We just spent two nights at this stunning property while visiting the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area at the beginning of this month. Overall our stay was phenomenal from start to end. When we checked in, we got the warmest welcome from Meghan, the front office manager. She gave us the keys to both our rooms up on the 19th floor. We were assigned two rooms with 2 queen beds. (Rooms 1906 and 1918) Both the rooms overall were immaculate. We’ve stayed in both the rooms during our previous stays. The only con we have, (as I’ve mentioned before in previous reviews) are about how firm the mattresses are. They are extremely extremely hard. I hope one day they’ll replace the mattresses that are a little softer. The staff always take such great care of us during our stays and treat us like family. The service we have always received here has been incredible. That’s one of the main reasons why we keep coming back. The staff surprised us on our first night with a special note with a tray of a mixture of nuts and a big bottle of sparkling water. To whoever pulled this off, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. It really meant a lot. (See attached photos) The food in the M Club overall was super super good. They had scrambled eggs with a variety of cereals in the morning and light snacks later in the day. Every single staff member, (including all the housekeepers we encountered) couldn’t of been nicer to us. The staff here are absolutely incredible, the service you get here is equivalent to a Four Seasons. Overall that is the main reason why we keep coming back. This will always be our go-to hotel in the Buffalo. To the whole staff of the Buffalo Marriott at LECOM Harborcenter, thank you for making us feel right at home.

Un amico insisteva che io restassi a Westin durante il mio viaggio per vedere la mia famiglia a NY. La mia prima visita la settimana scorsa in molti anni. Il mio amico aveva ragione, era molto bello. L'hotel era tranquillo, ma era tutto a posto. Aggiunse al mio soggiorno tranquillo. Ho avuto una bella stanza in un piano superiore, la gente al desk è stata molto utile. Tornerò di nuovo... This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We had planned to stay for just one night but wish we could have stayed longer. We will certainly be back. Valet was a breeze (love that the price is built into the stay). The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful. We loved the smart technology! And the washroom……wow!!! We enjoyed a drink and bite to eat at the restaurant off of the lobby (the rotating bar!) and also had a drink on the rooftop patio. We didn’t have the time to use the hot springs however we did check it out and will look forward to that next time. We don’t have a bad thing to say about the Curtiss!!!

La posizione è buona, a Downtown, l'hotel circostante ha scelto più e circa otto minuti di auto per l'aeroporto.Il personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto atteggiamento, il sonno è molto comodo; L'igiene dell'hotel è anche possibile. Il personale pulito entra nella stanza pulita. La tassa di parcheggio è un po' costosa. La posizione di parcheggio è al contrario dell'hotel. Il parcheggio richiede $20 al giorno. Valet $29 al giorno più le tasse di trasporto. Tutto bene!

Due coppie si sono fermate una notte per un spettacolo in città. Parcheggio facile nel garage collegato - 6° piano - ha detto che la chiave della mia stanza sarebbe stata usata per il garage in e fuori, ma non potevo capirlo. Non è un problema. Il check-in era facile - agente amichevole. Camere sul piano superiore e abbiamo avuto una vista sull'acqua. Questo hotel è molto funky - non il vostro tipico. Funky decorazione e mobili. La camera di re è spaziosa. Tre commenti - non abbastanza sedere nel banchetto in un angolo della camera, nessuna sedia; non abbastanza luce; la parete tra il letto e il bagno non è una vera parete - come un pannello - così la luce passa attraverso quando si utilizza la zona del bagno. Mi piace il bagno separato dal bagno e dalla doccia. Attrezzature montate. Grande area di entrata. Frigorifero, caffè singolo. Acqua libera per i membri Bonvoy. Piazza al tetto delle finestre. Le ore di ristorante devono essere aggiornate sull'app e sul sito web - siamo tornati alle 11:30 a sperare di cibo bar, ma WXYZ chiuso alle 11:00 e il bar vino non serviva più cibo.

Stayed here on March 16th. We were in town to attend the Journey concert. At approximately 5:30am, the fire alarm went off. It was a loud screeching alarm. We were advised over an intercom to evacuate the property. It was rainy and cold and we waited outside for over an hour. We were finally advised to go back to our rooms. After getting back to sleep, we were again awakened by the smoke alarm at 10:00am. We weren't going to go stand outside again, so we gathered our belongings and left the hotel. I sent an email to Marriott customer service asking for a partial refund or some Marriott points for our inconvenience. As of this date (March 29th), I have not heard back from them. I've been a Marriott customer for many years. Very disappointed in their poor customer service!
