Hotel in zona Calanna Park, Cairns

Questo parco vacanze è semplicemente brillante! E' enorme e ha così tanto imballato nel suo sito! Grande parco acqua di splash con poche scivoli acqua, buche acqua, cannoni e altro ancora! Poi c'è una piscina perfetta per le famiglie più giovani con una piccola ”slide balena” un tubo caldo amichevole per le famiglie e un caffè laterale aperto nel valore. un solo tubo caldo per adulti in questa zona e poche aree bbq... tranne le piscine, c'è un grande campo di gioco per bambini, 2 cuscinetti, un palla da basket, mini golf, tavoli da piscina, tennis da tavolo, un giardino, si chiama, questo posto ha avuto, include un cinema all'aperto per venerdi' e sabato sera. Ci piacevamo stare qui, soggiornare per 3 notti prima di entrare per soggiornare nel centro di Cairns, vorremmo solo stare qui e commutare quando ci serviva, che è circa un 10-15 minuto facile da guidare. (C'è un fermo di autobus fuori di fronte se hai bisogno, o usi Uber se non hai una macchina) Ci siamo rimasti in una cabina spa 2 camere da letto, il bagno era troppo piccolo per me per godermi purtroppo, ma la cabina era ben attrezzata e abbastanza spaziosa. Il bagno era situato fuori da entrambe le camere, l'unico lato inferiore è il bagno era nel bagno, sarebbe stato grande averlo separato, ma non si può lamentare! Il parco stesso era senza spot, non credo di aver visto nemmeno un **** crescere nell'erba, è stato così ben mantenuto! Il caffè/bar era bello e i prezzi erano ragionevoli. Credo che sia scesa il grande flusso d'acqua circa 1000 volte!

All I can say is, whatever you do, AVOID Sunleisure Caravan Park in Cairns. Absolute worst service to date. He knew RACQ was trying to get a hold of him so deliberately wouldn't answer the phone. He tried to say the booking had been cancelled and not paid, however we have proof it was. His only proof was that he had scribbled cancelled on the booking. I had RACQ on the phone on loudspeaker talking to him and he said for me to tell them to call him, then took the phone off the hook. We had broken down last night and had to have the camper trailer towed here with no vehicle to park the camper and he was zero help what so ever. Then towards the end was a sarcastic a@#hole!

Ci piace l'atmosfera dell'ambiente, dove pranza oggi.Seduto in una piscina all'aperto nascosta, pensiamo che possiamo fare vacanze ovunque nel mondo.Siamo tutti e sei soddisfatti dei nostri pasti e pensano che valgano molto. Abbiamo un salsa di 19 dollari con un sapore profumo nella camicia. Tre menu a prezzi super speciali (sono stati chiusi) $15, tra cui un bicchiere di vino, birra, bevande morbide, caffè, e $15 un altro prezzo molto personale, tra cui un hamburger di pollo e un pomodoro.Il personale di aspettativa è molto amichevole. L'unica lamentazione che abbiamo è: ”Perché non abbiamo trovato questo posto prima”.

We chose this hotel because it was one of the most inexpensive hotels near the reef terminal and close to other attractions in Cairns. It was a 30 minute walk to the Reef Terminal and 40 minutes to the Botanical Garden. It also has a good selection of restaurants nearby and is a short walk to Rusty's Market and quite a few shops. The area is very quiet and the bed was comfy enough. The room has a good wall unit which we stored all of our bags in and kept our stuff accessible with some shelves. There is a limited number of plug-ins in the room with two on the desk under the TV and a power bar was underneath the bed. A travel power adapter was used to keep our devices charged. The wifi was weak when we stayed and we felt the shower curtain and lip didn't do a great job keeping the water contained because the floor and bath mat got soaked each time we showered - you could aim the shower head at the wall and angle your body just so but it was tricky to have a good shower here. We did appreciate all the toiletries available in the wall mounted units including hand wash, shaving cream, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The towels were also very soft but never dried out so we had to ask to have them changed on our second day here because the bathroom smelled very damp due to the wetness. The front desk staff were very kind but they did not have it manned after hours so there are late night check in instructions provided. They also can help arrange and book tours while you are in Cairns. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which included bread, a toaster, a pancake machine, cereals, juices, coffee, milk and water. The highlight of the breakfast was the pancake machine and the giant jar of Nutella with a pump attached. You could order a hot breakfast for a little bit more and it was fairly priced for things like sausage, bacon and eggs. The hotel also has a bar area (open 3-7), heat and eat meals, a vending machine, pool and laundry facilities. There is a microwave available in the bar area and kettles are available in the rooms for hot water. The laundry machines are commercial and quick - it cost 4 AUD to wash and the same price to dry and our laundry was done within 1 hour and 10 minutes. The laundry room also has an iron and ironing board. The hotel had a good amount of parking and it is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. We felt everything was very convenient during our stay and would recommend it if you are planning to save on a hotel and spend on excursions!

