I loved the Brisbane Hyatt. I ended up spending four more nights there and it just couldn’t get enough. It was centrally located. I was able to get around town very easily. I was able to walk over to the wonderful Parkland lake where the big party is in the middle of town where everybody’s at the beach and playing volleyball having fun The food was exceptional. The service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was modern and clean and eco-friendly so all in all I was quite impressed and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. Thank you very much! I’m a big fan.

非常滿意的酒店，下次如果還來布裏斯班一定再住這裏。我們的房間在71樓，景觀非常好。有兩個卧室，一個廳，一間小書房，一個小廚房，兩個衛生間，一個洗衣隔間，很寬敞。廚房有烤箱，微波爐，洗碗機，鍋，盤子，碗，餐具，炒菜鏟子，刀，砧板，甚至還有洗碗海綿和抹布，洗碗粉。如果要自己做飯，買食材和調料就行，還可以問前台要電飯煲。洗衣間有洗衣機，烘乾機，臟衣籃，還提供一瓶洗衣液，夠一次的量吧。出門在外能有洗衣機太幸福了。樓下出門右手邊就是一家cafe，解決早餐完全沒問題。位置也好，我們去了幾個市內的景點，市政廳，皇後街，南岸公園，都是步行可達。離Roma station很近，在那裡坐車去考拉園，還有去機場都可以。買張go card，下載my translink app，可以很方便規劃公共交通，也可以顯示票價。走的時候打了輛DiDi，40多澳元，比三個人坐air train便宜。

Per il prezzo, si aspetta che il servizio/necessità di base venga soddisfatto in hotel. Ma il servizio in camera era cattivo. Doveva chiedere cose che mancano in camera come un set di tovagliolo coz 1 è fornito con 3 set di asciugamani per 2. Deve essere richiesto due volte prima di essere consegnato. Mangiato. Cutleri doveva essere chiesto tre e si preoccupa di voi, non era ancora consegnato alla fine. Batroba è stato sostituito dopo il servizio di pulizia, ma solo 1 è stato rimesso quando 2 è stato rimosso. Dovevano chiamare due volte per sostituirla anche. Il telefono in camera non funzionava troppo, quindi doveva andare a ricevere le richieste ogni volta. Questi giorni erano stati completamente prenotati, quindi non ci sono altre stanze disponibili. La pressione dell’acqua nel doccia non era buona. L'acqua si è presa un po' prima che fosse calda. Chiese la ricezione che tempo fa i servizi spa sono chiusi e non sono riusciti a rispondere anche. Cercavo di ottenere aiuto se potessi avere qualche posto per fare il check-in online e stampare i miei passaporti. Il recepcionista non poteva capire quello che dicevamo e poi continuare a dire non è in grado di aiutarci su di esso dopo molte volte di spiegare.

An older Sofitel compared to some others I stay at as a an Accor Platinum member but my experiences have all been quite postive when I stay here. Staff as usual were very friendly and helpful which is what brings me back to Accot hotels, and the fact my room is almost always ready early. Quite a large hotel with a few different options for food and drinks. The breakfast is quite good, alot of options and plenty of room to sit and relax. The gym is on the smallish side but nice pool and amenities. My King room was quite dated badly in need of a renovation but its quite big and the bed was comfortable. Parking can be a bit difficult at times. The location is very convenient if you are coming by train and its only 5 minutes walk into the CBD. Overall a good hotel and experience.

The Glen was a wonderful hotel during our visit to Brisbane at Christmas. The hotel staff are super friendly, the rooms are nicely decorated and clean and the pool was welcome hot days. The secure parking is great and the hotel is located close to multiple motorways to get around town. In addition, the Glen Hotel restaurant across the parking lot is amazing. The breakfast restaurant is fantastic, the pizza oven lunch is great and the formal dining room at night is excellent. Highly recommend.

Si consiglia se si cerca un posto pulito e di qualità per soggiornare e si è un viaggiatore di bilancio. Questo yha ha un standard molto alto rispetto agli altri. E 'più come un hotel giovanile con letti in basso piuttosto che un posto di bagagliaio. Le camere sono super ricche e servite quotidianamente, spaziosi serbatoi per bagagli che si adattano a una grande valigia (fantastico!) e sono facilmente riempiti di aria condizionata o finestre da aprire. La cucina è molto grande, bel terrazzo di tetto con vista sulla città e zona piscina. Salone TV e presto è il proprio centro di lavoro che penso sia un grande complemento al concetto.

