They will collect rm200 depo during check in..by cash better when check out immediately refund to you no issue house ok only the tv doesnt work properly but it ok

This is my third vacation here everything was fine but tv not function..

I was able to book it during promo period. The balcony view was breath taking and the studio room was very clean and well maintained. I also liked the hotel security features because every floor need to have access key which I was very secured. Just need to have deposit rm200 and refund will not be so fast but they refund after few days so no problem. I definitely recommend this to travellers who want secured place and cozy studio room. The location is accessible also. Another good thing, it will provide car park inside the hotel.

I went to this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights with 5 friends including me. The room is spacious and the bed is enough for 6 people.There is an extra mattress in the cabinet too. The toilet is clean and also hand soap, body wash and shampoo provided. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, washer, electric stove, cups and cutlery. Balcony can see the city view of MEX highway and Sungai Besi highway, same to the room window view

Very nice place to visit.. i and my family really enjoy of the view and the room facilities..very affordable price.. can repeat again if to stay at KL .. the view at swimming pool beautiful

Management was to slow. Ask for early check in but no response. Ask for rm200 deposit but the system are so slow and i still did not receive it back. I even take my trash out myself from the room. Room are okay. Nothing special. Got 1 parking spot for each room.

Location was ok , since we use GRAB a lot, no front desk service , lucky the security guy help us to check in , the room was quiet new , but the bath towel was old and bed sheet got stain and old , they don't provide luggages store service , so I had to book another room just for stored luggages , check out time 12pm , my flight was 10pm , I had no choice , lucky the hotel staff help arrange room change , no hardship , after all no complaint.

Very good location and clean. Beautiful view of the city at 35th floor. Simple and fast check-in. Will stay again in future.

Check in instructions not stated, had to ask the security reception to know that I had to whatsapp the number to know my unit number and check in instructions. Whatsapp response rate is unpredictably slow so we waited very long. Passcode given was inaccurate as well. Room wise, toilet has a smell and the entire studio has no mirror. let alone the kitchen sink is clogged and water unable to be drained out normally. Hair dryer wire is loose and unable to use. Pillow looked bad. My family booked via airbnb for the same venue but their quality of stay was way better than mine. Air ventilations and inner deco looked way better. had no problem checking in too. Overall not a very good experience, hope this would improve because the location is very good, security guards are nice too. Free parking and assistance.

Omg what a hotel man! I really enjoy the night stays at this hotel.i also use the facilities such reading room, doing my workout at the gym and I was swam in the swimming pool. we can see the twin tower from over there. I hope my next trip will stay at this hotel and we can see the view from the balcony such as the twin tower, pavilion and more on.
