Hotel is very convenient with Sakuragicho station just at doorstep (entry n exit) via the new south side. Many attractions nearby and we walked to Cosmo Clock 21, Cupnoodles Museum, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama World Porters etc. We also walked to the Chinatown to explore the area. Staff are very helpful and polite. Room equipped with Dyson hairdryer, humidifier and fan, and Refa shower head etc. 👍

If you ever have to visit Yokohama, and looking for affordable yet decent hotel, this is the place to stay. Phenomenal service, love the onsen like bathroom, good variety of amenities. Also they got dyson hair dryer each room. Good location to walk around and do sightseeing. Will definitely come back when we are around the area next time.

The hotel is amazing!! Highly recommended. The location is really convenient with lots of good restaurants and cafes near by. Also very close to hot spots in Yokohama. The room is clean and spacious. The bed is really comfy as well. Overall will be back when I am back in Yokohama!

Room size abit small but still can open 2 large luggage. Love the bathroom, can choose to use bathtub or the shower area where there is a stool to sit while bathing.. The shampoo/conditioner/bath wash are of good quality and smell really nice. Hotel also provide facial oil,cleanser,toner, and moisturiser from kose, in individual packet, so convenient!!Staff response to my urgent email promptly when I seek help on parking lot due to unable to return rental car on time. Really appreciate their professionalism!

room is very clean, staff are very kind and patient to help you. there are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. this time main purpose is to pia arena which is walking distance from the hotel, very good location for me. all is good, definitely will choose this hotel if i travel to yokohama again.

Very convenient, 3mins walk from Sakuragicho station. Lots of food around, 5mins walk to nogecho. Yokohama air cabin was also a 5mins walk away. Hotel was clean and provided Dyson hair dryer and humidifier which was awesome! There was also free amenities and also free coffee/tea available at the lobby.

Subway is just right below the hotel to get you anywhere. There are a few malls nearby, if you're intending to just stay near the hotel. Amenities are conveniently located in the lobby. Starbucks is located in the hotel, if you wish to grab a cuppa in the morning. The staffs are friendly and are more than willing to help. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying for a longer period of time.

Good and convenient location as it very close to train station and easy to get around.

My 4 nights stay was perfect. Hotel is new and clean. Hotel entrance is less than 50 steps from JR Station New South Gate. Plenty shops, restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Location and cleanness 10 out of 10! highly recommended! we also loved the bathroom and the toilet is separated.

the room smells bad like body odor. I’m not sure what’s wrong. I asked to change rooms, and they changed rooms. And the second room was okay. I went out and came back and it smelt bad. Maybe they are spraying a freshener to get rid of the smell or maybe it’s the ventilation. But two rooms both smelled so bad. I would not recommend this place at all.
