I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

Quando arrivammo, ci salutammo con Champagne! Questo è sempre il grande amore che ci piace il senso di lusso. L'iscrizione era breve e al punto. Tuttavia, come ci è stato mostrato la proprietà che ci era stato incaricato di un upgrade a Xhale che mi avrebbe cambiato la nostra stanza e le nostre strutture. Inizialmente eravamo interessati, ma rapidamente sapevamo che l'incarico per l'upgrade sarebbe stato un pitch di tempo. Immediatamente abbiamo chiamato a declinare. La camera di vista dell'oceano Xcelerate era perfetta. Tutte le lussuose strutture erano un plus, compresa la capacità di giocare musica nel bagno via Bluetooth. La doccia aperta era in cielo con due capelli di doccia a flusso pieno dal tetto. Tutto è sicuramente elettronico nella stanza. Anche si richiede servizio in camera elettronicamente. Le bevande al bar erano molto forte e vicino alla proprietà. Il cibo era buono. Ci siamo solo provati l'italiano che era una grande esperienza. Il server era sorprendente. Prepari a una festa in programma perché spesso la musica non si fermerebbe alla piscina quando volevamo spostare dal shopping tutto il giorno. Se pensate che io dica di andare, io visiterei nuovamente la proprietà in futuro.

Daniel, Erik e tutta la squadra erano eccezionali. SLS Cancun si trova nella Marina, probabilmente il luogo più costoso e più lussuoso di tutta la città. Ci sono carichi di ristoranti e un grande centro commerciale letteralmente 7-10 min a piedi dall'hotel. La Marina è sorprendente con carichi di cibo e ristoranti a prezzi bassi. Ho soggiornato in una delle suite che si verifica con 2 bagni e una vista completa sull'oceano. La cosa migliore su questo hotel e la zona (la Marina) è quanto privato, sicuro (to Cancún è sicuro) e affluente la zona è. Io chiamavo la zona piccolo Miami. Se vuoi una zona rumorosa, questo non è il posto per te, ma se vuoi un po' di classe e poi girare in quella zona rumorosa e tornare in pace, allora SLS è per te. La gente paga per venire alla spiaggia, quindi è una spiaggia privata ma ovviamente gratuita per l'ospite dell'hotel, quindi non vedrai mai un gruppo di persone raffinate. Ho noleggiato una macchina durante il mio soggiorno attraverso l'hotel senza nemmeno pagare un deposito alla compagnia di auto e ovviamente si ottiene il parcheggio di Valet ogni volta. I ragazzi sono attenti e sempre felici di aiutare.Chiedi a Daniel e Erik, questi ragazzi sono tutto quello che ti serve. Ci vediamo presto.

Le cose da buffet sono più fresche.La spiaggia sembra non essere in linea con l'hotel. È necessario un ulteriore prelievo sulla spiaggia, e meglio restare all'hotel. Le attività acquatiche sulla spiaggia saranno costrette a richiedere 20 dollari di tasse. Sei foto 60 dollari. E'un onere coreano 🤏. Digli che e' cinese e non e' costretto. Certo, questo posto è super economico per un tutto inclusivo ....ma leggere il titolo di nuovo. NON HA CHE PAGA PER. Puoi rimanere in un hotel economico in strada e ottenere un valore migliore di quello che fai qui. Le immagini non sembrano niente come il vero affare. Spiaggia .... che spiaggia?! Due piscine, entrambe le luci. Abbiamo anche fatto una delle piscine come ”pilota”. La stanza è minima. Nessun frigo, microonde, asciugacapelli, o macchina ghiaccio. La palestra era chiusa, lavatrice e asciugatrice in edificio erano fuori servizio. Il wifi funziona solo nel lobby dove ci sono venditori perpetuamente ti molesta. Ti cacciarò letteralmente per cercare di vendere i tuoi affari di viaggio di giorno.La maggior parte del personale era brutta e non parlava molto inglese. Altri, eccetto i barista. Erano cool. Grida a Genner. Era il migliore, e si è sbarazzato del collo. E noi eravamo gli unici a lasciare un colpo! Un barista per una casa piena è ridicolo. Il cibo era mediocre e poche opzioni. Doveva andare presto prima che fossero tutte prese. Inutile dire che abbiamo speso la maggior parte del nostro tempo lontano dall'hotel e anche spendendo soldi supplementari per cibo e bevande lontano dall'hotel perché era così cattivo. Qui.Spetterete un paio di centinaia di dollari in piatti e bevande altrove!

