L'hotel è in costruzione. Perché non ci sono informazioni al riguardo da nessuna parte? Impossibile soggiornare in albergo.

Era davvero vicino alla spiaggia di Bang Tao. Siamo andati quando era in fase di ristrutturazione, quindi metà del posto era chiuso, e potrebbe essere stata bassa stagione quindi era più tranquillo. Ma il servizio, però, erano decisamente in gamba. È stato fantastico. Ci hanno dato il check-out posticipato gratuito dato che avevamo un volo in ritardo, avevano il fattorino pronto ad aiutarci con i bagagli al momento del check out e tutto il personale era estremamente disponibile e cordiale. È stato un ottimo soggiorno.

Non consiglio questo hotel fino al termine della ristrutturazione, iniziano a perforare dalle 8 del mattino, mentre fai colazione è così rumoroso, non puoi usare la piscina perché i lavoratori stanno guardando, niente lettini sulla spiaggia, hai nessun accesso alla spiaggia a causa della costruzione. Condizionatore d'aria super rumoroso all'esterno. La colazione non va bene, il caffè è orribile e sono rimasto lì per 7 giorni non posso cancellare. L'acqua nella doccia e nel bagno è gialla! Ma le camere sono buone, nuove

Il resort sulla spiaggia di Amora era perfetto. La colazione era semplice ma molto buona. Il personale era così cordiale e felice di aiutare con tutto e niente. La spiaggia era a 30 secondi a piedi dal retro dell'hotel. E poi la parte migliore era il letto, onestamente era il letto più comodo in cui siamo mai stati.

The hotel room is spacious - superior garden view got 2 queensize bed per room. Not very fancy as it was upgraded from old design, but comfortable stay. Laundry drying rack is also handy, our wet clothes dries quickly with the rack under the sun. Kids club, kids pool are quite nice. Food at Isla restaurant is very tasty, though need to wait quite a bit. Here comes the downside- bought the All-inclusive package, but was informed part of the days are not covered, had to call trip.com to coordinate and clarify. In subsequent days, we were asked several times to make payment for our meals, and were given different menus to order. Looks like the hotel is not very mature in providing all-inclusive services as compared to other operators, the communications among staff kinda screwed up… i had to keep showing purchase voucher to explain to different staff. Overall, it was a great stay, my family enjoyed very much.

+ Very nice room and place! - shower no hot water

I enjoyed my stay in this new resort.The room size is just right, breakfast buffet is sufficient, the llteo clean swimming pools give you such a relaxing time, never too busy.The beach club Nora chimes in some chill out music vibes whilst you rest on a very clean and quiet beach. Fantastic front desk approach ,friendly attitude and I got 2 complimentary cocktails, so this resort really met my expectations! The only drawback I could see is the lack of plug ins next to the bed and a bit of s struggle to lock the balcony window.

location and services are good, 5-star hotel but clean is bad

The resort is new and the rooms are very spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There are several pools and it doesn't feel crowded. The breakfast was decent too. Highly recommended.

Overall, the experience was positive, however, there were moments when it felt a bit crowded. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-equipped with excellent facilities, including a gym and swimming pool.

The whole hotel is under construction, so noisy from 8am-7pm! Water is dirty , location is not so convenient , If you not have a scooter , taxi to everywhere is pricey! When I was having shower on the first day , the is no water in the middle of the shower !! That’s unacceptable ! I can only use my bottle waters to clean up myself :( But the beach outside the hotel is amazing , this is the only reason I would choose to stay there again .