Awful, there isn’t any other way to describe it. Do not stay here, everything is completely run down. No maintenance at all the place hasn’t ever seen a paint brush. Checked in then checked out within 10 mins, made sure I got a refund, the managed (presume) I dealt with -completely understood and couldn’t give me my money back any quicker. On arrival I could see the kitchen was filthy and small, upon walking to my room I was confronted with a man that had thrown up in his top and was holding it in his T-shirt while walking down the stairs. (15:20) Arrived to my ‘box room’ it was a complete state, curtains are stained and don’t cover the windows, the ceiling fan was clinking and clanging and on the verge of coming off. Aircon was non existent, also extremely loud. I can safely say I didn’t bother even entering the showers or toilet faculties- I think that was for the best. Just another hostel that doesn’t care about it’s clients literally just offering a bed to stay for a night and taking your money. Hostel selina , 200 meters round the corner isn't even comparable to this place so don’t waste your money on summer house and go hostel selina. Please find below photo of the -‘holes in the roof, covered by perspex’ covered with dirt above -Stained curtains

L'ambiente è ok, la stanza è abbastanza ordinata, la luce in bagno è un po' fioca, la reception 24 ore su 24, il servizio è ok, c'è un parcheggio ma poiché non abbiamo guidato, non l'abbiamo fatto capisci, non c'era scenario perché ci sono edifici alti intorno, ma sotto ci sono ristoranti e supermercati deliziosi. Puoi raggiungere a piedi la strada commerciale in 10 minuti. Molti negozi includono negozi di lusso, ristoranti, bar. È anche un hotel consigliato. Attraversa il ponte al piano di sotto fino alla sponda sud opposta e al famoso cartello di Brisbane. , C'è una ruota panoramica accanto, uno spot fotografico

Location is everything and thats what this hotel offers. I was able to walk everywhere and had everything nearby whether it was food, shopping, public transportation, clinics and tourist attractions. Stayed with a mate as we wanted a convenient place to crash after a concert gig. The room was as advertised; clean and functional. Basic and possibly a tad dated, but definitely cannot complain about the price. The staff at reception allowed us to check-in half an hour early and were helpful later when we requested more toilet paper. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were well presented and clean. Airconditioning was great with no odd smells. The TV was massive and with some tinkering we were able to access Netflix etc. The windows only had a view of the opposite building. Blinds blocked out morning light. The mini-fridge came with a small selection of drinks at standard prices. Two complimentary waters were provided. The room had a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee and some biscuits. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor and were very impressed. If you're staying here definitely visit the restaurant. I don't really have any negative things to say and would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting budget accommodation in the CBD.

Non era certo un valore per i soldi. Per il prezzo pagato il servizio era inaccettabile. Arriviamo alle 2:00 di mattina con mia madre anziana, nessun membro del personale ha aiutato con i bagagli, sia fuori dalla nostra macchina che fino alla nostra stanza! Quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza, le strutture per il tè/caffeina non erano state pulite dall'ospite precedente né riempite. Quando cenava al ristorante, la cameriera scritta male il nostro ordine, uscì con octopus invece di gnocchi e mi chiedeva se sarei felice di mangiare l'octopus invece. Mi rifiutai, poi mia madre e io cenai a momenti completamente diversi, con una scusa meno. Prima di arrivare dal nostro volo dall'Indonesia, il tarmac mi ritardava, quindi ho avuto il ”chiacchierare in diretta” sul sito web degli hotel per consigliarli.Il chattore in diretta mi ha detto che non poteva informare il desk di mia arrivo tardivo e invece avrei bisogno di chiamare l'hotel ....come ridicolo. Non avrei mai consigliato questo hotel a nessuno. Ci siamo trasferiti dopo tre notti in un hotel simile per quasi metà del prezzo e abbiamo avuto uno dei migliori hotel mai rimasti. Non sprecare i vostri soldi qui, è 3 stelle al meglio!

Scegliete un appartamento a due camere per tre di noi che era enorme per un hotel centro città. La ricezione è stata molto gentile e utile, e un ex revisore ha commentato la pace che vi circonda quando entrate, che è un sollievo dalla rabbia e dalla rabbia della città. Siate ben consapevoli che è un vecchio edificio, quindi quando il vostro vicino accanto alla porta si gira in doccia, può esserci un interessante rumore dal tubo. Inoltre, siete in un centro città e mi sorprendeva di svegliarmi a 0200hs ro il suono di una telecamera CCTV che annuncia a chi gridava e urlava in strada che erano stati registrati - molto C3PO!

