Grande luogo per soggiornare con una famiglia sulla spiaggia di Ocean City. Questo hotel si trova in una sezione più tranquilla della passeggiata. Ha eccellenti servizi e attività per i bambini. I bambini mangiano gratuitamente nei ristoranti e un grande servizio presso le piscine. La casa era davvero supportata con la pulizia delle camere, perché era un tempo occupato, ma sono arrivati nella mia stanza ogni giorno.

While we had a lovely stay at the Hilton in Ocean City, we were most impressed by their response to a situation after our departure. Our son forgot a fairly pricey set of boots in our room upon checkout. He realized the loss 4 days later after we had returned home — a 3-hour drive away. We called the Hilton on Sunday afternoon and left a voice mail, frankly not expecting much. By 10 am Monday, we had received a call from the hotel manager verifying the item was found, directing us to a vendor for having it shipped to us, and we had an email in hand with the name of the recovery company in less than 4 minutes. The vendor “ileftmystuff.com” had all the information pre-filled into their return form by Hilton. We completed the return form quickly, received confirmation of submission, and a UPS tracking number within the hour. That was yesterday am — the boots were delivered today at 2:42 pm. What a wonderful experience after an “oops, I left my stuff”! Thanks to Kim, the Hilton manager, for such a caring and professional response, and to I Left My Stuff for an easy and quick method to retrieve lost items.

Il bar tiki è in punto. Il colazione era buono ma scappava dalle cose alle 9:00 an è stato detto che dovete arrivare presto perché alcune persone prendono 5/6 piastrelle di ritorno nella stanza. Non cercare di controllare in anticipo, ti spingeranno fuori fino alle 3:00.

Il servizio era grande! L'hotel era ben mantenuto, all'interno e all'esterno. La nostra camera era molto pulita e confortevole e avevamo abbastanza lavastoviglie e asciugamani e l'acqua era bella e calda! La vista dal balcone era un bel complemento. Anche io ho goduto il tè e il caffè complimentari.Io e mio marito abbiamo già deciso di rimanere lì durante la nostra prossima visita.

Se viaggiate con ur peldo kiddo, questo è l'hotel che vuoi rimanere. Molto animale domestico amichevole! In estate, i cani non sono ammessi a essere sulla spiaggia della città oceanica, quindi ho usato per portare il mio cane al parco nazionale di Assateague per il mio cane divertirsi sulla spiaggia. Ma non ho più bisogno di andare tutto il cammino verso Assateague. Il letto era molto più alto (mi piace il letto forte), ma era così comodo! Il caffè caldo complimentare era abbastanza buono per risparmiare il mio tempo per guidare a cercare un caffè fuori dall'hotel. È stata la migliore esperienza dell'hotel con il mio pellegrinaggio!

Camere pulite, grande personale!! Hanno un bel colazione caldo con uova, una carne e waffle!! Sicuramente ritornerebbe e consiglia!!

My family and I always stay here. I was even there in April. I came this time solo because I was in the hospital for a couple of days and needed a break. I walked in and was greeted by a nice young lady. As she was checking me in I noticed a man(Chad Brewer) hovering over her shoulders. He kept calling her ”girl,” He then proceeded to take over the check-in process. He talked to me as if he was trying to accuse me of doing something. I have stayed here multiple times and never have I ever felt the way he made me feel. I felt like I was being racially profiled. I might have looked tired and had marks all over my arms(from the IV in the hospital) but I have always loved coming here except for this time. I asked for an upgrade to the bayside. (I was given a street view). Very Loud! Everyone else that worked there was friendly. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Ottimo hotel di fronte alla spiaggia. La mia famiglia visita Ocean City ogni anno e abita normalmente sul lato nord della città. Abbiamo deciso di prendere una chance su un hotel fuori dal cammino e siamo così felici di averlo fatto. Questo sarà il nostro posto per le future visite di Ocean City. Il personale è stato fantastico! Grazie a NeKeah, Danielle e Abbigail, sono stati fantastici e hanno fatto il nostro soggiorno terribile. Mi hanno salutato ogni giorno per nome e sono stati qui per aiutarci ogni volta che ne avevo bisogno.
