Modernized hotel with used voice control for Aircon , TV and a lot of information required, just have to speak to Xiao Du, Good and cheap breakfast.

Good location with accessibility to pai fang road. Courteous front desk staff providing helpful info and excellent location to pai fang road with many shopping and food within walking distance

Conveniently located, close to old town. Friendly and helpful staffs. Clean and quiet room. Nice bed and pillow.

Super location and super staff. Very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Hotel room is very clean, well maintained and spacious. Buffet breakfast is nice. This is a high tech hotel that uses AI and robots. Very innovative and impressive. 10 mins walk to paifang street from the lane next to the hotel. Plenty of nice food in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel provides free self-service laundry facilities. The rooms are all remote-controlled, including curtains and toilet flushing. There are also robots to provide room service.

The location is very nearly (15-20 mins walking time) the "Chaozhou Old Castle" which is full of traditional foods & heritage scenes. Highly recommend!!

Convenient location and good service. Staff very polite and full of enthusiasm. Better refill the cleansing fluid during tidying up, rather than asked by customers.

Location, it's very handy if you come to Chaozhou for sightseeing, walking distance to most landmarks.the hitel is old bit but just renovated. Friendly staffs who can speak different dialogue

Hotel is nicely located not far from the entrance of the old city. It is computerised via mainly voice activation. It is very clean and brightly lit

Quick response upon any request, asked for extra mat for toilet, extra pair of slipper, robot sent to us within 5 minutes. Good Chinese dumplings shop nearby, we had breakfast from the same shop for 2 days- 袁记云饺

My second stay with Orange Hotel chain. Nice and clean room. Very helpful and service-minded staff. Love the free laundry machine service. Location is perfect if you want to explore the old town and Paifang street. Many famous snacks in walking distance. K2 direct minibus (15 yuan) from Chaoshan high speed railway station stops not too far away, and there is a K2 bus stop in front of the hotel back to the station (9 yuan).

Conveniently situated around the paifeng street where all the happenings were.  The family room was very spacious, clean, and controlled by voice AI. Breakfast was so so only. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Hotel is more expensive than others around the location, service was always with a smile.