Ho soggiornato per lavoro due settimane. Innanzitutto sottolineo che i punti assegnati sono guadagnati grazie a una location davvero perfetta,e un personale davvero eccezionale per gentilezza e dedizione. Purtroppo un potenziale simile viene un po’ vanificato da una serie di punti negativi. Elenco quelli che derivano da mia personale opinione: - Pulizia: purtroppo temo che non abbiano mai pulito,in 2 settimane,la stanza,a parte il bagno e cambiare le lenzuola. Il letto era pulito ma per terra c’era sporco che è rimasto li per 2 settimane. - parcheggio con parcheggiatore: ahimè scomodo perché i valletti sono 1 o 2 e si rimane ad attendere per un po’. Che poi il parcheggio è li a fianco,mi lasciassero parcheggiare da solo….comunque 50 dollari al giorno eh… - internet a pagamento (un po’ lento) - interni pesantemente vetusti - coda alla colazione a causa di una procedura piuttosto noiosa per cui l’unica hostess doveva registrare e accompagnare al tavolo ciascuna singola persona. Risultato: coda di 20 minuti se arrivi nel momento sbagliato. - stessa identica offerta di buffet a colazione per 15 giorni. Insomma ci tornerei per la location e nient’altro.

I was able to walk over to the wonderful Parkland lake where the big party is in the middle of town where everybody’s at the beach and playing volleyball having fun The food was exceptional. The service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was modern and clean and eco-friendly so all in all I was quite impressed and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. Thank you very much! I’m a big fan.

The photographs online do not reflect what the hotel looks like now. The foyer was a worry with the reception desk being enclosed by a wire mesh cage. Why would that be necessary. The front door had one glass side smashed and was replaced by a plywood sheet while we were there.. Front door was therefore not locked at night after staff left. The room was unbelievably tiny with barely enough room between the foot of the bed and the shelf that supported the tv. There was no chair, microwave or toaster. There were two sachets of coffee, three tea bags and two sachets of sugar, and NO milk. Also two sachets of salt. Why ? These items were not replaced on the second night we were there, neither were the towels replaced nor the room made up. There were two mugs, two glasses - one glass and one plastic, one spoon and a stick. There was no other cutlery or crockery. The TV was terrible, and barely worked without losing volume and pixillating. The ”wardrobe” door was missing, the bathroom sliding door had the entire handle missing and was off the runners so it could not be closed. There were no power points that could be used to plug in the kettle except on the shelf where one would normally put clothing.. Our room did not have a window that let in natural light, only a space covered with a mesh grill that looked out on an air shaft where there was two airconditioner compressors which hummed all night. The bathroom was tiny with barely enough room to turn around, but at least we could watch tv while sitting on the toilet. The shower cubicle was a joke - smaller than a phone booth. On the plus side, the staff were very pleasant although their grasp of the language left a bit to be desired. The bed was comfortable and the linen and bathroom towels were clean. I guess you get what you pay for, but we only chose it for its proximity to Roma St station. We will never stay there again and not only will not recommend it to friends, but actively tell people never to go there.

Stayed with a mate as we wanted a convenient place to crash after a concert gig. The room was as advertised; clean and functional. Basic and possibly a tad dated, but definitely cannot complain about the price. The staff at reception allowed us to check-in half an hour early and were helpful later when we requested more toilet paper. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were well presented and clean. Airconditioning was great with no odd smells. The TV was massive and with some tinkering we were able to access Netflix etc. The windows only had a view of the opposite building. Blinds blocked out morning light. The mini-fridge came with a small selection of drinks at standard prices. Two complimentary waters were provided. The room had a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee and some biscuits. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor and were very impressed. If you're staying here definitely visit the restaurant. I don't really have any negative things to say and would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting budget accommodation in the CBD.

Location is everything and thats what this hotel offers. I was able to walk everywhere and had everything nearby whether it was food, shopping, public transportation, clinics and tourist attractions. È stato bello che la stanza fosse grande e che fosse separata dal soggiorno e dalla cucina. L'acqua calda esce bene Se il tempo non fosse stato freddo sul balcone, sarebbe stato bello sedersi e fare un brunch e prendere un caffè. È stato bello poter fare il bucato Il rovescio della medaglia è che l'aria nella stanza è un po' fresca, quindi ti viene un po' di naso che cola in inverno?? Mi piaci!!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Adina, quindi abbiamo avuto l'opzione di due letti singoli separati. La stanza era bella con una vista magnifica sul fiume e sul lato meridionale, e era pulita ogni giorno. Usavamo la piscina ogni giorno, che pensavamo riempire l'atrio è perfettamente in. Io consiglierei e non esitarei a rimanere qui di nuovo.

