È la seconda volta che torniamo al Lagon ed è sempre meglio. Camere pulite, spaziose, arredamento moderno, vista mozzafiato sulla città di Chania e sul mare. Personale squisito e sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Cibo ottimo. Massaggiatrice bravissima e professionale. Ci si sente come a casa.

We loved everything about this place. So beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. The view is amazing and the pool is stunning. In addition, the service is really good, they e.g. serve breakfast in the room when you want. We used the bus to get to the city from the hotel, it was really easy and only took 15min. The bus stop is right next to the hotel.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel: the room is not cleaned enough (e.g. the spoons have definitely been used by previous guests and not replaced), the public area (pool and jacuzzi were disgusting so we didn't even dip our feet in them). The fact that there is no restaurant in a 5-star hotel is not acceptable and the room service and breakfast were disgusting. No water or towels provided at the gym. Very noisy rooms. The only pro was the beautiful view from the room but I would definitely not recommend and would not come back.

Property looks exactly like the pictures. We loved relaxing in our own private pool. The room felt very luxury with upgraded features.

The hotel is very nice the staff are amazing especially Chris and Evi we felt the generosity of Cretan people they just made our stay so beautiful with their care and recommendations.

It was really excellent, if you want to find something bad you can, but eventually the view from your room is magnificent, personnel was happy to greet you show your rooms, explained how everything works where to park car etc. Rooms were very nice, as everything else accompanying your relax time.

This was our fist stop when we arrived at Chania town and we stayed 3 nights.This is a absolutely beautiful Boutique Hotel our room was beautiful and had everything we needed breakfast was fabulous every morning. And the staff from manger to ground where absolutely brilliant there wasn't anything they would do for you .note this is Adults only hotel.

This boutique hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It’s located just outside the city away from the crowds. The continental breakfast offered is absolutely amazing. But most impressive was the staff. I highly recommend staying here.

The location gave us a wonderful view and sun set setting in the evening of the entire town and port you look down from the hill. Amazing service, will go back in a heart beat
