Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

Stavo in suite con vista sul mare. La vista era sorprendente. La camera era bella, il letto era super comodo. C'era una bella tavola di vanità da prepararsi. Il bagno era grande e pulito. Il servizio alla ricezione era molto utile. La posizione era grande nella vecchia città, ma non troppo rumorosa - musica dal ristorante stasera, ma mi piaceva e le campane della chiesa domenica. Un paio di cose da sottolineare: non c’era mobili nei balconi e fuori da un po’, non c’era mobili nella stanza per muoversi fuori, quindi non c’era nulla da sedersi per godere di balcone e la vista. Anche la tenda era solo metà di quella per bloccare la luce, per chiudere i serbatoi che poi restringe l'aria. Non mi importava, ma se volessi dormire l'oscurità, potrei avere bisogno di portare un maschero agli occhi. Come ho detto solo cose minori. In generale grande posto. Acqua calda - mi riferisco come so che questo è importante per le persone :)

Sono stato molto contento di stare qui per 6 notti. Sono arrivato tardi alla notte, quindi la ricezione dell'hotel era un po' difficile da trovare, e ero nervoso perché tutti i negozi erano chiusi e le strade erano tipo vuote, ma in realtà il quartiere è completamente sicuro e giusto nel mezzo di tutte le azioni. Adoro avere tutto a posto a mia porta - ristoranti, negozi, il vecchio centro città. La stanza era pulita e in realtà molto più grande di quanto mi aspettassi. Buon wifi, aria condizionata potente, comodo letto. In generale, ho avuto un grande soggiorno e mi sono molto raccomandato di guardare il loro bilancio, ma di voler essere al centro di tutto.

We stayed here on our first time visit to Crete and it did not disappoint! The hotel is in the heart of the Old Town and a few feet from a plethora of restaurants and shops! The hotel is situated in front of the harbor that is buzzing with people and activities. Our room had an amazing sea view! We could not get enough of the gorgeous view! Our room was well-sized and pretty. The hotel staff were very attentive and accommodating. The included breakfast was generous and included traditional Cretan fare with fruits, pastries, eggs, assorted breads, etc., Neo Chora beach is walking distance from the hotel. We spent an enjoyable time on this quiet beach. I would stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Prima di tutto, i punti negativi, che non sono molto, solo 3 piccoli punti. 1 era il bagno ....molto piccolo, dovevamo stare nel doccia per poter chiudere la porta quando entrava nel bagno, perché non c'era abbastanza spazio per muoversi! La seconda TV ha continuato a perdere le stazioni, quindi non potevamo guardare nessuna TV. E infine, la ”tavola di vestire” aveva lo specchio così alto, dovevo sedermi su 2 pizzi per poter vedere me stesso (e non sono una persona breve!) Ma per il resto .......Il letto enorme ci ha dato il miglior sonno mai, era una stanza spaziale, Il colazione era presso l'hotel vicino alla porta, e aveva un colazione molto lussuoso a disposizione da frutta fresca a uova fritte ......freschi prodotti di panificazione varie opzioni. La ragazza dietro il contone, penso che Constantina fosse estremamente utile, ci ha fatto anche una borsa per colazione, perché il giorno in cui partivamo era molto presto, che abbiamo trovato molto considerato. In generale, era una esperienza molto piacevole

Can only echo all the other reviews. From the moment you enter the clean smart reception there is an air of total relaxation. all of the staff were very attentive without being over the top. Special mentions go to Manager owner Petros whose genuine customer service and caring sets the culture for the entire hotel to restaurant staff Manolo and Anastasia both of whom are great characters and made the stay extremely enjoyable. The food was absolutely AMAZING the milanese risotto with ossobucco takes a lot of beating but this was surpassed by the lobster and scallop soup (see photo). We could not fault the room either. Yes is was one of the top rooms the dome suite 532 and yes the views from both inside and the pool were great. There was the coastal rd but did not interfere with the relaxing vibe. Prices within the hotel were very fair, often cheaper than outside (which is fantastic based on the quality). The Cretan wines recommended by Manolo were some of the best we have experienced. Would certainly book this again, just looking for the excuse now.

IIndia DBCarino, più carino, più carino. Elia è il più carino. Le lenzuola erano comode, il letto rigido ma lussuoso. Mia moglie ha apprezzato il balcone anche se la vista era leggermente mediocre. I biscotti e le uova freschi e gratuiti erano un bel tocco. Il frigorifero faceva un rumore marrone ma, alla fine, penso che ci abbia aiutato a dormire meglio (anche se dovevamo svegliarci alle 4:30 per prendere l'autobus locale per Heraklion e prendere il traghetto blu delle 9:00). anche questo è stato ritardato). Per fortuna ci siamo ricordati di lasciare le chiavi in camera.

