Mi piace molto soggiornare qui, anche se la comunicazione è molto limitata, ma sono molto disponibili. I bambini adorano l'hotel. Offrono una lavanderia self-service 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, quindi è molto utile. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel.

Hotel is big and clean. Nice to stay and comfortable. Good hotel to stay for VAC Festival Zhu Hai.

We can check in early and get the tickets to ocean kingdom. Put your bag in storage then go and play. The show starts at 5pm but recommend to go in around 4pm to get the best seats.

If you're heading to Chimelong, this hotel is seriously on point. It’s got that amazing circus vibe everywhere—the whole place feels magical from the moment you step in. 1. Location, Location, Location: The best part is how close it is to the parks. The Penguin Hotel is technically the closest to the main entrance of Ocean Kingdom, but the Circus Hotel is still super near. We're talking like a 3-to-5-minute walk tops. You're also right next to the International Circus, which is super handy. You can't beat that convenience when you're dragging tired kids (or yourself!) back after a long day of fun. 2. The Lobby and Logistics: The main entrance area is a real showstopper—it's got that big, grand lobby feel with all the cool circus decorations. For getting around, it's totally smooth. Calling a Didi (China's taxi/ride-share) is a breeze, which is great for arriving or heading out of the resort area. 3. Food Delivery is a Snap: Hungry but don't want to leave the hotel? No stress. The hotel is well-set up for the modern traveler. There's a designated, easy drop-off spot right in front of the lobby for your ******* (or other delivery) food. You don't have to wander all over to grab your late-night snack. 4. Dinner is a Must-Do: You absolutely have to check out the buffet at their main dining area, which is sometimes called the Circus Food Town or Gourmet Factory. It's not your typical stuffy hotel buffet; people often say it feels more like a huge, fun food court with tons of options, but the food quality is great. And here’s the pro tip: their crayfish is the highlight of the whole thing. Seriously, plan your dinner around trying the crayfish—it gets rave reviews! 5. Top-Notch Concierge Service: This is key for international travelers. The hotel offers a 24-hour concierge service with staff who can speak English. They're not just there to hold your bags; they can explain all the resort details—like the shuttle bus routes, park ticket bundles, and early entrance perks—making your whole trip much easier to navigate. That kind of clear, helpful service really makes a difference. Bottom line: If you're okay with it being a tiny bit further than the Penguin Hotel but want an awesome circus theme, easy access to everything, and one of the best dinners in the resort, book the Circus Hotel. It’s a great family base for a Chimelong adventure.

A very  fun and  excited place to explore for this journey

Very children friendly. Cute amenities. Friendly staff and generous service. Allowing for early check in and late checkout until 2pm because we have 2 kids and 2 elderly in the group. Very considerate. Delicious food. Some hiccups when retrieving the luggage after checkout. They only accepted local mobile number and even the porter marked the number wrongly resulted a lot of delays and inconvenience. If you have a kid slightly above 1m even 1.01m height will not be tolerated for any entry ticket and meal.

Amazed with the advancement and civilisation achieved by the hotel. My typical expectation about China hospitality prior arrival was far below what we have experienced. The overall service attitude and mindset of the staff is in par with international hotel chain. My niece and nephew, my mum and dad, my family of 10 staying with Circus Hotel, they enjoyed so much and very comfortable with the product and service. The hotel is busy but everyone didn’t show any frustration nor unfriendly especially when dealing with kids and seniors. They are very patience with the mess created by the children, very accommodating with any request, very efficient with any service and helpful with any assistance without demanding for tips. It is worth to book half board with the ticket entry package to save all the hassle. The food is surprisingly delicious be generous. The hotel amenities is far more than basic including international charging ports, foot reflex machine, extra duvet readily available, child partition protector, kid stool, anti slip mat, etc. The value proposition is above what we paid for the rate. Highly recommended for any family coming for vacation. Certainly will come back again as 2D1N is not enough to explore the place. Thank you so much Circus Hotel!

Enjoyable trip with comfortable stay at Circus Hotel. But room package with numerous ticket admissions are not fully utilised as not enough time to enjoy all sites 😀

Service is good, hotel is clean, workers are friendly. Still a lot of people smoking in the hotel.

We arrived late here and there were people still shouting and smoking in the reception. But the room is good.

Booked 4D3N, all 3N the facilities broke down. The TV spoilt the very first day during check-in. And the remaining 2 nights continued broken down. The toilet basin too spoilt during the 2nd day. Very disappointed with this hotel. The hotel is worse than a 3-Star The buffet breakfast and dinner are boring and same throughout the stays

This was our first trip to Chimelong Zhuhai, and we booked a three-day, two-night package through Trip.com. The package included hotel accommodation, breakfast buffet, dinner buffet for one night, unlimited access to Ocean Kingdom and the spaceship, as well as tickets to the international circus. We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed every show, each offering a unique experience. Last year, we visited Thailand and had to explore multiple locations for similar entertainment, so we were pleasantly surprised to find everything in one place at Chimelong. The shows included killer whale performances, beluga whale displays, adorable animal shows, and mesmerizing mermaid dances, among many others. Watching the international circus for the first time was mind-boggling! As an Indian family, we found the food options somewhat limited, but we made the best of it. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great variety, though they were not tailored to Indian tastes. We also enjoyed the Kaka Theatre show on the last day of our stay, a mini kids’ circus that provided a unique experience, especially if you miss the international circus. As per the hotel room- The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, although they felt a bit dated, with some paint peeling and minor cleanliness issues. If these aspects were improved, I believe the hotel could easily provide a five-star experience. A special mention goes to Jialin, the receptionist who spoke English and was incredibly helpful. In Zhuhai, it was challenging to find English speakers, and we often relied on Google Translate for communication. Jialin went above and beyond by decorating our room for my daughter’s birthday, giving her thoughtful gifts, and presenting a small cake. These little surprises added to our memorable stay. Also she gave a room where we could view the 8pm firework and drone show. Thank you to all the staffs of Chimelong and everyone involved in the circus and shows. We appreciate your efforts and may visit again in the future!

The staff at the hotel is helpful even we need to communicate via the translator application. Hotel location is close to the theater for Chimelong show.
