Hotel in zona Lalla Aisha mosque, Casablanca

Sono rimasto in questo bel appartamento/hotel per sei notti. Situato a Roche Noir, che fa parte del centro città (Centre Ville), a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria principale (Casa Voyageurs). Sono rimasto in un appartamento di studio di dimensioni decente, dotato di cucina. Offerendo una vista sul porto. Molto comodo letto e cucina. Molto pulito, senza spot / immaculato in realtà quando si tratta di pulizia. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e attento. Il personale di accoglienza è sempre stato li' con un sorriso e sincero volere aiutare con qualsiasi domanda che avete. Questa sera sono le guardie di sicurezza che stanno all'ingresso. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto gentili e utili. Il personale di custodia si aspetta per quanto mi riguarda: ho incontrato Amina e Hicham. Amina è molto amichevole, attenta e ha un occhio forte per i dettagli. La proprietà fa parte di Campanile, credo gruppo hotel francese. Vicino a essa c'è un hotel che ospita un piacevole bar. Ideale luogo per passare un'ora o due dopo un tour a Casablanca. Il bar offre una vasta gamma di bevande e di cibo bar. Il personale è altrettanto amichevole e professionale. Ho avuto il piacere di incontrare Mohammed e Hatim, che hanno guardato me. Tutto in un luogo molto piacevole per rimanere se siete a Casa. Molto consiglio

L'ambiente è molto buono, le strutture sono nuove, birra e snack gratuiti al Mclub

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

Più di 3 soggiorni che abbiamo trascorso al centro della città ibis casa. La stanza è pulita con una buona vista sulla medina. Il cibo se è bello soprattutto il menu del cibo marino. Il colazione era anche. La ricezione Mr.badr era davvero utile e sorridente tutto il tempo. L'hotel è situato nel centro della città vicino al basar e alla stazione ferroviaria.

Salve, dopo un anno ci si ritrova. Io e il mio gruppo di amici, 39 persone in tutto, siamo stati in questo hotel il 9 ed il 15 maggio scorso. Trattamento dai due volti. all'arrivo trattati come si deve per un hotel categoria 5*, camere accoglienti, munite di tutti i confort che si addicono a un 5 stelle, insomma servizio impeccabile, niente da ridire. al rientro dal tour, il 15 , stesso gruppo, trattati malissimo, pur sapendo del ns. arrivo, abbiamo aspettato un'ora per avere le chiavi delle camere perchè non avevano ancora provveduto, e non parliamo nelle ore antimeridiane, ma erano già le 19. abbiamo dovuto chiedere ben tre o quattro cambio camera, perchè quelle assegnate per vari motivi non andavano. Un servizio che in Italia non ti aspetti neanche da un 2*. vergognoso. Buono il ristorante si il primo che l'ultimo giorno.

Bonjour, ce n’est pas la première fois Quad vient à cette hôtel cause de la proximité pour mon travail, tjr j’ai remarqué un du personnel qui était un peu rude avec nous, mais aujourd’hui il a beaucoup exagéré, il a abusé il s’appelle AMINE, il est venu taper à la porte de notre chambre a 12:05 pour nous demander de sortir parce qu’il fallait pas dépasser 12:00 même si c’est dimanche aujourd’hui 09/04/23 je pense que c’est interdit de taper à la porte il faut juste appeler par téléphone, je lui ai demander juste un peu temps pour qu’on finalise de ranger nos affaires mais avec une façon très très rude avec un ton de vois très élevé il nous a dit de Quitter les lieux, et il nous a encore rappeler une autre fois par téléphone pour nous précipiter de sortir le plus tôt possible meme c’est dimanche et en plus le jour d’arriver il m’a donné plein tarifs 840 dh par nuit j’ai pris deux nuits, j’aurais dû réserver par booking a 690 dh, mais le problème c’est sa façon rude et le non professionnalisme, il faut vraiment embauché des gens professionnels et surtout pour l’accueil parce que ce Monsieur qui s’appelle AMINE n’a rien avoir avec l’hôtellerie et surtout avec son attitude bizarre qui nous a vraiment fait peur, au point que je n’ai pas pu le répondre, j’ai juste pris ma facture et j’ai quitté es lieux comme il a demandé , il faut revoir sa formation. Par contre Imad un homme très gentil Galant et très professionnel et serviable. السلام عليكم ليست بالمرة الاولى التي نأتي فيها الى هذا الفندق وذلك لقربه لحميع الأماكن بمدينة الدار البيضاء رغم غلاء السعر، على العموم في كل مرة نأتي ونجد فيها أمين في الاستقبال نجد طريقته الغريبة في الكلام وملامحه المستفزة، ولكن هاته المرة كان جدجدجد مستفز وغير لبق بالمرة قام بالنقر والدق على باب الغرفة بإزعاج رغم أن ذلك ممنوع لما تكون يافطة عدم الازعاج معلقة، فتحت الباب وسألت مالأمر فأمرني أنه حان وقت المغادرة ويجيب أن نغادر الفندق حالا وكانت الساعة آن داك 12:05 وطلبت منه أن يمهلنا بعض الوقت لتكملة جمع أغراضنا لكن لم يأبه لكلامي وأمرني بطريقة خسيسة وفظة الخروج حالا، ولم يقتصر على ذالك بل نزل إلى الاستقبال واتصل بالهاتف وطلب مني بطريقة غير لائقة الخروج حالا حتى أنتي شعرت بالخوف فنزلنا وخرجنا بهدوء مخيفة من المشاكل المرجو إعادة النظر في الاشخاص تقومومون بتعيينهم وشكرًا

New hotel. About 15 miles from the airport. Have stayed there twice for our trip (coming and leaving Morocco) Rest of family staying day before their flight out of Casa, (that's how much we liked this place). Staff will bend over backwards for you. Rooms are good size. 2nd stay was in suite b/c it was only room left. Pull out bed was okay but wished mattress was bit thicker. Otherwise, beds are quite comfortable. Recommend having breakfast-outstanding with traditional Morocco foods along with omelettes made to order.. Nice good size pool and gym. Outside of hotel, there isn't much to walk to. Much construction going on, so this will likely change. There is parking under hotel. Very narrow entrance to get into garage and out. If you have small car -no problem, but be careful -it's narrow. Would stay here again.

L'hotel era bello, niente di troppo affascinante. vicino all'oceano, grandi passi verso ristoranti e macchine bancarie. Bella personale specialmente una cameriera Hayat, lei era troppo gentile e carino. Il pascolo era troppo delizioso e fresco.Il colazione era meraviglioso, delizioso pascolo, uova, pane, formaggio, zuppa di Harira e scelte di frutta.Il succo d'arancia fresco era il nostro preferito.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto e ha un servizio di navetta. Molto pulito e buon personale. Il buffet è stato anche grande con una varietà decente. Grande per le persone che hanno bisogno di un posto vicino all'aeroporto.