AAHruakjrIl posto è molto bello, e ha molto da fare, anche la vista: pensiamo che un hiccup molto piccolo sia che il personale del colazione potrebbe essere più di una persona, che sembra essere sovrastimato. Un buffet sarebbe stato meglio, e ci sentivamo disturbati dalla cameriera ogni volta che chiese un caffè. Il caffè che ho avuto era sempre caldo, ma le darei ancora cinque stelle.

This charming family-owned Venetian hotel is in the heart of the old city of Chania, perfectly located with the most warm and kind, dedicated staff and incredible home-baked huge included breakfast! Rooms are spacious, clean and gorgeous, appointed with authentic cretan and Greek artifacts, and the Courtyard for breakfast provides natural sunlight and a place to relax after a day of shopping or touring around Crete. Everyone goes out of their way to provide hospitality and they are gracious and polite -- getting towels and beach bags for tours out of Chania; making dinner reservations; reserving transfer taxis; and anything else you would wish. This is one of the most lovely and wonderful hotels I have ever had the luxury of staying in!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è molto bello, recente e ben posizionato, vicino alla spiaggia privata e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Chania. E' difficile parcheggiare nei dintorni, ma un servizio fantastico di cui dispone l'albergo è di avere a disposizione un addetto al parcheggio che prende in consegna l'auto e te la riporta quando se ne ha bisogno. Camere molto spaziose e pulite, bagno comodo, doccia grande con due doccioni. Colazione servita al tavolo con cameriera che ti fa scegliere dal carrello diversi tipi di dolci e di pane e poi si può scegliere anche dal menù, integrando con piatti salati, crepes, pancakes, frutta e altro. Molto ricca. Caffè o cappuccino fatti al momento. All'ultimo piano c'è anche una piccola spa che dispone di una vasca idromassaggio e di una sauna alla quale si accede su prenotazione. Personale dell'albergo molto disponibile e gentile. Devo però segnalare che l'albergo si trova fra due strade che data la vicinanza con il mare sono parecchio trafficate. Le camere sono insonorizzate fra loro e non si sentono rumori provenire dalle altre camere, ma le finestre purtroppo lasciano passare i rumori! A noi è stata data una camera al primo piano e la strada ce l'avevamo proprio sotto! Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla, ma per poter andare al quarto piano dove sicuramente i rumori avrebbero inciso molto meno, ci hanno chiesto una differenza di circa 400 euro! Oppure ci davano una stanza con vista interna, che dava sul retro di un ristorante e non vi dico la puzza di pesce che c'era aprendo la finestra! Quindi abbiamo tenuto la nostra camera. Altra pecca per chi non sopporta la luce al mattino, le tende non sono sufficienti a schermare la luce e già prestissimo la camera ne è inondata! A parte questo l'esperienza nel complesso è stata positiva, ma non ho dato le 5 stelle per i suddetti motivi.

GGrimNon appena ho sentito le capre con le loro piccole campane, sapevo che mi piaceva questo posto. La famiglia che la guidava era bella, e mia madre mi fece anche fare un picnic per andare in marcia prima che papà ci diede un ascensore al punto di partenza. Forse perché non succede mai a casa, ma ho ordinato una birra in basso al mio arrivo, e ho ricevuto olive libere - che mi ha reso il giorno assoluto e, sebbene incorrutto in precedenza, la mia lealtà è stata acquistata immediatamente e completamente. Ho anche il coniglio inghiottito una cosa che mi ha gusto molto, anche se la salata stessa era ancora migliore, anche se mi maledice la lingua carnivora di dire. La camera da letto aveva un grande balcone per guardare fuori dalle colline verdi e rocciose; il letto era molto confortevole, e in realtà era un po’ più freddo in alto all’Omalo (in giugno), che rendeva il sonno molto facile per coloro come me che correvano caldo. Un grande trucco fluffy nel tavolo, però per coloro di voi che amano essere più caldi. Il bagno è un po' piccolo e si trova all'altezza dello spettro di altezza dovevo essere attento a non sbattermi fuori sul bacino della mano quando si usa il bagno. Ma se sei sotto i 6 piedi, si appenderà la genetica sul loro piccolo schiena. L'edificio è relativamente vecchio, quindi si aspetta di sentire qualche calcio mentre altri ospiti passano la vostra stanza, ma, oltre a questo, felicemente tranquillo di notte. La figlia della famiglia parla davvero bene inglese, che ha aiutato un paio di volte, quando mi sembrava di aver dimenticato tutto il mio greco (che non avevo appreso prima di arrivare). Non posso consigliare questo hotel a casa abbastanza, quindi se stai andando a camminare, parcheggiare la tua auto qui e rimanere la notte. Poi restare a Agia Romelli alla fine della camminata. Poi torna a Omalos il giorno dopo e ritrovi un po'di stile di casa cucinando nel tuo corpo stanco. O qualunque sia il tuo traghetto.

