Ci piace l'atmosfera dell'ambiente, dove pranza oggi.Seduto in una piscina all'aperto nascosta, pensiamo che possiamo fare vacanze ovunque nel mondo.Siamo tutti e sei soddisfatti dei nostri pasti e pensano che valgano molto. Abbiamo un salsa di 19 dollari con un sapore profumo nella camicia. Tre menu a prezzi super speciali (sono stati chiusi) $15, tra cui un bicchiere di vino, birra, bevande morbide, caffè, e $15 un altro prezzo molto personale, tra cui un hamburger di pollo e un pomodoro.Il personale di aspettativa è molto amichevole. L'unica lamentazione che abbiamo è: ”Perché non abbiamo trovato questo posto prima”.

Great food and friendly helpful staff. Although this building is quite old it has been reasonably well renovated and is very comfortable to stay at. I had to leave VERY early to catch a bus and was supplied with a box breakfast, most welcome at 5am. On my return from my trip to Karumba we found that my booking had been made incorrectly a week further ahead.on arrival at 7pm , very tired,I was very grateful that the duty manager was able to put me into a very nice room for the night, and I was able to have a delightful meal and catch up with the gorgeous Shoni who welcomed me back even though I looked and smelt like Robinson Caruso, would definitely go there again.

I saw ‘Cairns City’ in the title & booked, but don’t be fooled like I was as the motel is up in Cairns North, a good 15 minute walk from the Cairns CBD & Esplanade area. The view from my apartment was the Cairns State High football field on Sheridan Street. That said, the motel was decent for the price charged ($180 a night in peak season) and the Wi-fi was strong which was important as I was working remotely for a full day from my room. It’s by no means a modern motel but the room size was adequate & had everything I needed for a short 2 night stay. The room was well prepped, with a fresh tropical coconut fragrance as you walk in. There is a bit of noise from the Main Street outside and you can hear other guests next door from time to time but overall nothing too distracting. There were cafes & shops nearby within walking distance including a bakery 5 minutes up the road which does espresso coffee. But it is not a city motel & without a car it’s a hike to get to the Cairns esplanade/lagoon area where tourists normally go. On the first night I walked into town & saw the laser light show installed for the Cairns Festival near the Pier Bar & had a massage treatment at Foot & Body in Orchid Plaza.

Siamo stati a Oak Carins per una serata veloce prima di partire per una crociera a bordo. Il check-in è stato veloce e il nostro soggiorno è stato bello e confortevole. L'unica questione è che abbiamo prenotato il soggiorno attraverso la nostra aeronautica e chiesto una stanza di vista sugli oceani. Sfortunatamente, i sistemi non si sono sincronizzati e Oak Carins ha venduto camere di vista sull’oceano e siamo stati bloccati con una vista diversa. Ci è stato detto che ci sarebbe stato rimborsato un rimborso...ma ci sono così tante parti stages/3rd, dubito che lo vedremo mai, ma apprezzeremo il loro tentativo. Si consiglia se siete a Cairns e avete bisogno di un luogo ragionevolmente prezzi per rimanere che è a piedi di distanza dalle attività della città.

Avrei potuto darmi 5 stelle, ma non perché mi chiedevo di darmi un'ora di tempo di checkout, ma si sono rifiutati. Non si sono preoccupati di tutte quelle persone sul desktop front. Non tornerò a casa, ci sono molti hotel nelle vicinanze, un po' di cammino è un buon esercito; più il mercato notturno è dall'altra parte.

Questo hotel ha avuto la piscina migliore che abbiamo sperimentato durante il nostro viaggio ”Cairns to Sydney”. Avevamo una stanza di dimensioni re con balcone sopra la piscina. Spazioso spazio pulito. Buono valore. Il centro commerciale Raintrees è lungo la strada. I negativi non hanno ristorante in L'hotel.L'ascensore si fonde.E' fuori città, quindi usciamo Ubers per entrare nella città principale.

