Questo hotel non ha facciata. Bisogna trovarlo accanto a un piccolo minimarket e prendere l'ascensore per più di dieci piani per entrare. La reception si trova accanto all'ascensore. Ci sono tre persone che fumano a tre metri dalla reception. Dietro la reception c'è un letto. Il personale della reception si è alzato e mi ha fatto il check-in. Dopo aver ricevuto la tessera della stanza ed essere entrato nella stanza, mi sono sentito male, così sono uscito dalla stanza e sono tornato alla reception per negoziare il check-out, ma non c'era nessuno alla reception. Nessuno ha risposto al telefono della reception, quindi non ho avuto altra scelta che contattare il servizio clienti di Ctrip. Dopo un po' è arrivato il personale della reception. Ho contrattato se potevo effettuare il check-out, ma la qualità del personale alla reception era pessima. Mi hanno detto che non potevo effettuare il check-out dopo le 18:00 e che non era possibile contattare Ctrip. Personalmente, penso che questo sia un appartamento privato e non un hotel.

Simple, modern, and great value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby spots and subway 🚇 . Friendly staff too. Would stay again!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and clean, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's rest. The staff was consistently courteous and helpful, even offering reimbursement for my airport transfer. The hotel’s location good, situated directly beside a major shopping mall and metro station. It takes about 35-40 minutes by to reach the city centre of Chongqing by public transport or about 15 by car. The in-room smart voice assistant was a nice touch, allowing seamless control of lighting, temperature and curtains. The smart toilet added an appreciated luxury. The only drawback was ongoing morning renovations during my stay, which resulted in noticeable noise. While this was somewhat disruptive, it didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience. I would happily stay here again, though I’d recommend checking ahead to see if construction has been completed.

Clean, convenient location near subway, at center of newly developed residential area. Great place to stay if you have early flight to catch. Also offers free reimbursaable airport transfer

設施：有智能馬桶和一次性馬桶墊，這點比較好，還有浴袍。但是1️⃣一次性牙刷刷頭是歪的。2️⃣淋浴間熱水需要放很久才出來，而且還不夠熱，剛放熱水的時候下水管看起來還堵了，水積了好幾分鐘才流下去，這幾分鐘裏真的很冰腳。 衞生：1️⃣沙發上有明顯的黑色污漬，看起來不太乾淨。2️⃣浴袍皺皺巴巴的，聞起來一股汗味兒，很可能很久都沒洗過，無法接受。 服務：接送機服務是自己打車然後報銷，比較方便。 精品愛心下午茶:不會主動提醒一定要提前預約，而且剛過六點就不提供了。。。

房間一般，有異味是馬桶間反臭味，讓補錢或者寫好評換房，想想這麼晚算了，也就睡一覺的功夫。 有個接機或送機服務還可以就是給你報銷單程的打車費，其他都一般。 來得晚沒體驗到精品愛心下午，體驗到兩杯一次性紙杯裝的現磨咖啡
