Hotel con colazione a Pigeon Forge

Abbiamo davvero goduto l'aspetto retro del motel! Il lobby e il ristorante sono sorprendenti! La nostra camera era molto comoda e mi piaceva il bagno e la doccia. Ci avevamo colazione nel ristorante e il nostro server, Michele, era fantastico. Era così amichevole e accogliente! Ci è piaciuto il nostro colazione, che era molto meglio dei colazioni continentali che si arrivano in altri hotel! Abbiamo controllato la piscina e il ponte della piscina circostante. Era davvero cool! Mi piaceva l'aspetto. Speriamo di tornare a una visita più lunga a volte.

I booked this Hotel for 6 older ladies to experience Pidgeon Forge. The Location couldn't be better. The rooms are very nice size and the bathrooms are great. All six of the ladies loved the hotel. Now with six older ladies we had some very picky ladies and they loved it. Great places to sit and talk in the lobby, two fire pits to sit and talk if it is chilly out side. Lots of pools and to use. The keep the buffet clean and refilled. One of our ladies is going to bring her whole family there for a family get together because she loved this place so much. I really and honestly don't feel you will be disappointed if you stay here. The staff is great there is always someone at the front desk which I lliked because I had questions. I can't say enough good things about this place but thank you for doing such a great job.

The facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

Ho prenotato una stanza con pagamento all'hotel con colazione ! Prima hanno preso tutto il denaro dalla carta che non volevo usare , poi quando siamo arrivati all' hotel hanno ricevuto un' altra carta di credito e lo usano per depositi , ma comunque dalla mia altra carta hanno preso 10 dollari ! Che gestione fa il loro lavoro come questo ????? E circa il colazione! Horribile! È possibile prendere i cuponi per colazione e non si può prendere caffè e acqua! una bevanda per il colazione:caffè o acqua o succo! Tutti i giorni hanno confuso i nostri ordini! Servizio all'hotel una stella!!! Non l'ho mai visto negli hotel Marriott! Non hanno nemmeno dato acqua per lo stato come di solito! Perche' abbiamo prenotato via trip .com . Ma è ok! Altre cose sono solo deludenti! Era il mio viaggio di compleanno!

Hotel room was nicely remodeled, clean, and neat. Good mattresses. Chair in room was worthless, back slanted way to far back to actually sit in it (who makes a chair like that anyway). Had blood stains on one of my pillowcases. Overall pretty good stay. However, the elevator was very dirty in the details. Floor was clean, but edges were dirty and dingy. Glass was absolutely filthy. Whole hotel needed to be painted and spruced up outside. Little gardens were nice. The ”free” breakfast should have more clear that in only included pancakes. You have to pay $6 more per person to get full breakfast choices. Would probably book a different place next time.

Shanica ci ha salutati con un sorriso così amichevole e accogliente e utile! La colazione era eccellente e le camere molto comode. Il nostro amico aveva anche la stanza accanto alla porta con un posto in fiamme! L'ingresso era caldo e invitante e molto confortevole. Anche aveva una tavola là fuori dove potevamo giocare e parlare. La piscina e il jacuzzi erano puliti e avevano belle tovaglie. Ecco perché è il nostro posto preferito per rimanere a Pigeon Forge!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti come famiglia. L'hotel dispone di molte strutture per mantenere i bambini felici e occupati. Il parco acquatico interno era buono con un paio di slide. La decorazione del Ringraziamento era bella. Sono state anche svolte molte attività dalle 8:30 alle 9:45 per intrattenere le famiglie e i bambini, e questo è stato davvero bello di loro. Hanno un posto per colazione, un negozio di crema di ghiaccio, granturco pop aromatizzato e dolci/soccorritorie e una pizzeria. Il luogo del colazione aveva l'opzione ”A la carte”, nessun buffet. In generale, è un posto molto bello per le famiglie con bambini. I bambini non si sentiranno mai stanchi anche se devono passare un giorno intero all'hotel. E la posizione è perfetta.

I was worried but I am glad I gave them a chance. Some of the reviews had me scared but my experience was great. First and most important to the person who said the place had bedbugs I looked trying to find one and I never did see any. The linen was so clean I honestly think it was new, the sheets and the towels. Mirrors had no streaks or spots on any of them. The shower had no water stains or spots. The fridge looked like it had never been used. It was so clean. I have never been able to sleep on a new bed without waking up to the worse back pain and for the first time ever the pain was less than as if I was at home in my own bed. Pleasantly surprised! I also seen some complaints about the breakfast so let me tell you….awesome! There was quite a selection to choose between biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt an assortment of juices, muffins and they kept it stocked clean and great! When I go back my next visit I will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience.

Mio marito è stato morso da qualcosa durante la notte, quindi ora dobbiamo andare in viaggio al ER perché non sta migliorando.. Inoltre, la zona di piscina è stata chiusa ma questo non è stato annunciato sul sito web.
