滿分10分的話，服務可以有12分！每天早餐都是送到房間享用，這點就值12分 前台工作人員非常helpful，幫忙預訂taxi 房間設施也不錯，雖然不夠現代，畢竟是很老歷史的酒店了 位置太好，就是在步行區車進不來，同時也因為酒店歷史太悠久了，沒有電梯。拿着大行李的（比如我）提着行李上下樓梯真的太難了

這是我這些年出行最滿意的一個酒店！正面看海，一個大大的露台，有個桌子可以一邊看海一邊享用早餐和咖啡。酒店每天都會把早餐送到客房露台，非常貼心的照顧到我們觀景的心情！前台的大姐很好很熱情！讓人感覺到了家！

就在老城，臨近燈塔，酒店淋浴牆很舒適，房間裏貼心設定保險櫃，贊👍

Purtroppo il Belmondo hotel non è come viene presentato nelle foto in rete. Vedo foto con camere con vista e ti fanno pensare che siano tutte così, ma non è vero; bagni con cabina doccia ma il nostro aveva una obsoleta vasca da bagno con tenda di plastica di protezione, la colazione (minimale) o la fai in camera oppure in uno dei due tavolini all'ingresso dell'albergo. Letti scomodi con materassi di vecchia concezione. Frigobar vuoto, con 1 sola bottiglia di acqua messa solo il giorno dell'arrivo. Arredamento vecchio e da rimodernare. Su tutto ciò metto a disposizione le foto che ho fatto sul posto. Non è certamente un 4 stelle e forse neanche un 3 stelle per i criteri europei. Unico punto di forza la posizione centralissima anche se questa comporta che la macchina deve essere parcheggiata in piazza Tolo, quindi lontana circa 600 metri, e non c'è alcun servizio per aiutarti a portare le valige, come ci si aspetterebbe da un 4 stelle.

Amazing old city location down a narrow alley off the main square. Everything in the old city is built out of ancient buildings and this hotel is no exception. The room is modern, though, and relaxing with good quiet AC, a great shower and a comfortable bed. The negative was our room lacked a view (though we knew that coming in). Other reviewers have written about this, but it bears repeating that they have no transportation to the hotel because you can’t drive in old city, so if you can avoid bringing heavy luggage with you, that is highly recommended. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the hotel and two sets of stairs to get up to the rooms.

Beautiful place, the hotel staff had been incredibile nice and welcoming. The room was relaxing with a beautiiful terrace to have have private breakfast there. We would strongly recommend this amazing hotel to stay in Hania. Me and my hubby had been there for our 10th anniversary and it's a delightfull experience!

Superbly run hotel in the heart of the old town with views over the waterfront main square. Our room didn’t have a balcony however would definitely recommend. Staff extremely helpful and friendly couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms spacious with modern en suit. Would definitely recommend a return visit. We even got complimentary breakfast on our last day which was delicious!!!

What a gem. Overlooking the harbor, the staff were particularly helpful and friendly (especially Dora Parmakeli) and informative. A different breakfast served individually either in your room or on the terrace. Very central to all the shops and restaurants who are close by.

This hotel is right in the middle of the old Venetian town of Chania so the location is perfect! Shops and harbour at your doorstep. The building is historically old and has been well cared for. The room we had was absolutely gorgeous! Antique architraves and stained glass ceilings added to the charm of the room. Beds were comfy and bathroom huge with a jet bathtub. Above all the staff were superb! So friendly and accommodating. Breakfast brought to room each morning and was delicious. Usually Greek yoghurt, fruit, breads and condiments with eggs or pizza or toasted sandwich, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee - plenty! Wish we were able to stay longer! Thoroughly recommend! Will head back one day!

Hotel Belmondo rooms are absolutely beautiful, with harbour views that cannot be beat. Hotel staff are totally professional with strong customer service ethic. Our family vacation could not have been better with anyone else. Thank you Belmondo!

No words. Just awful. I have never written a bad review before. I can’t even express how awful this was. We were so excited to go here and stay. My grandfather has been in the battle of Crete and was with my children. Just horrible, Dora so rude. Everywhere else we went in Chania was lovely and we were treated kindly

I stayed here for 4 nights last week as my wife didn't feel quite well enough to travel.Paid a little extra for one of the rooms which overlook the Venetian Harbour & the view is splendid having breakfast on your own private balcony was wonderful. I didn't hire a car but used local buses (about a 10 minute walk away)to get to Rethymno & Kissamos(for cruise to Balos Lagoon) All the staff were excellent & most helpful in assisting with excursions. Thoroughly recommended
