Il luogo era vicino all'aeroporto di Cairns, facile da trovare e vicino a un pub. La stanza era tipica del tipo di motel ”auto fuori front”. Nessuno era alla reception quando arrivammo, ma sono stati controllati da un membro del personale del pub. Era molto piacevole e spiegava la carenza di personale che ogni impresa stava vivendo a causa del COVID . La stanza era pulita e più che adeguata per la 1 notte. Siamo stati svegliati da altri ospiti alle 2, ma questo è ovviamente non è colpa del motel. Il pub vicino alla porta aveva pochi clienti e un menu limitato. E' cosi' difficile giudicare ovunque nei tempi. Il motel non ha fatto nulla di male e ha fornito quello che volevamo, doccia calda, TV e wifi che funzionava. Macca era vicino alla porta, quindi il colazione era disponibile se volevi.

Sto bene comodamente. Il personale coreano alla reception e tutto il personale erano cordiali, Grazie per sorridere e accogliere chi è venuto al servizio di pulizia per tre giorni. È un peccato non aver potuto utilizzare la piscina a causa dell'attuale politica del governo e vederla solo con i miei occhi, ma sono molto soddisfatto perché c'erano sorrisi luminosi e ottimo cibo dal personale di cucina. Prego che tutti siano in salute e abbiano un felice domani.

This holiday was well worth the wait!!! We stayed here on advise from friends who have stayed before and we weren't disappointed. This place is great if you have young children to mid teenagers (under 14). There is so much to do, from the 2 pools (one with 2 waterslides that both the kids and adults tried out!), peddle karts, mini golf, splash pad zone and movie nights. I guess the best thing was all the extra activites that this holiday park put on as we were there during school holidays. There was a movie every night, a farm animal day and even laser tag. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin, as we wanted a little more space, which was great. The bathroom was very clean but one thing to note it is a jack and jill style, attached to both rooms. Each cabin had a deck which was great to hang out on in the arvo until the evening. If you need anything from the shops there is a great one on site or it is a short driving up the road to Woolworths, Coles and even Kmart :) I can't recommend this holiday park more highly.

Nice large clean room, plenty of tea, coffee etc. provided. Staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Raintrees Shopping centre across the road where busses leave for the city every few minutes, there was even a covered waiting area just outside the resort for tour pick ups. I definitely recommend Palm Royale.

Dopo aver sentito le nostre accuse arrabbiate, il giovane giapponese della reception ci ha aiutato a regolare la stanza e a trasferire la nostra stanza per corrispondere le nostre foto ordinate. Anche se la superficie della stanza non è stata raggiunta a 39 metri quadrati descritti su Trip.com, non c'è vento, ma è molto ventilato, l'aria è buona e il paesaggio è molto bello, Non è principalmente attraverso il balcone, ma anche l'atteggiamento del vecchio signore quando usciamo dal negozio è molto buono, che l'atteggiamento del personale femminile è molto cattivo

The photos provided by the operators are extremely deceptive. The accomodation is old and run down. The shower tiles were painted at some stage, and it is now peeling off both the floor and the walls. The “updated” vanity basin and tap are poorly sizes and you are unable to fully wash your face due to the shape and size of the basin with a shorter necked faucet . There is no complete enclosure for water in the shower resulting in you flooding the bathroom each time you shower- we ended up using the common showers in the passageway to attempt keep our room dry. The toilet paper is only single ply so bring your own if you decide to stay here !! Our towels and sheets had stains on them and the pillows are flat and lumpy. I wouldn’t swim in the pool unless you’ve had your latest tetanus shots. We were followed back to the accommodation by a slightly hostile homeless person one night which was slightly unnerving for our teenage daughters. The nicest part of this accommodation is the outdoor BBQ area. The breakfast provided smelt ok, but we decided to eat at the cafe at the marina each day as we were heading out to the reef and islands anyways. We decided to stay here and save money as generally we are out during the day and only need a comfortable bed and a clean shower- next time we will be going back to our regular accommodation closer to the Esplanade. I
