The location is good with a public parking space at the opposite corner. The room is large enough to have 6-7 people. It has a combined washing and drying machine for long trips.

Suggest to show prominent message to remind customers to send email to the hotel to get the check-in code before the travel, so as to reduce the inconvenience for not able to check-in on the travel day.

Alpha Bed was surprisingly good. Room was just as it was in the photos and very clean and tidy. Service was good. It was a new experience to check in via iPad/tablet but it was straight forward . Location was super , 5 mins walk from the shopping streets and within 10 mins walk from the Main Street. Seafood market is also nearby and within 10 min walk. For those who drive , there is a lot of paid parking around the area. (Around 700 JPY for 12 hours) Nearest one is opposite the hotel which tends to be quite busy until after 9pm. (Priced 700 JPY for 12 hours as at April 2024) If you get home earlier , you may need to go to the other car parks. Some are actually cheaper. The room comes with everything you need and even has a vacuum cleaner. There is no housekeeping but I heard that you can request it by calling customer support. If your bins get full, you can put it outside your door and the cleaners who come by in the morning will change it for you . There is even a balcony ! Most convenient feature is a washing machine with laundry washing liquid and softener inside the room! Rooms are big . Would definitely stay here again.

除了自助check in外，其他都很好，推薦呀， 6人很滿意，床 軟硬適中， 清潔衛生， 打開五個行李也 有空間行走。

與好友三人行，房間很大，位置方便，鄰近有大型停車場，但其中一晚大門外坐着陌生人，按密碼後他隨後進入，說自己忘記密碼，感覺有點不安全。

距離國際通步行約10分鐘；民宿旁邊有一家全家；若有自駕旁邊就有停車場很方便.無人櫃檯當場輸入資料+拍呼召後call in會提供房間電子鎖的開鎖數字.

酒店採取自動check-in的方式，雖然先進，但指示不夠清晰，check-in時需要打電話給服務人，不完全是非人手的，如入住兩晚以上沒有清潔服務

我們在沖繩住宿5天 在這間住了3天 離收費停車場很近 房間算寬敞舒適、乾淨 房內備有洗衣機（含洗劑、柔軟精） 晚上可直接清洗衣物～ 不用帶著一堆髒衣服

4人家族で利用させていただきました。 お部屋はオシャレで可愛い雰囲気、大きなベッドに2段ベッドが2つもあり、思春期の娘2人も自分だけのスペースがあると喜び快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 水回りも綺麗でアメニティも充実してました。 お部屋に洗濯乾燥機があるのも凄く良かったです。 お部屋はきちんと丁寧に清掃されていましたが、テーブルとティッシュケースの拭き具合がもう少しあればいいなと思いました。 チェックインの際、無人なので操作に少し苦戦しましたが電話で丁寧に教えて頂き、対応はすごく良く助かりました。 立地は、国際通りからは少し歩きますが徒歩で行けます。 商店街や市場を通って行く事が出来たので、楽しく移動できるかと思います。 ゆいレールの駅まで、少し距離がありそうなので、大きな荷物を持って歩いて行くよりは、タクシーに乗って空港に行く方が楽で早いと思います。 タクシーで空港までは1600円ぐらいでした！ 家族やお友達と利用すると楽しく過ごせるホテルだと思います。

乾淨又衛生，很適合家庭旅遊居住，靠近國際通交通也蠻方便的，如果可以提供早餐就更加分了，而且價格也不貴

自助Check in 好困難，pin 碼唔對，所以處理check in 用左好多時間

不論房間跟設施都非常好，唯一缺點就是要辦理入住，會搞到火氣都來。

Check in 極度不便 也沒有停車場不方便

酒店日用品不齊全，連化妝棉花都無法提供，真失望