Ho prenotato 3 camere per me e la famiglia, una delle camere era destinata a essere una camera di famiglia, ma mi sentivo che una delle due camere era chiaramente superiore. Il balcone aveva solo due sedie per la camera della famiglia. Ho prenotato la stanza insieme e per qualche motivo siamo stati tutti in piani casuali, era un po' un incubo. La stanza non era pulita, le sigarette lasciate sul balcone, le ceneri in tutto il pavimento del balcone, le impronte di mano dei bambini in tutto il vetro, nessun sapone nel dispensatore.Le camere non sono molto probanti, potevano sentire la costruzione tardi di notte. La camera principale era spaziosa, oscura e con un grande aria condizionata. Buona posizione intorno al centro commerciale di Queen Street, cibo e BWS in strada. Belle moderne bagni con lavatrice.

Ho soggiornato per lavoro due settimane. Innanzitutto sottolineo che i punti assegnati sono guadagnati grazie a una location davvero perfetta,e un personale davvero eccezionale per gentilezza e dedizione. Purtroppo un potenziale simile viene un po’ vanificato da una serie di punti negativi. Elenco quelli che derivano da mia personale opinione: - Pulizia: purtroppo temo che non abbiano mai pulito,in 2 settimane,la stanza,a parte il bagno e cambiare le lenzuola. Il letto era pulito ma per terra c’era sporco che è rimasto li per 2 settimane. - parcheggio con parcheggiatore: ahimè scomodo perché i valletti sono 1 o 2 e si rimane ad attendere per un po’. Che poi il parcheggio è li a fianco,mi lasciassero parcheggiare da solo….comunque 50 dollari al giorno eh… - internet a pagamento (un po’ lento) - interni pesantemente vetusti - coda alla colazione a causa di una procedura piuttosto noiosa per cui l’unica hostess doveva registrare e accompagnare al tavolo ciascuna singola persona. Risultato: coda di 20 minuti se arrivi nel momento sbagliato. - stessa identica offerta di buffet a colazione per 15 giorni. Insomma ci tornerei per la location e nient’altro.

Non era certo un valore per i soldi. Per il prezzo pagato il servizio era inaccettabile. Arriviamo alle 2:00 di mattina con mia madre anziana, nessun membro del personale ha aiutato con i bagagli, sia fuori dalla nostra macchina che fino alla nostra stanza! Quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza, le strutture per il tè/caffeina non erano state pulite dall'ospite precedente né riempite. Quando cenava al ristorante, la cameriera scritta male il nostro ordine, uscì con octopus invece di gnocchi e mi chiedeva se sarei felice di mangiare l'octopus invece. Mi rifiutai, poi mia madre e io cenai a momenti completamente diversi, con una scusa meno. Prima di arrivare dal nostro volo dall'Indonesia, il tarmac mi ritardava, quindi ho avuto il ”chiacchierare in diretta” sul sito web degli hotel per consigliarli.Il chattore in diretta mi ha detto che non poteva informare il desk di mia arrivo tardivo e invece avrei bisogno di chiamare l'hotel ....come ridicolo. Non avrei mai consigliato questo hotel a nessuno. Ci siamo trasferiti dopo tre notti in un hotel simile per quasi metà del prezzo e abbiamo avuto uno dei migliori hotel mai rimasti. Non sprecare i vostri soldi qui, è 3 stelle al meglio!

I loved the Brisbane Hyatt. I ended up spending four more nights there and it just couldn’t get enough. It was centrally located. I was able to get around town very easily. I was able to walk over to the wonderful Parkland lake where the big party is in the middle of town where everybody’s at the beach and playing volleyball having fun The food was exceptional. The service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was modern and clean and eco-friendly so all in all I was quite impressed and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. To be honest, I'm not sure how Opera Apartments South Bank has such a high rating. Here's a breakdown of the good and bad. Good: o Fully equipped kitchen o Balcony with outdoor table and chairs o WiFi is good at ＞50/50 Mbps. o The rooftop pool and BBQ areas are nice. The pool is a great place from which to watch the sunset. o Fantastic location. Very convenient for attending conferences at the exhibition centre. Bad: o Cockroaches in our bathroom and kitchen! Once it was dark, cockroaches came out in our bathroom and kitchen. On the first night, we killed four in the bathroom and two in the kitchen. o The front door has no signage to indicate where to enter Opera apartments. The door to enter the building does not automatically open and often the reception is unattended. So you have to use the keypad at the door to even gain entry to the building. We saw lots of new arrivals who were left very confused by the system. o We arrived at 12:30 pm and checked in, but as check-in time is not until 2 pm we dropped our luggage and then went off to grab lunch and coffee. We returned at 2 pm but were advised that our room still wasn't ready. We were told the room would be ready at 2:40 pm. Since we had already had lunch, we had nothing to do but sit around in the reception area until our room was ready. At 2:47 pm we were advised that the room would be ready in 10 mins. The room was then ready at 2:57 pm. When we entered the room it had a chemical smell and the kitchen floor was still wet after cleaning. o The walls were covered in dust. Additionally, all the air conditioning vents were caked with dust. There was an insane amount of dust behind the bed. As someone with allergies, we had to be very careful not to disturb the dust otherwise I would have been sneezing the whole time. o No tissues were provided. o No towels were provided for the pool. o The hallway had an unpleasant smell. Then the room also smelt but it was a completely different unpleasant smell. o The tv was fairly small. Only about 40”. o We were on level 3 and we couldn't have our balcony door open as there was a loud noise from air conditioning units under us and the building next door. With the door closed though the noise of the air-conditioning units outside wasn't an issue (but then you're trapped with the smell!) Overall, I do not recommend Opera Apartments South Bank. Complete waste of money. Still traumatised from all the cockroaches coming out during the night and the smell in the apartment.

