We never liked it and too far out of the city. The hotel middle of nowhere and not much to do. Very sad for any one to stay there unless for a reason..I would not recommend it

I arrived to the hotel and showed them my booking with Trip.com and they told me That they couldn’t find my reservation and asked to pay for my room again and put a caution as 200$ for the rooms .it was really bad experience . I travel from Tangier 4 h in the road and while arriving u scamming people like this . Shame on you Ibis for the low service and putting uneducated people in front desk. I Don’t recommend it to anyone.

在房間內遺失了一件羽絨服，一個證件，大堂服務員態度差，踢皮球。衹説沒在房間看見羽絨服！！！

這家宜必思真的體驗感很差，房間小，還有一股潮濕味，窗户不能開，我們住一樓，這裡是和英國一樣有0層的，相當於二層，很神奇的是地點並不是nearshore是iscae，當地taxi司機都找半天很費勁，價格也不便宜另外打車去morroco mall要100mad真是離譜，從酒店打big taxi去機場酒店幫忙叫車居然要350mad。 剛登陸的下榻酒店在海上清真寺附近，機場打taxi過去喊價也就350amd，還價以後是280amd。

Hôtel très bien placé à proximité des entreprises. Personnel sympathique, réactif et à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner copieux. Merci.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per il mio capo che ha soggiornato 10 notti da fine novembre a oggi e l'esperienza è stato proprio deludente. è stato 10 giorni senza wifi e nonostante avessimo anche contattato l'hotel varie volte non abbiamo mai ricevuto nessuna risposta nè tantomeno una soluzione. Essendo comunque un hotel sulla fascia medio alta per il posto ci saremmo aspettati servizi migliori; la wifi per chi viaggia per lavoro specialmente è essenziale poichè senza di essa si fa molto fatica a lavorare e a tenere il contatto con la sede in Italia e clienti. Oltre la wifi la colazione era scarsissima (sempre considerando il prezzo di pernottamento alto) e in camera non c'era nemmeno il cestino o sacchetti. Assurdo. Sono passati a buttare via la spazzatura riposta in un angolino una volta a settimana. il servizio clienti è inesistente. Si può certamente trovare hotel migliori di questo, anche spendendo meno.

I very much enjoyed the stay here. Every time I visit morocco. I always stay at ibis. Particularly this one in casablanca. The location is super convenient for me. The staff are very friendly. Thank you guys so much for the incredible hospitality.

Disaster of a hotel even if it is only an Ibis. Took nearly half an hour to check in four prepaid rooms because they cancelled the booking as a no show even though we confirmed in writing what time we will check in. Then they gave us a room key for a room that was already occupied with someone asleep in the room. Disaster of a hotel. No room block security.

The internet connection is very bad , most of the customers are business people because the hotel situated in business area. I stayed at this hotel twice toast month and every time I did a complain but nothing happened.

I stayed here for 3 nights in September. Attending a meeting at our office which is on the business park where this hotel is situated. It is a basic hotel, like a UK Travelodge. The bedrooms are clean but sparse, and now quite tired. No USB ports that I could find. The shower was warm. The bed was very hard. It is a long way from the city, and a solid 20 minute walk along dodgy streets to the tramline. If you are using Careem to get taxis...forget it, they won't come out this far! Breakfast was fine, typically simple North African/Arabic fare. Secure parking, and the actuial location is very safe and easy to navigate. Fine for a short business trip.
