Questo è stato un posto interessante. Il valore è stato grande per la posizione e la qualità della stanza. Hanno preso un po' di commissione aggiuntiva dal deposito, ma in cambio si ottiene due bevande gratuite durante l'ora felice? Un concetto molto interessante!

The hotel is in a great location! Close to main attractions and lots of restaurants! Main staff was not very friendly. Hotel is beautiful when you enter. Rooms are very old and need updating. The toilet in my bathroom had a corroded tank and a broken lever. That was a bit frustrating. Bed was very hard!! Room was very cold! Only one thermostat for the entire hotel. There is no individual thermostat in each room. Had to ask for extra blankets. They did provide that for me. The fitness room is very nice! Every thing you need to have a really good workout! They indicated they are in the process of renovating rooms. They’ve just not completed that project yet. I would stay there again if the price was right. Hopefully next time I’ll get an updated room!

La mia famiglia e io siamo arrivati intorno 330AM in una venerdì sera/sabato mattina. Servizio: 4/5 Il personale notturno era fantastico, l'ospitalità era IMPECCABILE! Da parte del ricevitore, aiuto di campanella, sicurezza, si chiama! Vorrei poter ricordare i loro nomi, ma il ricevitore era un giovane uomo africano americano circa la metà degli anni '20! La squadra mattinale e la squadra pomeriggio hanno bisogno di alcuni puntatori dal personale di turno notturno perché hanno bisogno di un lavoro. Camere: 3/5 La nostra camera aveva 2 letti di dimensioni piene, erano bellissimi e spaziosi per tutti noi 4 (3 adulti e 1 bambino). In generale, apprezzerei il nostro soggiorno a 4/5 (Sarebbe stato 3.5/5 se non fosse stato per il servizio che abbiamo sperimentato al check-in.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, molto vicina al lago, l'altra parte della strada è il Mercy Mercy, il supermercato Tagit, il negozio di bambini, il negozio di cuoi e così via, a 1 － 2 chilometri dalla strada Michigan, a un chilometro magnifico, il museo è anche a 1－ 2 chilometri, e sono arrivati a camminare.

Un hotel molto buono, un po’ prezioso, ma un buon ristorante, un camionista brutto rovinò l’impressione quando insiste agressivamente su un consiglio e mi insultava in spagnolo quando lo distruggo. Credo che la gestione debba prestare particolare attenzione a questa persona perché è il primo e ultimo membro del personale che interagisce con ogni ospite durante il loro soggiorno in questo hotel aeroportuale. Specialmente perché ci sono così tanti ospiti stranieri provenienti da paesi con una diversa cultura di tipografia

This is probably one of the best hostels I've stayed at in the U.S. I've stayed at this hostel twice now. The first time was in 2015 and the second time this past month for Market Days. Location: The hostel is centrally located in Downtown Chicago/the Loop. It's easily accessible to get to and from O'Hare Airport via the Blue Line which runs 24 hours. The closest CTA station is Jackson Station which also has connections to many other CTA lines. The hostel is also located within walking distance to many other tourist hotspots like Millennium Park, Broadway shows, Lou Malnati's Pizza (10 minutes), etc. There's also a CVS Pharmacy at the corner of the street that sells liquor and other essentials. On the weekday, the area is bustling with downtown workers, but on the weekends, it's like a ghost town. Most restaurants and stores close by 8/9pm. The only place to eat at if you have a late night is Taco Bell which closes at 2am. Another downside is that there are a lot of homeless people that have set up camp in front and around the hostel, so some people may feel unsafe walking around. Security: The property is very secure. There are multiple entry points to get into the hostel with a key card. There's another entry point to get access to the elevator banks that lead to the rooms as well as required card access to go upstairs and into the rooms. There's also a 24-hour front desk. This was a saving grace for me because my flight from New York was delayed that I ended up arriving at 3:30am. Keep in mind, if you plan to arrive after 3am, you should notify/call the front desk and let them know otherwise they'll mark you as a no-show and cancel your reservation. They also have storage lockers/a luggage room for a fee. Facilities/Amenities: My original reservation was for a 4-bed male dormitory, but there was someone sleeping in my assigned bunk. When you arrive, there is a fitted sheet, pillow sheets, a bath towel, and a face towel (no comforter). You are expected to make your bed. Since I arrived so late and my roommates were already asleep, the overnight staff (DJ) was nice enough to put me in an 8-bed dormitory that was unoccupied, so that I didn't wake up anyone. Both rooms were very spacious/high ceilings/massive windows with a lot of space to store luggage and walk around. All the rooms have lockers (bring your own lock or buy one at the front desk). In the 4-bed dorm, there is a common area with a kitchen/bathroom that connects with 2 suites. The 8-bed room is setup where the toilet, shower, and sink are all in separate areas instead of all in one room. The shower area has dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There are also common showers and toilets on every floor. The downside of the dormitory is that you can't control the temperature of the room. Summers in Chicago are hot and humid and the room was kept in the 60s, which I loved. But, my roommates thought it was too cold for them. The WiFi access is very stable and fast. Th

The small fridge in the room automatically shuts off after 2 hrs and doesn't stay at a safe temperature to store breast milk. The front desk advised to just use an ice bucket. This is problematic because (1) you will have to continually refill the ice bucket and (2) there is limited capacity. After an escalation to the manager, they offered to hold my milk behind the front desk in their fridge. I am not comfortable with that ”solution” nor do I want to go back and forth to the front desk for my baby's bottles and milk storage. He advised they previously provided medical fridges but they currently do not do so. I am so beyond disappointed. I expected so much more from this brand and now have to figure out something to do with my milk for my exclusively breast fed baby. Ugh, don't they have mother's stay at this property!? Marriott, do better!

Grande hotel e posizione! L'unica denuncia è il parcheggio valet è spesso bloccato durante il giorno a causa di grandi camion. Tuttavia, c'è un garage lungo la strada, quindi non è stato così male.