This is definitely a place that is orientated more towards families rather than couples. What was good was the friendly staff throughout the resort, the food and beverage service and the convenient underground parking. Stayed in a deluxe king room on the fifth floor overlooking Cairns city which appears to have been recently upgraded. Room smelt damp on entry and after the first shower it was evident why. It is hard to believe that someone designed the shower so that water flowed directly onto the floor and out into the living area even when you had the least amount of water flow possible. Wee bit of a design flaw I would suggest. Also, when booking a King size bed it would be a good idea to ask guests if they want a second bed in the room along with connecting rooms. I personally have no wish to have connecting rooms unless I am staying as a family. This door along with the front door were not particularly well sealed and you could here plenty of noise from outside and next door. The balcony is marketed as being intimate in yet has one chair and being a connecting room has nothing between you and your neighbours balcony. Hardly intimate. Based on the reviews I am sure this place is perfect for families however, there are better choices for couples elsewhere in Cairns.

Crystalbrook Bailey was my stopover hotel so I wasn't expecting anything flash etc however when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and modern this hotel is. Such a change to a lot of the older Cairns hotels. I felt like I was in a hotel in Melbourne! Check in was a breeze and staff were lovely, I was in my room in no time at all. There is alot of stunning modern artworks all throughout the building, very cool to find as you make your way to your floor. The room was beautiful and sufficient for a one nights stay, I could have easily stayed for longer! The location is great, in the city and close to the esplanade. I would definitely stay here again!

We have spent 4 nights in this Double Tree Hotel and checking out today. In general hotel is very basic not meeting my expectations- - breakfast is so basic and boring, not much variety - room is standard - have requested for wake up call the hotel receptionist was forgot - lucky we are not late for early flight - reception also forgot to book the Taxi Location is good Will not recommend for my families and friends.

Ho avuto una doppia camera vista sul mare.Molto bella vista.La migliore posizione, la marcia di mare è vicino all'hotel (posso vedere al mio balcone).Ho letto recensioni dicendo che è vecchia, ma in realtà è mantenuta in modo accettabile.Non aspettare il lussuoso design 5 stelle Il bagno è grande,con una piccola piscina riscaldata.Il giardino è piccolo ma sufficiente,sempre vuoto.Le camere sono pulite, aggiornate quotidianamente.Sii attento il bagno ha solo mezzo vetro coperto, nessun inondazione sarebbe accaduto se fosse attento. Molto piacevole, molto utile e buon personale di servizio frontale. Molto buono per il valore.

Great food and friendly helpful staff. Although this building is quite old it has been reasonably well renovated and is very comfortable to stay at. I had to leave VERY early to catch a bus and was supplied with a box breakfast, most welcome at 5am. On my return from my trip to Karumba we found that my booking had been made incorrectly a week further ahead.on arrival at 7pm , very tired,I was very grateful that the duty manager was able to put me into a very nice room for the night, and I was able to have a delightful meal and catch up with the gorgeous Shoni who welcomed me back even though I looked and smelt like Robinson Caruso, would definitely go there again.

Avrei potuto darmi 5 stelle, ma non perché mi chiedevo di darmi un'ora di tempo di checkout, ma si sono rifiutati. Non si sono preoccupati di tutte quelle persone sul desktop front. Non tornerò a casa, ci sono molti hotel nelle vicinanze, un po' di cammino è un buon esercito; più il mercato notturno è dall'altra parte.
