The room is old. The aircon is too loud. There are molds in every corner especially in the shower curtain. Pls change it. Thanks.

Great place to stay if you’re someone who wanfs to be near malls, eateries, recreactional spots, and church. I find the place improving each time I visit. They have renovated their place and improved yhejr service. One thing I’ve noticed as well are their staffs. They are extra friendly, accommodating, and very attentive to the needs of their guests. For me, I’d highly recommend this. I book this trip for my staff who was transacting her business with the school just across it - The University of Southern Philippines Foundation. Very convenient as she just have to cross the street right in front of her.

It was an easy and accessible to travelers and they are very accomodating.

You get what you pay for, which isn't a lot here. Super basic, low budget accommodation. Very noisy air conditioner and a very noisy refrigerator. No drinking water provided. The "window" faced another wall so there was no natural light in the room during the day time. Quite an unpleasant stay.

People are very accommodating. The location is so near to establishments. It’s affordable.

飯店的鑰匙是電子卡片，一張押金500,退房時要提早辦理，房內有保管箱，但未必能打開使用，經過了2次接洽，仍然不能使用

便宜，地點在IT park旁，但設施很舊熱水不熱，冷氣很吵很難調整溫度，接待人員滿熱心的，門口有按摩店很方便，但應該是不會在住第二次。

세부 올 때마다 찾는 숙소임. IT park, 트리쉐이드 등 근처 접근성이 좋고, 한식당도 많이 있음. 약간 오래되긴 했으나, 깨끗함!
