Cleanliness was ok, breakfast fine, the stay was alright, a bit noisy being at the road but otherwise fine room. The reason I give only one star is because of the reception. Even though I can pay for the room with my credit card, because it was trough booking probably, everything else had to be paid with cash and every for every order they were adding a service fee even though I was waiting at the bar to pick up my drinks, coffees and sodas. And the worst part. I was there for the Formula 1. So I had to get to the track and the receptionist, (the one I’m giving one star for) advised me to take a taxi, easier to get there. I asked him to call one for me. After some time, a car arrived, not taxi, private car, and he told me that he’s the taxi driver and that I can pay with card but I should pay before we start, because at the track the signal for the card reader is not so good. It started to sound weird already. I asked how much for the ride and he said 20.000 HUF, that’s 50 euros. It seems expensive considering the track it’s not that far. I said I won’t take him and I’ll find myself a cab. I downloaded a taxi app, and I got a taxi in 2 minutes and I paid 8200 HUF, that’s 20 euros one way, and they had special car lane, no waiting times, everything was smooth. On the way back I took a taxi, same company, and paid 12.000 HUF, 30 euros, because it was a little bit busy, of course, after the race. So all in all, I paid approximately 20.000 HUF and that was what the first guy tried to make us pay for only one trip. I find it disgusting that the receptionist will do such thing to its hotel guests. Only because they are not local, it doesn’t mean that you can rip them off with weird service fees or fake taxi drivers and so on. I recommend the place for the stay, for what you pay you get good service. But don’t ask the reception for taxi, even though they display certain taxi companies on their desks, you don’t get one, it’s just misleading. Use taxi apps, they are plenty and very useful.

Ottima struttura sotto tutti i punti di vista (pulizia, camere, personale, colazione, ecc…) posizione un po’ periferica ma ben collegata con i mezzi e ottima per chi - come me - viaggia con auto propria. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Non sono soddisfatto. Colazione più orientata agli stranieri che ad italiani. La stanza piccola è bagno microscopico. Abbiamo preso in prestito 2 asciugamani x recarci alle terme e non li hanno reintegrati. Situato in una zona lontana da tutto percui è necessario utilizzare i mezzi. Il 91 ed il 291 sono ad 1km circa di distanza

Abbiamo prenotato il nostro soggiorno dal 23 al 28 dicembre. Già all’arrivo avevamo capito che l’hotel non era minimamente uguale alle foto, scarsa pulizia, puzza di vecchio ecc. Ci danno una stanza minuscola con un letto che doveva essere matrimoniale, invece era una piazza e mezza! Ma siamo ragazzi che si adattano molto bene e quindi non ci lamentiamo per la “stanzetta”. Il 25 dicembre, al nostro rientro in hotel, il signore della reception ci avvisa (solo quando rientriamo senza alcuna telefonata) che durante la notte il livello del fiume Danubio era salito e che quindi dovevamo lasciare immediatamente l’hotel. D’accordo, prendiamo le nostre valigie e lasciamo la camera. Arrivati alla reception il signore ci dice che l’hotel ci avrebbe assicurato solo quella notte in un altro hotel e che per le restanti notti avremmo dovuto provvedere da soli!!! Ed aspettare il rimborso dell’agenzia (online) con il quale avevamo prenotato che giustamente il giorno di Natale non era reperibile. Intanto dovevamo trovare a nostre spese un altro hotel per le restanti due notti, durante la settimana di Natale??? Secondo il receptionist era possibile!!! Insomma abbiamo avuto più di un battibecco con il receptionist, mi dispiace dirlo ma è stata una persona davvero cattiva, scorbutica e senza tatto. Ci ha minacciati di chiamare la polizia e ha fatto finta di chiamare, solo perché noi volevamo che l’hotel provvedesse a trovarcene un altro. Insomma voleva ingannarci facendoci andare via, incassando le due notti che avevamo già pagato e non provvedere per noi!! In conclusione dico che lo sconsiglio assolutamente per tutto, posizione, personale, pulizia e colazione! Brutta, brutta esperienza!

Fantastisch!! We waren drie uur te vroeg maar kregen, ongevraagd en heel vriendelijk, een andere kamer waardoor we niet in de lobby hoefden te wachten. De kamer was keurig opgeruimd, heerlijk bed, nette badkamer, kortom tiptop in orde. De verschillende zwembaden en het bubbelbad waren schoon en mooi dus erg aangenaam. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid zodat er zelfs voor kieskeurige mensen als mijn vrouw en ik wat lekkers, en gezonds, te krijgen was. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam Dit bleek o.a. uit dat mijn vrouw onwel was geworden door iets wat we in de stad hadden gegeten en daardoor vroeg ik laat in de avond enkele stuks fruit en de volgende dag een latere checkout wat we ook weer kosteloos aangeboden kregen. Als ik iets zou moeten noemen dan is dat dit prachtige hotel al wat ouder is waardoor de luxe niet meer helemaal up to date is, voor ons was dat helemaal geen probleem en zou ik zelfs zeggen dat we het als een pluspunt zagen. Het is wellicht wat duurder dan doorsnee hotels maar het is 100% waar voor je geld!! Fantastic!! We were three hours early but were given another room, unsolicited and very kindly, so we didn't have to wait in the lobby. The room was very tidy, wonderful bed, nice bathroom, in short, in tiptop order. The various pools and hot tub were clean and beautiful so very enjoyable. The breakfast was very extensive so that even picky people like my wife and I could get something tasty and healthy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This showed, among other things, in that my wife had become unwell due to something we had eaten in the city, so I asked for some fruit late in the evening and a later checkout the next day, which we again were offered free of charge. If I had to mention something negative, it is that this beautiful hotel is a bit older, so the luxury is no longer completely up to date, for us that was no problem at all and I would even say that we saw it as a plus. It may be a bit more expensive than average hotels but it is 100% value for money!!
