"Andammo al ristorante Zahara, all'hotel Nuchu. Bellamente decorato, ma la musica era troppo alta, quindi il manager lo ha fatto spostare. La cameriera sembrava inesperta. Ci chiese subito cosa volevamo ordinare prima di portarci l’acqua, così ho dovuto chiedere al barista l’acqua; e i cocktail ci hanno voluto 25 minuti per arrivare; il menu serviva solo carne di bovino, un piatto di pesce e goose. Aveva la salata di gambe di goose con foglie di menta. Molto deliziosa, ma poco disgustosa. Poi, per le mani, avevamo il petto di goose e la carne di bovino che era ben preparata, a meno che non fossi impazzita della crema di beet. Che strano è stato che abbiamo notato che l'altra parte del patio aveva bianche tavoli. Noi non lo facevamo. Normalmente ristorante israeliano in alto scala. Meglio della maggior parte."

"I was very disappointed. We paid 3400 NIS for two nights, and the service was terrible. Upon arrival, I specifically asked if there was a Bet Knesset in the hotel, as this was important to us. They assured me there wasn’t one, so I had no choice but to search for one outside. It was pouring rain, and I ended up walking for hours to find a place to pray. To my shock, I later discovered that the hotel actually does have a Bet Knesset, but the staff either didn’t know or didn’t care to inform me. This lack of basic communication and consideration is unacceptable for a hotel that charges such a premium price. It left me feeling stressed, soaked, and deeply dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for thoughtful service or attention to detail"

"I have been a customer of the King David hotel for many years now. While I have also been to other hotels such as the Waldorf and the David Citadel, the service at the King David is unparalleled. From the reservations manager Meirav - who has been exceptionally helpful to my family for many years - to the good and beverage staff, to the waiter staff, the front desk staff, and the bar staff, the service is simply excellent. Yet there is a standout even so. The concierge Jeremy Weiss adds a personal touch and treats you like family. I really cannot say enough about Jeremy and the entire staff."