Nice hotel - small and beautiful, ocean front, big rooms but a bit outdated. The staff is great - Vicente is a must meet! He works at the bars around the hotel and is super ultra awesome! He is the life of the hotel, literally. He took care of my family and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok! He definitely takes all 3 starts I gave here :-))) Other friends made are Miguel (bar), Tani (yoga) and Elzira (pool area support) - great service! Negative: FOOD! we stayed over 14 nights and if we ate at ANY of the restaurants 5 times was too many. Everywhere you look is a mix of low quality food and tasteless desserts. Disappointing to say the least. We left the hotel everyday to eat at the others of the chain (much better food). Drinks options also low, with no branded liquors and one beer option. Another not so great point: entertaining group. They definitely had some opportunities to engage the guests and not all ready to provide water toys. I was given different times and different procedures on how to reserve a paddle board and after 14 days I was unable to take it out. The latest excuse was the “wind” (on a super sunny afternoon). The only girl in the group is so awesome - she should be the lead - unfortunately I forgot her name :-( Overall, good times for the holidays, missing great food! Thanks, VICENTE!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and every day and night of it was super fantastic! Great location,overlooking a gorgeous beach!The food was varied and delicious and the waiting staff couldn't be more helpful! Always smiling!All the staff at this hotel were amazing! You can get involved with yoga on the beach with Mar,and she is an amazing teacher! There is beach volleyball and water basket with Christian,paddleboarding with veronike and pool spinning also!Frédéric is fab aswell at pool games and all of the animation team do a superb show everyone.All the staff at this hotel work extremely hard to ensure the guests have fun! The rooms are a good size and are kept really clean.There is entertainment every evening which is also fantastic!We ,a family of 2 adults and our 2 eenage kids would definitely go back again.An amazing holiday ..Thank you Aquamarina Barcelo!

He it’s a Person you can Trust and feel comfortable. Will help you on anything you need . Excellent service and support on this trip . Olivia Concierge was supper sweet and helpful.

Day 1: they could not find my reservation that I paid for almost a year ago. After an hour or so, reservation found. Everyone happy. Then, we go to the room and we found luggage, and hanging towels. Obviously that room was occupied already. Went downstairs to report the situation and a new room key was given without an apologies. We have been in the hotel for around 3 hours by that time therefore no point to continue getting mad about it. Day 2: we realized the room given to us belong to their cheaper brand (Oasis Palm) no fridge, no water bottled, only a blanket no quilt… we reported the situation and we were moved. We paid for something different. We were still wondering if we were placed in the right place given that the photos when we did our reservation vs what we got was so different. Anyway, we let it go. Day 3: our room got flooded while I was taking a shower. My husband came to the room and I heard was “Oh noooo…”. I was in the shower and I asked what happened. His respond the room is flooded. I was wondering how so I checked outside the shower and suddenly saw all the water coming out of the toilet. My luggage was in the floor because there was no place to put my cloth so all got wet along with the hamper with dirty cloth. We reported and it took them more than an hour to start an investigation. I asked how long will it take to get us a different room. Their response, we need to first figure out what happened here and who is responsible for the damages. I was super mad inside me but i tried to keep it cool. I told them my expectations. They just wanted to get the floor dry and get us back in the room. It took some conversations to get them to give us a new room and agree to wash my cloth. So you imagine how bad it was, the room flooded and the hallway was wet too. It was bad but we kept it cool. We are christians and we did not let this to ruin our vacation. Day 4: we learned that the Grand Oasis Palm was rebranded 6 months ago. We paid our reservation almost a year ago. What they call The Sens now is what they used to call Grand Oasis Palm. I went to the facilities and this is where I could see the facilities that I saw in the pictures when I paid my reservation. They should have had place us in The Sens which is what we paid for. We were instructed to sue then but we decided to write this review. I would never stay there. Please know that not every experience in the hotel was bad. The photographer capture the best beach family pictures for us. Great memory thanks to him. Some servers did a great job making us feel welcome. Overall, I don’t trust the Oasis Hotel and Resorts brand. They are not trustworthy. Hope your experience is better than ours.

This resort is older, Although it is pleasant clean. Servers and bartenders were Very nice! Small pools but quite nice. Choices of food are very grim. Lunch food in the pizzeria was probably the best… but it only took two hours to get it!! Asian restaurant is nice. Spanish Night in the buffet restaurant à la cart night. Unfortunately, which just did not bring the proper food. The food served was horrible. Chicken and pork was extremely tough. Nothing for nightlife. Have been to Sunset fisherman’s, Del Carmen , I would say it’s nice because it’s close to town. All inclusive price for timeshare members is over price you get $135 a day per person. People that went through Travel agencies, way cheaper.
