แย่มากๆ เงินหายที่นี่ ทั้งของเราและเพื่อน เราเมลไม่ถามโรงแรม เขากลับบอกมาว่าเราไม่เช็คให้ดีเอง แล้วไม่เอาเงินไว้ในตู้เซฟเอง คือเงินจำนวนไม่เยอะ เราก็ไม่ได้จะใส่เซฟอยู่แล้ว เราใส่ไว้ในกระเป๋าเล็กๆของกระเป๋าสะพายอีกทีนึง แล้วไม่ได้เอาไปไหนเลย แต่ไม่คิดว่าจะหาย รู้เลยว่ามีคนค้นกระเป๋าแน่ๆ เงินไม่ได้หายไปทั้งหมด เหลือเอาไว้บางส่วน เหมือนตั้งใจจะให้เราจับผิดยาก ทางรร.ก็โทษเราว่าไม่ยอมเก็บให้ดีๆเอง และหาว่าเราไปดิสเครดิสเขาด้วย โอโห้ ไม่เคยเจอการตอบกลับลูกค้าแบบนี้มาก่อน นิสัยแย่มากๆทั้งพนักงานที่ขโมยไปและเจ้าของ อีกอย่างเราต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่มตอนเขาพักเพราะทางรร.บอกว่าเพจจองใส่ข้อมูลของราคาผิด เราก็แอบสงสัยแล้วนะ แต่เขาก็อธิบายว่าระบบมีปัญหาจริงๆ เราก็โอเค ตกลงจ่ายเพิ่มไป เพราะหาที่พักอื่นยากแล้ว แล้วทางรร.ก็หาว่าเราไม่โอเคกับการจ่ายเพิ่มเลยหาเรื่องมาดิสเครดิสเขา ไม่คิดเลยว่ารร.จะคิดแบบนี้กับลูกค้า เสียความรู้สึกมากๆ ห้องก็ไม่ใช่ว่าจะดี ราคาก็ไม่ได้ถูกๆนะ แย่ที่สุด!

服務員是越南人對中國人態度極差，要衣架沒有，還不許洗衣服，這是什麼破規定？中國人不要來，不要來。

La ragazza alla reception è stata molto, molto carina e disponibile. Abbiamo prenotato qui le nostre escursioni e ci ha anche acquistato i biglietti del treno per andare a Vientiane. Ovviamente c'è di meglio ma, per il prezzo pagato, va bene così... ci siamo trovati bene. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Colazione sufficiente, si può scegliere una cosa da mangiare ed una da bere dalla lunga lista e in più portano anche frutta fresca e succo di frutta. Wifi buono. NOTE NEGATIVE: la finestra affacciava sul muro della casa a fianco (molto vicina) e non c'era niente per poter appoggiare sopra valigie o zaini. Abbiamo dovuto tenere tutto per terra... Eppure basterebbe poco per migliorare!

I have visited Luang Prabang several times and Elephant Boutique Hotel is always my top choice. The rooms are very comfortable and always incredibly clean. The AC/fan are great and the water is hot and a good pressure. Breakfast is delicious and very good value — lots of coffee, juice, fruit, western or Lao choices. At night, it is quiet and you get a great night’s sleep. Easy to come back later (for bowling…) or leave early in the morning (for the monks etc) if needed. Most importantly, the owners are fantastic. They are very welcoming, trustworthy and honest. They can take care of any request: tours, transport (trains and buses), laundry, money exchange, city tips etc. They have always proved reliable. I would reccomend this place to anyone visiting Luang Prabang — value for money it is fantastic.
