Ottimo subito fuori dalla QEW /403 servizio ottimo , buona la colazione , stanze rinnovate ed il personale molto gentile , parcheggio disponibile gratuito , 30 min in macchina da downtown Toronto e 55 minuti da Niagara Falls

We arrived on a very Muggy day! The front-end staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The only issue was the coffee maker. 😆 Later in the evening (workout) my wifi password was not working. So the young lady at desk tried to set it up. Did not work for her either. She issued a new one, typed it in for me and work instantly. Day staff were equally as friendly. The breakfast room although quite busy was clean and inviting. When I asked for more eggs for ppl inline behind me. It was met with a smile and replenished quickly. I will stay here again.

I booked the room because the hotel has a indoor pool and for 126 is an amazing price But the only downfall was there was no refunds back and unfortunately I was not able to make it to the room to check in. And I obviously didn't get my refund back. So that is why I'm going to put my Service review at the lowest if they couldn't put in partial refund at least

位置不錯、周邊有超市和大商場，前台很nice。房間乾淨整潔。自助餐也算比較良心的。就是設施有些老舊，特別空調聲音比較大。