We recently spent two nights at the Pacific Hotel Cairns and found it to be good value, well located and clean. The room was modern and the beds really comfortable. The only downside was the view onto the parking lot but we didn't book to enjoy the view from the room so that was fine. Also have a nice buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. We look forward to going back again soon.

Dopo una notte ho lasciato un altro ostello locale, perché era troppo rumorevole - volevo un posto per un buon riposo, così potevo davvero godere tutti i meravigliosi viaggi di giorno vicino. Ho prenotato una camera da letto (bagno condiviso) il giorno e sono rimasto per 4 notti - grande valore per i soldi e davvero il lavoro - ho avuto un ottimo riposo qui. Altri ospiti erano di tutte le età e erano amici. L'ostello era molto tranquillo a notte e si è messo su qualche divertimento facoltativo (ho scelto di non partecipare e non mi ha disturbato). La zona della piscina è piccola ma grande! La zona della cucina grande da cucinare e magazzinare cibo. Il personale è stato fantastico per aiutarmi a prenotare viaggi di giorno e la posizione è fantastica per questi (ho fatto il Grande Barrier Reef, il skyrail di Karunda e il viaggio daintree da qui e la posizione era perfetta).

UUtente ospiteCrystalbrook Bailey was my stopover hotel so I wasn't expecting anything flash etc however when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and modern this hotel is. Such a change to a lot of the older Cairns hotels. I felt like I was in a hotel in Melbourne! Check in was a breeze and staff were lovely, I was in my room in no time at all. There is alot of stunning modern artworks all throughout the building, very cool to find as you make your way to your floor. The room was beautiful and sufficient for a one nights stay, I could have easily stayed for longer! The location is great, in the city and close to the esplanade. I would definitely stay here again!

UUtente ospiteWe arrived at the hotel around 1.30pm and we were able to check in straight away, the girl on reception was very friendly and explained where our room was as there are 2 towers . We were on the 10th floor with a city view. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved how they are helping with environmentally keys for your door which are just round bamboo disks and also having no plastic bottles in the fridges, just glass bottles. All tv programs were free so we’re able to watch new release movies and free wifi . We had booked a holiday package , so we also had free car parking and a $250 credit to use at any of their hotels . Would definitely stay here again .

Llluulei2Dopo aver sentito le nostre accuse arrabbiate, il giovane giapponese della reception ci ha aiutato a regolare la stanza e a trasferire la nostra stanza per corrispondere le nostre foto ordinate. Anche se la superficie della stanza non è stata raggiunta a 39 metri quadrati descritti su Trip.com, non c'è vento, ma è molto ventilato, l'aria è buona e il paesaggio è molto bello, Non è principalmente attraverso il balcone, ma anche l'atteggiamento del vecchio signore quando usciamo dal negozio è molto buono, che l'atteggiamento del personale femminile è molto cattivo

I arrived the day after Cyclone Jasper. My flight was severely delayed and I was a bit stressed esp as a solo older female traveller. It also seemed I had a duplicate payment in the system . The delightful young Irish(?) woman on reception the night of 16/12 was a godsend. She was charming , efficient, refunded my overpayment . On check in , offered me a lower bunk in a 3 bedded room. The room was great - quiet spacious , great accommodation clean . I loved the fluffy pillows spotless bedding good ac and fans.No ‘ hostel’ smell either! .Amazing location close to the Esplanade too! Thank you !

Questo è un hotel a stile appartamento, vacanze pubbliche e non c'è personale di servizio clienti di notte, carte di soggiorno e uscita.La superficie della camera degli ospiti è relativamente grande, pulito e pulito, le strutture di cucina sono complete e possono essere acquistate verdure nel supermercato e trasformate in casa degli ospiti. Naturalmente, prima di lasciare l'hotel, puliamo la stanza e la custodia e lasciamo tutte le parti foto.
Ogni notte uscivo a fare una girata, il mercato stradale era caldo e sicuro.Il porto di marcia era lontano, e andava molto conveniente.Abbiamo prenotato e partecipato ai progetti di elicotteri, barche da marcia e subacquei del forte esterno. Fortunatamente, il tetto dell'hotel ha una piscina. Sono stato testato in anticipo per adattarsi al sottoacqueo 🤿.

