"Ha avuto un grande soggiorno di notte. La colazione era davvero buona. Una bella casa con grandi ospiti ...... L'unica questione che avevamo era che l'iPhone di mia moglie è caduto dal vassoio nel cestino dei rifiuti, il cestino dei rifiuti era ceramica e il fondo è rotto. Al colazione abbiamo spiegato cosa è successo e ci siamo aspettati che tutto fosse messo in un incidente/un piccolo costo di possedere un business B&B e non essere effettivamente a carico .....La nostra carta di credito è stata a carico $50 per sostituirla. Ancora una volta, è stato un incidente, pensavamo che la accusa fosse piccola e non necessaria, avrei dato cinque stelle, ma questa accusa era turbante, se si gestisce un'impresa che si deve aspettare che accadano incidenti come questo."
