Raccomanderò questo hotel a tutti. Anche se la struttura della stanza è vecchio stile (non rinnovato), la stanza è pulita e la vista sul mare è meravigliosa. Grande posizione soprattutto al punto di incontro di scivolo e immersione. Just 5 min walk. ****** è solo vicino, quindi non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi delle attività notturne. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Mi piace molto il soggiorno.

My partner and I stayed at sunshine tower for 5 nights and it was an enjoyable stay. I want to start by saying the girls on reception were all very friendly and welcoming, they were happy to have a chat anytime and also recommended places to visit and see. Shout out to Phoebe she was lovely! The property is a little be further out of the main ***** but only a 10-15 minute walk or you can jump on one of the Beam scooters that are outside. The outside of the property is tired looking and could do with an update but the rooms are renovated and lovely. Tiled floors, updated furniture and great sizes. The kitchenette was lovely to have even though we didn’t really use it. There is no oven or stove up so keep this in mind when booking. The bathroom was a tad small but worked and the shower was great! We were in room 702 which had a lovely view towards the beach but note that this level also houses the electrical stuff so it is a little loud when you are trying to sleep. The tv was a smart tv but could never connect to the wifi so I would recommend them to update to have modems on each level. The outdoor pool and sauna were okay, only used it once and unfortunately the texture of the spa and pool was very rough on the skin so couldn’t stay in there long. BBQs are available for use but we didn’t use these. No housekeeping (I knew about this before booking) however the girls at reception were more than happy to provide more toilet paper/towels/tea/coffee etc with no extra cost. Overall it’s a great property and worth the visit for stays under a week!

Vive qui per 5 notti in un appartamento a 2 letti nel quadro di un viaggio di 4 settimane in Australia. È possibile parcheggiare in sicurezza, che è stato grande per l'affitto. Buona posizione e una passeggiata facile per la città e Esplanade. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, soprattutto per le viaggi di prenotazione. L'appartamento era perfetto per le nostre necessità. Sì, l'appartamento era un po' stanco, ma era pulito, tempestivo e spazioso. Se vuoi un'ottima modernità, dovrai pagare per la piscina! La zona era bella e potevamo accedere direttamente dal nostro appartamento. Grazie, abbiamo avuto un bel tempo!

La colazione è molto buona con molta scelta. Ma dopo aver fatto il check-in, ho scoperto che l'interruttore del bagno era rotto e le stanze erano piene e non potevo cambiare stanza per me. È abbastanza soddisfacente uscire.

Crystalbrook Bailey was my stopover hotel so I wasn't expecting anything flash etc however when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and modern this hotel is. Such a change to a lot of the older Cairns hotels. I felt like I was in a hotel in Melbourne! Check in was a breeze and staff were lovely, I was in my room in no time at all. There is alot of stunning modern artworks all throughout the building, very cool to find as you make your way to your floor. The room was beautiful and sufficient for a one nights stay, I could have easily stayed for longer! The location is great, in the city and close to the esplanade. I would definitely stay here again!

We rented a 3 bed apartment for one week in July. Anna, the property manager, is an absolute gem who couldn't have been more helpful throughout the stay. The apartment was reasonably well equipped though the kitchen could have done with an oven glove, more than one tea towel, cling wrap/foil, dishwashing tablets , toilet paper etc. A BBQ on the large deck would also be good as the communal BBQ is missing. The bedrooms were airy and comfortable. Reasonable amount of road noise but that is due to location. The outside deck had a thin film of dirt ? pollution that left all of our feet black when going out there...not sure how often it is cleaned. Nice but unheated communal pool.

In generale, il formato standard del motel, l'hotel australiano non può essere comparato con il paese, ma è anche un pratico nove ore.L'hotel che viaggia con la famiglia.La reception è anche buona. Non ci siamo fermati la notte dopo, ma il bagaglio ci ha aiutato a prendere il bagaglio e a risolvere i nostri grandi problemi.

Lo amavo!Grande posizione e camere tedesche. Ho soggiornato per 4 notti e lo meritavo.
