Ho q dire di questo hotel q fin dal primo momento siamo stati super ben serviti da tutto il personale e ha superato con grandissima mente tutte le nostre aspettative. Siamo andati 3 giorni, e anche se ci hanno dato la stanza, sia la piscina che il ristorante ci hanno fatto stare in gloria. Piscina super-super pulita, giardini molto curati, e cibo eccellente, una vasta gamma di piatti e anche pensando ai più piccoli, posteri eccellenti e domestici e tutto il personale di 10. La camera è molto vasta, riformata e con tutto il necessario, anche elevatore per i più piccoli nel lavabo. La nostra era al secondo piano e aveva vista sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia. C'era anche l'animazione infantile, certamente ripeteremo questo hotel e lo consiglio. L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva è q la piscina chiuderà da 15:00 a 16:00h. Credo q questo potrebbe essere risolto ....

Ho sempre dato voti alti per questo hotel, ma non questa volta. Il minibar era rotto, mi hanno detto che lo avrebbero cambiato e non l'hanno mai fatto Le strutture stanno peggiorando sempre di più, hanno urgente bisogno di essere verniciate e molte riparazioni, piastrelle rotte, vecchi tubi della doccia e così via.

siamo stati in questo hotel (non so perché ma aveva un altro nome, els arenal..) 3gg tra maggio/giugno 2023. +punti positivi: struttura bella e moderna, intero staff veramente gentile , bella piscina, stanza confortevole, letto comodissimo. +punti negativi: posizione infelice (la spiaggia dinnanzi al mare è terribile) mal organizzazione operativa ( per sbaglio ho bloccato la cassaforte della stanza dove tenevo soldi/bancomat, ci hanno messo un ora e mezza a venire o a trovare la chiave per sbloccare, e vi assicuro che con un bebè che deve mangiare diventa una eternità) costo dei pasti eccessivo per la qualità offerta (colazione limitata con pochissima scelta a 14€, a quel prezzo mi aspettavo che avrebbero fatto una omelette ma si sono rifiutati….cena a buffet a 20€ con poca scelta). in stanza mancava lo scopino del water. ma come detto lo staff davvero gentile e disponibile, questo fa dimenticare alcune lacune. una organizzazione più vigile farebbe miracoli.

My husband booked this hotel for a weekend as we had been away for a weekend in Rome, on arrival we parked and went up to check in, not sure if the reception person was new but he didn’t seem to know what he was doing and it took ages, we went to the room which didn’t look like photos, the balcony was filthy and was the furniture on it, the room was old and needed painting and general tidy, hardly any of the tv stations worked only a handful of Spanish but not even bbc world, unpacked went for a drink, stood for ages receptionist came over gave order he wandered off and started checking some builders in so we were just stood there for ages. Eventually for a drink from a girl who also didn’t seem to know where anything was. Had a drink and went to our room with a pizza! Next morning went for breakfast same situation no hot water so I could get tea, women had no clue, we’ve used your hotel a lot in spain so this was very disappointing especially as it was Valentine’s Day

Hotel corretto, camera pulita e letti comodi. Mancava una riparazione nel bagno per lasciare le cose di conforto personale. Arriviamo prima delle 20 e abbiamo dovuto fare il check-in con macchina. Un po' disgustoso se non sei abituato. La ragazza di ricevimento molto gentile, ci ha permesso di lasciare la valigia in custodia per qualche ora. E' vicino alla stazione, e' stato un bel lavoro per noi.

La posizione perfetta, il campeggio un po' abbandonato, immagino che per essere la stagione bassa, pochi servizi. Ma per il resto bene.

La camera quadrupla è grande e il bagno è moderno, anche se con bagno che scorreva e il tetto era sgombrato. Ventrina con vista al patio ma per una notte non ci importava. Aveva un minibar che per mettersi un po' d'acqua viene bene. Cioe', non sapevano cosa ci facevamo con la pensione media. Era la prima ora e mancavano piatti del menu. Bevande come in alcuni luoghi non sono incluse. Il cameriere che ci ha raccolti non era molto gentile e la ragazza che ci ha servito era un po' persa, forse era il suo primo giorno. Non male che il mattino dopo, al colazione, ci ha ricevuto un gentiluomo molto gentile, e i camerieri erano molto efficienti e simpatici, quindi ci portammo un miglior sapore di bocca. Il buffet del colazione molto completo. Da l'hotel a Valencia capital ci vogliono circa 15 minuti.
