No Juice at all or Lemonaide all 4 nights. Reserved a room with a Tub . They did not accommodated that request. There was a pill on the floor in our room . The bed was very uncomfortable The pregnant blonde girl at front desk was very rude. Shower head was broken Room not cleaned asked for it to be cleaned . They came in on the 4th night and made bed and took out trash . The same stains were on nightstand ..3 rings from a cup . they left a red bottle of airfreshner or cleaner unlabeled in our room. Alarm went off in middle of the night the front desk yelled at my husband and told him they are dealing with it. I called customer service and Supervisor Melanie offered me 8000 points . I was there not on vacation. I was there because my Dad was dying he died on the last night of our stay...Not being able to sleep in a comfortable bed or partake in the amenities they advertised was very disappointing. We are booking 37 rooms for my Dad's funeral in Rochester and because of Choice dropping the ball we will go elsewhere . There was also a man from France that spoke very little English and he had a reservation however they told him they didn't have a room for him. After 2 hours they used the company card to get him a room at a different hotel .

After being unhappy at another chain location, I switched from my usual brand and joined Radisson Rewards for this booking, with a great rate. Arrived here from ROCHESTER International Airport by LYFT ride, not knowing how long I would be staying, or what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a nice area, on busy Route 31, Monroe Ave , East of the city, but still close to all major attractions, like GeorgeEastman House, Memorial Art Gallery, Highland Park, Rochester Museum and Science Center, by car, also on city bus routes. My comfy accessible room is roomy and restful, with a King bed and roll-in shower, many safety bars in bathroom. There is a window unit for climate control , Microwave and fridge in my room, and a 40 inch flat screen TV that has a sharp picture with premium channels. Room and lobby WIFI works well., except with my Apple phone. Cozy family reading area with adult and children's books and a single computer/printer business center in lobby. I was happy to find a small coin operated laundromat and a tiny gym, with two machines. Amenities include a very good hot and cold breakfast served in lobby, with 24/7 refreshment and coffee/tea bar. Spunkmeyer cookies at desk, a small convenience store for essentials, including frozen entrees. Smoke free premises, however there is an outside seating area, with wooden Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for smokers. Four Electric car charging stations make this a great location for modern savvy travelers who care about the environment. Coffee-Tea stations in room and lobby were well stocked. The diverse cheerful and helpful staff keep all common areas very clean; all of them are very helpful and accommodating . I enjoyed conversing with International guest clientele in several languages, including Japanese tourists. With rewards member rates, its a great deal and price point. Ethnic restaurants and shopping nearby, including Pittsford Plaza and Eastview Mall . I recommend this hotel to all traveler friends in this area, and beyond, including my 50,000. travel chat buddies on Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, without hesitation. Rimane ancora una volta, quasi neve fuori ogni giorno, non posso uscire. Attendere l'hotel ogni giorno, mangiare e bere la stanza. Cosa comprare nel supermercato è nel frigorifero. La stanza è molto comoda. Il fiore di neve che cade fuori dalla finestra è guardato sul letto. L'ambiente circostante è buono 👍👍👍 La prossima volta scelgo di rimanere.

Questo hotel inizia a mostrare la sua età, ma è mantenuto pulito. Ho soggiornato qui almeno 4 volte negli ultimi anni e non sono stato deluso. Il personale frontale è sempre bello e accogliente. Non c'è colazione gratuita, ma compramo il colazione con la nostra stanza. Quando arrivano riceveremo i nostri biglietti per colazione. Buon caffè Starbucks al mattino e un sandwich per colazione. Wifi funziona bene e il parcheggio è abbondante.

Stayed here for two nights for a trip to the strong museum. If you’re contemplating this hotel, don’t bother. Went with another family. When we got there at 5 pm, we were told by the receptionist that my friend’s room wasn’t ready. My room was ready but discovered the carpet wasn’t vacuumed bc there were crushed makeup powder (or pills?) all over the carpet and stained bed cover. I can overlook a mishap like this but seems like shortage of staff has been an ongoing issue at this place and the person at the front desk was extremely rude and just did not want to be there. Just look at the latest reviews on google and you can see that this is not an isolated incident.

Molto comodo, molto pulito, questo hotel è appena stato decorato in 2021 Le strutture sono molto complete, l'igiene è molto pulita, l'ambiente è molto conveniente nel centro della città. L'unico punto è che la colazione non è autoassistenza, deve essere posto sotto il suolo.

Sono un studente è stata la mia prima visita a Rochester per unirmi all'università di Rochester ho soggiornato solo una notte l'hotel era buono come un hotel 3 stelle era pulito il colazione era buona l'esperienza generale era buona sono soddisfatto

E'stato sempre fantastico.
