It is very comfortable and convenient to the city. A very good bed too.

Too old, all facilities are too old inside the room, the parking should be free or 50% discount.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are clean and with an amazing view. The buffet was delicious. The location is excellent, easy to walk anywhere in the CBD

The location is perfect! Step off the train walk through the station and you're at the entrance to the Sofitel. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location was perfect for pottering around Brisbane. Enjoyed room service one night, and had a lovely swim in the heated pool and spa every night. Can't wait to go back!

My son and I came down to Brisbane for a theatre weekend and some shopping. The location was fantastic, really close to Queens Street Mall. The cleanliness of our hotel was brilliant, nothing to fault. The staff were fabulous and really did their best to keep us happy. The only thing that could be improved would be bottles of water and more amenities, such as toothbrush, shaving kit, tubes of cream and possibly a mini bar. The overnight menu could be improved upon too.

The Sofitel was lovely! Very nice and clean with a gorgeous room and view!

The hotel location is really convenient in Central Station. It takes around 25min from Brisbane Airport.

Nice location

Room is ok and staff service is nice. But the swimming pool opens till 9pm which is too early. After i finish dinner, i can only swim for 30 min: if the pool opening hours are till 10:30pm, I will definitely rebook next time

The lady at the check-in desk gave me unactivated room keys and also wrote the wrong floor level as well as the wrong room number on the key.
