstehen konnte. Es besteht eindeutig verbesserungsbedarf. Der Rheinstrand ist sehr schön und ruhig. Allerdings in der Einflugschneise vom örtlichen Flughafen, was für Flugzeugfans sehr toll ist, aber nachts hat man auch immer die U-Bahn gehört. Auf dem Außengelände gab es außerdem noch Ratten und viele Wespen (Sommer).

Stayed for 3 nights, it's around a 15 minute walk from the Main station or Cathedral, two routes you can take, one is past the Marriott and music college, the other is up a nice pedestrian street with bars, cafes and shops on it. The hotel is in a nice urban peaceful area, 2 mins to the river front. The hotel is a 4 star officially but without a safe, fridge, or wifi I would only rate it as a 3 star. My room on the 4th floor was quiet and very clean, good storage, good bathroom with toiletries. Nice comfy bed, very big room. Check in was quick and easy although the room wasn't ready until 3pm, I could leave my bag in storage. I was in the block opposite and the restaurant was in the main complex, there is parking should you have a car. Definitely recommend it, if you don't mind the walk to the centre.

NO STATO A QUESTO HOTEL.Abbiamo trovato un enorme cazzo di cavolo nella nostra stanza. Preparatevi ad aspettare almeno 10-20 minuti per un ascensore nei fine settimana, ci sono zero strutture nella vostra stanza. Nemmeno un frigorifero o caffè. Se vuoi caffè nella tua stanza, costa un altro $25. Una gita scolastica era sul nostro piano e faceva così tanto rumore, correndo verso l’alto e verso le strade, quando chiamavamo la sicurezza E il desk front, nessuno rispose, quindi dovevamo uscire dal letto e chiedere agli altri ospiti di rimanere tranquilli, che non hanno fatto. Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 giorni e abbiamo dovuto pagare un servizio di $232 quando abbiamo controllato, e nonostante queste denunce, ci vorrebbero solo 2 giorni di riposo per i nostri disagi. Abbiamo detto loro che faremo una cattiva recensione, in modo che i futuri ospiti non siano trattati come siamo stati, in cui non si preoccupavano, il che vi dice proprio lì che non si preoccupano dei loro ospiti.

I have never been to a hotel where there was no staff present in the evening and had to collect the keys. It is interesting what COVID has done. Coming to the hotel, the location is not far from the train station - 10 min walk (longer if you are hauling luggage); once we reached, we collected the keys from the 'safe' outside the hotel. There was really no staff to guide us - it was easy getting to the room. The room was spotless and lovely in just white. A bed room plus a small separate lounge area which we found just perfect. The window overlooked the courtyard and had a fire escape access which we used as a balcony. Everything was good about the room expect the shower where the water pressure was low and was more like a sprinkler than a shower. Breakfast was actually nice - breads, coffee, cheese, fruits, eggs etc. The owners was helpful and chatty - I guess, we are all recovering and adapting to the COVID pandemic. Location wise, its perfect to get around anywhere by walking - to the Dom and surrounding areas or to the Zoo. Close to the river side as well. Stay there again, yes!

Arrived mid morning and received a friendly welcome to the hotel. Our room was ready for us and was on the first floor. Spacious room which was clean and had adequate space for storage. Bed was a twin but pushed together which suited us. The bathroom was bright and airy. Toiletries provided which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was help yourself to the buffet style. Lots of choice to suit all tastes. The location was ideal for getting about cologne, We are happy to walk everywhere but you can hire a bike, taxi , train and hop on and off bus. Get the train from the airport which will save on money. Just under €7 for two adults single fare. We really couldn’t fault our stay at this hotel.

Il nuovo ristorante dell'Hotel Antonius è chiamato, confusamente, Augustin. Aperta recentemente, è molto popolare con la gente di Colonia e parlato un po' di questo, per questo è strano che non abbia la propria entrata tripadvisor. Ecco qui. Questo è uno spazio bello, dominato da un sacco di lampade e di candele diverse che trovo un po' lampo, ma ancora bello. Le recensioni su altri siti si lamentano principalmente che sia alto - la nostra bella tavola non era. Il servizio è una sfida in Germania oggi (troppo di persone sono state sparate durante la pandemia); l'uno qui è stato amichevole e tempestivo, se talvolta dimenticato. Il menu è divertente - i biglietti di posto si forniscono da soli cibo di conforto tedesco non favoloso, ma i prezzi sono molto gourmet. Ma abbiamo trovato il cibo molto più alto di quanto suggeriscano le affermazioni inverse - coraggioso, aromatico, davvero bello. Anche buone porzioni. Bella selezione aperta di vino, ben temperata. In generale, un benvenuto supplemento alla scena alimentare di Colonia.