Very helpful, clean and friendly. The only concern I had was the fire escape plan. We were on the ground floor and the outdoor area was surrounded by aluminium lattice work which was welded shut. The only way out was back through the one way hallway to the exit doors. If there was a fire you would have to climb 2m over the lattice to get out. When I asked about it they said it's a brick building so you don't have to really worry about fire....😬

The rooms are comfortable and the price is very good for the area - the place is in a perfect spot for hitting the city. Recommended and i would surely be back in case i happened in Brisbane.

Wasn’t planning on staying here, but was bumped to this accomodation at the last minute by Clix. So a bit disappointed as we were staying at one of their other buildings which was closer to restaurants etc and had a better pool. The apartment was clean and looked out over the hills and river, the bed was comfortable. Could have done with more kitchen utensils like a baking tray for starters. Stove had a wok burner but no wok or fry pan. Tiny wash basin with no side bench so had to put stuff on floor. Shower door handle had coroded and needs replacing. Disappointed in the pool, even though technically out doors it was all under cover thus no sun light so a bit chilly as it acted as a wind tunnel. Also was on 22nd floor and could still hear trains that ran past building.

We stayed at Clear Mountain for three nights in a superior room. The room was clean, beds comfortable, with a pleasant view. The bathroom was a bit peculiar though, with very little room for cosmetics and toiletries. Shower was good though. The staff everywhere are really pleasant and helpful. Parking is a bit of a hassle in that there are stairs up from one of the parking lots which makes lugging heavy bags up to reception a nuisance. Likewise there are no lifts in the hotel. We were on the second floor (I think there are three floors) so again a lift or staff to help getting bags up and down stairs would have been appreciated, particularly for oldsters like us. The resort does need a facelift in parts, some of the older chairs and tables in the dining room should have been replaced long ago. The restaurant was a bitter disappointment. The menu is very limited, with such offerings as Chicken Maryland, the usual pork belly and the ubiquitous salmon. The prices, however, do not reflect such humble offerings. We had pork ragu which was tasty, but priced at $38, which I thought was a bit high. Steak was $52. The vegetarian option was pumpkin, a bit tarted up but still pumpkin. Far better to travel to Samford Village. The hotel there serves pub food which is typically pub food which was tasty, unpretentious and a whole lot cheaper. The pub is huge, but the eating areas are separated so it doesn’t feel ‘barn like’. It may be that the resort is having an issue hiring chefs and kitchen staff as this seems to be the case everywhere post covid, but the restaurant does need to lift its game regarding the paucity, cost and quality of menu items. Breakfast at the resort was fine, with the usual fare on offer. Breakfast finishes at 9, a bit early for retirees (and late sleepers) like us!😀. Despite my criticisms we would return for the views, the relaxing vibe, and the beautiful surrounding area. The real winners in this resort are its position, views and the friendliness of it’s staff.

「ナイトライフを楽しみたい人必見！！」 格安にも関わらず、フォーティチュードバリーに徒歩で行け、夜のオーストラリアが存分に楽しめます！ ルーフトップではベンチやバーベキューできるスペースがあり、オーストラリアの街並みを見ながら日光浴をして読書しているひとがいて、平和な雰囲気でした！ 市内までも近く、歩いて20分ほど、レンタルスクーターを使うと10分で着きます！ ベッドが大きく快適、窓が大きく開放感があります。タオルもたくさんあり、清潔、テレビ、コンロ、食洗機も洗濯機も乾燥機も全て管理してあり、何日でも泊まれます。ベランダの机と椅子もあり、外で食事もでき、窓を閉め切ればベランダで喫煙もできました。
