The bathroom area couldn't be locked and the door was extremely heavy (need to use a lot of strength to close) which I suspect was faulty. The service was remarkable as my friend fell and they even came up to apply medicine for her. The support was good.

Hotel was relatively clean, although we found mosquitoes on bedsheets, hotel staff explained the bugs might have flew in when door was opened. Also found bugs at the balcony. Staff was prompt when we request to change the linen. Location is further as it is a resort hotel, onsen was nice

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Resort. Even though staff doesn’t speak english much, they were very friendly and helpful. Hot springs were amazing. There’s almost no gym, only couple machines.

Good stay. Just what we expected. Happy to recommend and we would come and stay again.

The resort is well located next to the lake and walking distance to Baishiling park. Facilities are well designed and are being taken care of with a good maintenance plan. We travelled with kids and got the two bedrooms suite, which was very comfortable well appointed with great amenities. Compared to the other int chain hotels on Hainan, the management is doing so much better- great service from the staff and even during rush hour they have no problems delivering. Breakfast and food overall was good, while common areas are very comfortable and nicely designed. The hotel is children friendly and have numerous activities for the young visitors including a separate dedicated venue for them. For a more fluent communication Chinese speaking companions would make things very easy. This is a hot springs resort open for day walk-ins; it looks like an independent operation from the hotel management and the staff may challenge you (can be rude) if you don’t wear your bracelet - I would say more training is required for the hot springs personnel to meet the level of the hotel team. 管家提前聯繫，詢問入住時間，特殊需求，給發送周邊指南，管家Sophia 呂書熳服務非常好，很周到。親子出行，孩子活動挺多，參與感好。有兩個活動需要提前約。糖果，彩虹和草莓姐姐和孩子互動很好，孩子非常喜歡。温泉池子也很多，魚療池小孩特別喜歡，晚餐自助也不錯。泳池也有兩個，任意選擇。湖景也很美，總之住的很舒服，下次可以多呆幾天。

酒店服務很好，能感覺出來是想要那個入住的客人都住的開心。温泉泳池都舒服！房間廁所有異味，立刻派人去處理；孩子過生日還送了一整個蛋糕，非常周到。這裏點名兩位員工，餐廳的王小藝和小童中心的椰子，讓我們的旅途增添了不少美好的回憶。

相信洲際旗下的酒店就沒錯了，續住了一天，前台小鄧還沒到店就已經開始聯繫好了我們的住店人數等，房間很滿意，一家四口很寬敞。孩子們最喜歡的還是烘焙課，做了好吃的千層塔，樂園的燕子姐姐頁很温暖哦，還會再去噠！

一家主打温泉的度假型酒店！小朋友特別喜歡🎸吉他泳池，很好看！酒店對低幼齡的小朋友很友好，配了小朋友的牙刷、拖鞋，浴袍！觀光小火車、晃晃熊貓燈光秀，也非常的棒！酒店的工作人員也非常熱情！特別要感謝前台賓客管家小李（Spring）和客房朝燕姐姐，在我們入住期間給予的各種幫助！期待明年再相見！

春雨綿綿帶來過冬的父母和侄子來泡温泉，這是第六次入住。雖然酒店不算新，設施確實會有老化和成就的問題，但是服務我覺得在海南的酒店裡還是不錯的。不追求海景的話，我覺得泡泡温泉，爬爬山的旅行更愜意。這次定了家庭套房，一張大床，一個上下鋪，房間居然還有微波爐，對於長者和孩子很友好。酒店給孩子準備了專用的洗漱套裝、還有小零食和禮物。大堂，樂園還有餐廳都有各種位小朋友準備的小遊戲，小朋友玩的很開心。特別是前台小李Spring和客房朝燕姐姐，給了我們很多幫助入住，退房很絲滑，客房服務也很快。唯一的小遺憾是下雨沒有爬成白石嶺，但是在酒店一整天也過的很充實

趕着工作日帶着全家來泡温泉，辦理入住的時候前台管家小鄧非常有耐心，升級了房型還送了歡迎水果，房間很乾凈，孩子下午迫不及待的就去吉他泳池玩了，長者們去泡温泉，大概有二十多個不同的泡池，最喜歡的還是鳥巢泡池，很安靜，一家人可以聊聊天，喝喝茶，晚餐是選的自助，整體菜品還可以，下次想試試點餐，非常好的一次體驗，還會再來的
