Abbiamo preso tutta la nostra famiglia a Cairns per il mio 60° compleanno, quindi abbiamo bisogno di due 3 appartamenti a dormire ho chiamato gli appartamenti e ho parlato con Anna che era sorprendente ha fatto tutto per noi per far sentire la mia famiglia comoda nulla era un problema per lei e lei è andata fuori Le camere erano molto ben progettate e pulite e tempeste, le strutture erano fantastiche e la vicinanza al centro commerciale di Cairns Central è stato bonus e l'accesso a tutti i siti turistici che dovete fare a Cairns. La posizione è la città di Carns, il 4 letto è buono per un gruppo. La cucina al livello 4 è bella, anche se alcune altre questioni non si puliscono dopo di loro. La piscina è bella e si può ottenere sconti su cibo e bevande nel bar. L'aria condizionata nella stanza non può essere controllata, abbiamo dovuto dormire in catene perché era così fredda nella stanza. Allora non c'è aria condizionata nelle aree comuni, rendendo incredibilmente incomoda a cucinare o rilassarsi. Non ci sono vestiti per il cavallo per asciugare. La musica che suona ogni notte fino alle 3:00 ci può essere sentita in ogni camera dell'ostello! Una delle cameriere del bar era molto brutta, notevole, faceva commenti personali (peso/vestimento) e disordinata in generale.

This holiday was well worth the wait!!! We stayed here on advise from friends who have stayed before and we weren't disappointed. This place is great if you have young children to mid teenagers (under 14). There is so much to do, from the 2 pools (one with 2 waterslides that both the kids and adults tried out!), peddle karts, mini golf, splash pad zone and movie nights. I guess the best thing was all the extra activites that this holiday park put on as we were there during school holidays. There was a movie every night, a farm animal day and even laser tag. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin, as we wanted a little more space, which was great. The bathroom was very clean but one thing to note it is a jack and jill style, attached to both rooms. Each cabin had a deck which was great to hang out on in the arvo until the evening. If you need anything from the shops there is a great one on site or it is a short driving up the road to Woolworths, Coles and even Kmart :) I can't recommend this holiday park more highly.

Nice large clean room, plenty of tea, coffee etc. provided. Staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Raintrees Shopping centre across the road where busses leave for the city every few minutes, there was even a covered waiting area just outside the resort for tour pick ups. I definitely recommend Palm Royale.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hostel, I would go as far as saying that it's the best hostel I stayed in. There is a fantastic pool and common area which makes it so easy and natural to meet new people and make friendships that can last a lifetime! There is also a travel desk right next to the reception where you can you can book the most memorable experiences All the staff are always extremely helpful and accommodating. Will no doubt come back here whenever I come back to cairns and I suggest that everybody else does too!