MMaksimL'hotel è molto convenientemente situato a 30 metri dal mare e dispone di letti solari. Ho avuto una stanza al primo piano (altre stanze sono diverse, consiglio di negoziare il primo piano quando si prenota). È stato un appartamento quasi perfetto per 1-2 persone. ”Quasi” solo perché la cucina è davvero fondamentale, non si può davvero cucinare niente più complesso di una salsa. D'altra parte, perché si cucina anche una salsa, se ci sono così tanti posti carini con cibo eccellente intorno? Il letto, il bagno, i mobili e tutto il resto sono in ottima condizione. La parte migliore è Maria e Veronica, che la mantengono in ordine e pulita e gentile aiutate con tutti i vostri problemi. Non essere timido di chiedere. Ho avuto un volo molto tardi, quindi mi hanno lasciato atterrire in un'altra stanza extra fino alla sera. Apprezzo davvero l'atteggiamento personale caldo che è impossibile in grandi resort di fantasia. E sì, la palma data all'ingresso sembra fantastica! vedi la foto

UUtente ospiteWe arrived in beautiful Chania and were dropped off on the main road opposite the little track up to the Nireas. I had read TA reviews so knew to expect that Christos, the owner, would offer us a room upgrade but we were happy with our original room which was Apt 24 on the ground floor with a fantastic large balcony opening straight onto the pool area. We paid €5 a night for air con which was really powerful, and €10 for the safe. The room was dated but more than adequate for us as we are used to Greek accommodation. There were 2 beds pushed together and then a single bed near the door which my son slept in. There was a 2 ring hob, microwave and kettle and basic utensils but we only ate breakfast in the apartment so it was more than enough. I think you would struggle to conjure up a Cordon Bleu meal though but with so many fabulous restaurants on the doorstep, it wasn’t a worry for us. There were a few things that made us chuckle…. the apartment door had been hung the wrong way so the handle was inside the room and not on the outside 🤣 and the usual Greek plumbing scenario with the shower head on the wall but the shower screen on the other side of the shower meaning the floor got soaked 🫣 but hey, it’s Greece 🇬🇷 The maid came in every day except a Sunday and the sheets/towels were changed regularly. There was a drying rack on the patio for hanging wet beach stuff up. Plenty of socket points and the beds were super comfy. The pool area was quiet but we only used it in the afternoons once we came back from the beach. There were always sunbeds and Christos was either there or available by WhatsApp. The WiFi worked fine in our rooms and by the pool. Kato Doratso is a residential suburb just 4km outside of Chania so a perfect location for us. Just down the little road from the hotel is a supermarket on the corner for all your essentials/bottles of water. There were 4 beaches within walking distance and we chose Sunset Beach due to the stunning clear water. It’s a bay so no tide and it was shallow for a great way out meaning our son could happily swim and play without us worrying too much. There was a bar on the beach and the owner did a mean Freddo Cappuccino ☕️ 👌🏽 You could buy salads, hot snacks and sandwiches, ice creams, crisps and drinks there. There were also chargeable sunbeds and parasols and you could hire a kayak or paddle board. There was another shop near the start of the hotels to the left of the bay. We bought a couple of parasols from the shop and lay on the beach. It was full of local families and we thoroughly enjoyed mixing with them. The bus into Chania is the #21. Come out of the hotel, down onto the main road and take a right along the path. Just past the car garage there’s a bus stop and a ticket machine. You need the exact change and it’s €1.10 each into town (€2 if you pay on the bus) When you are is in Chania, as you get off, there’s a ticket machine and a kiosk to buy return tickets and you can catch the bus back

UUtente ospiteLovely hotel, run by the owner & family , lovely & welcoming people. I had a great room with a balcony overlooking the harbour bridge, the location just off the village square was perfect for me as a solo traveler. My double room was equipped with a fridge & coffee making equipment, nice bathroom & room price included a safe & air conditioning. Breakfast was included in the price so made it a great value stay & I thoroughly recommend , am planning another visit very soon ! The Family also own & run a fabulous Taverna Nostos which is right next door, amazing Greek & Traditional Cretan dishes cooked my the Mother of the family, thoroughly recommend eating there too , not only is the food fantastic but the setting is lovely.

UUtente ospiteThe staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.