UUtente ospiteThe photos provided by the operators are extremely deceptive. The accomodation is old and run down. The shower tiles were painted at some stage, and it is now peeling off both the floor and the walls. The “updated” vanity basin and tap are poorly sizes and you are unable to fully wash your face due to the shape and size of the basin with a shorter necked faucet . There is no complete enclosure for water in the shower resulting in you flooding the bathroom each time you shower- we ended up using the common showers in the passageway to attempt keep our room dry. The toilet paper is only single ply so bring your own if you decide to stay here !! Our towels and sheets had stains on them and the pillows are flat and lumpy. I wouldn’t swim in the pool unless you’ve had your latest tetanus shots. We were followed back to the accommodation by a slightly hostile homeless person one night which was slightly unnerving for our teenage daughters. The nicest part of this accommodation is the outdoor BBQ area. The breakfast provided smelt ok, but we decided to eat at the cafe at the marina each day as we were heading out to the reef and islands anyways. We decided to stay here and save money as generally we are out during the day and only need a comfortable bed and a clean shower- next time we will be going back to our regular accommodation closer to the Esplanade. I

PPHILLIP JAMESThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.

L'aria condizionata nelle stanze era un po' troppo forte, e non c'è un controllore per modificare la stanza.
Il letto deve essere fatto da te stesso quando arrivi.Sarebbe bello trovarlo.Un cappello e una luce individuale nel letto sarebbe davvero utile.
L'edificio è molto grande e dispone di spazio sufficiente nelle aree comuni e cucina (che è occupato in qualsiasi momento).
I servizi sono complessivamente buoni.

LLinda E Address: 331-337 Lake St, Cairns City QLD 4870 Phone: (07) 4041 6605 If you are unfortunate enough to be allocated this unit there are things you should be advised The Edge Apartments Cairns is situated in Cairns only 220 yards from the Northen end of the Esplanade and the Coral Sea. It has 2 outdoor pools and spacious air-conditioned apartments. COMMENT In June 2023 We found our apartment 205 for 10 days to NOTt to be of 4star standard at all. PRO: The bedlinen and bathroom towels were very clean and of good quality. The air conditioning worked. The ceiling fans worked. The apartment was spacious. The fridge worked but bottom of door shelving missing. Inconvenient if you wanted to store water bottles etc. CONS: ” Each unit at the Edge has a flat-screen TV”., which was NOT working and had to be re-connected by guest. “Free Wi-Fi” NOT available in unit 205 – we were informed by office unless you wanted to stand outside of office area to connect. Apartment was dark, - lighting in all rooms inadequate and woefully dim and outdated. Lighting in laundry area was badly positioned – and here there were no instructions on how machine worked. *Vertical Blinds in poor state and need maintenance or replacement. *All doors (screen and glass sliding) need maintenance to run smoothly. *The furniture was inappropriate (apart from 2 leather sofas) and badly arranged. *The ambience was noisy. The decor throughout the apartment – wasn’t.!! Except 2 pictures hung almost at ceiling. – 1 small mirror in dark hallway., and a wall clock. (All 15 years or more in age) *No rugs or furnishings to soften the décor or the echo sounding throughout the apartment. *Coffee table in bad state. *Dining table satisfactory but serviced by 2 different types of chairs. *The bathroom needed maintenance/upgrade (and pictures I have taken show much damage to outer base of shower, mould along the wall.) *The kitchens come equipped with very basic essentials. A microwave and dishwasher., utensils for cooking on very old worn stove. “Some units have balconies with sea or mountain views”, others, like ours, at 205 had overgrown foliage with NO views. The Edge Apartments Cairns has an outdoor entertainment area with barbecue facilities and free on-site private parking. *The Rain forestation Nature Park is 11 miles from The Edge Apartments. Kuranda Scenic Railway and Skyrail Rainforest Cableway are only a 10-minute drive away.
