Overall ok only that there was delay in payment from trip.com to hotel despite booking number has been given before our arrival. We nearly have to pay twice for the accomodation which was not acceptable. Hotel was kind enough to allow us to stay until the matter sorted out but it has ceeated inconvenience to us. Hope it does’t happen again.

Hotel location is near to Casa Voyageurs train station and shopping mall is downstairs, hence is convenient for tourists.

Great location, clean and check in very easy. Wifi is a little weak. Sometimes room service forgot towels but always quick to fix any problems. Easy to get taxi and also very easy walk to casa v station

It’s my second time come back to this hotel. A little bit electricity problem on my room and staff are eager to help to solve the problem and change ky room. Excellent service

The Hotel is very close to the train station which is convenience. Also there is a mall next to the hotel which you can access supermarket / restaurants easily. overall the hotel is clean and the experience is nice.

Location is very near to Casa Voyageurs and the hotel is like new and next to hotel is a shopping mall

Excellent location right next to the train station. Also right next to a shopping center with plenty of restaurants one minute walk very clean super friendly people would recommend.

It is my second time to stay in Relax Hotel, very good location and nearby train station (Casa Voyageur), next door is shopping center with supermarket and restaurants. We can take train from airport to Casa Voyageur, it will cost 30mins and MAD50, which is much cheaper than taxi.

A little difficult to find from the train station even though it was walking distance. Nothing much around the hotel. Nice cosy room. Good to stay here if taking trains from Casa voyager station.

Great hotel, amazing and friendly stuff: Zineb, Bader, Meryem et Asmae, The hotel's location is about 10 mins walking from casa voyageur, the service and cleanliness is superb , breakfasts are great, i highly recommend this hotel !

酒店在火車站邊上，交通比較方便，十分鐘路程就到火車站了，在超市邊上，購物消費都比較方便；但是前台服務人員素質太差了，服務態度也很差，愛理不理的樣子. 進入房間後沒有電，充電充不了，垃圾的酒店，價格也貴.

酒店的位置非常好，客房設施和性價比也不錯，前台服務態度良好。旁邊就是一家大商場，對於很難買到酒的城市來説，最難得的是用谷歌地圖搜尋到附近幾百米還有一家定位為Chez Marianne Casablanca的商店可以買酒，價格還算比較合適，人很多，需要排隊購買。有個需要注意的問題是，預訂界面顯示有拖鞋、牙膏牙刷，但實際上沒有，已跟前台前台提出質疑。前台説他們不懂中文，這種邏輯和理由是很不合適的。
