Lapu-Lapu: hotel sulla spiaggia

"Un’esperienza difficile da descrivere. . . 1. Il banco del check-in non diceva affatto che per andare in spiaggia dovevo chiedere un cartello alla reception, alla fine mi sono recato a piedi fino alla cosiddetta spiaggia privata dell'hotel (a quasi un chilometro dal hotel), e la persona di turno mi ha detto che avevo bisogno di un cartello! Ho camminato 3 chilometri avanti e indietro per andare in spiaggia! ! ! Perché nessuno ha comunicato in anticipo informazioni così importanti? 2. Sì è una spiaggia privata, i servizi sono ok, ma è in costruzione, ci sono più lavoratori che turisti e tutti hanno tirato il nastro giallo, è impossibile fare una foto, l'ambiente non è una vacanza stato affatto. 3. Originariamente era una camera con vista sul mare, ma il vetro era sporco e sembrava che fuori piovesse. . . Questa è la prima volta che incontro un hotel con vetri così sporchi. Anche la vista del mare era a 2 o 3 chilometri di distanza, ma tutto quello che potevo vedere era la rovina davanti a me. . . Al piano di sotto ci sono tutti i bungalow, un disastro, ehi. 4. C’è una piscina, è così piccola che mi vergogno troppo per entrarci. I bambini urlavano e giocavano nell'acqua e potevamo sentirli chiaramente all'ottavo piano. 5. Nella stanza, quando il condizionatore è acceso, sembra di entrare nella cabina di un aereo e il rumore è fortissimo. E deve essere regolato a 16 gradi per ottenere un po' di brezza fresca. Per non parlare dell'odore di fogna. Quando ho visto alcuni commenti su questo problema, ho pensato che non fosse un grosso problema. Oh mio Dio, è stata un'esperienza davvero dolorosa. Era anche estremamente umido, quindi ho dovuto asciugare il letto con un asciugacapelli prima di potermi sdraiare. 6. La reception non sapeva quali domande porre e non aveva nemmeno una mappa locale o un'introduzione alle attrazioni. Alla fine un addetto alla reception ci ha dato un'idea dicendo che sarebbe più conveniente noleggiare un'auto, che l'autista fornito dall'hotel è più affidabile e che in 5-6 ore possiamo visitare più di 10 di Le attrazioni più famose di Cebu. Dopo aver finito di giocare, sono quasi scoppiato in lacrime di gratitudine. Di conseguenza, siamo stati portati in giro per 6 ore e abbiamo visitato 2 attrazioni. Il resto del tempo è stato trascorso negli ingorghi. Abbiamo speso 5100p (quasi 700 RMB) su due attrazioni? ? ? Non è uno scherzo internazionale? Questo è il nostro quarto mese di viaggio e siamo stati in 5 o 6 paesi. Questa è la peggiore esperienza di alloggio che abbiamo mai avuto, principalmente a causa dei problemi di prezzo/prestazioni, e ci sono grossi problemi. Spero che non cadano tutti nella trappola."

"La stanza era pulita, confortevole e abbastanza spaziosa. C'era un mini armadio, un tavolino da caffè e una poltrona. Avevamo una Smart TV in camera e tramite quella potevamo accedere al mio account Netflix personale. C'erano un mini/frigorifero personale, un bollitore elettrico, tazze, bicchieri, cucchiaini, piattini, una piccola cassaforte, accappatoi, pantofole da hotel, articoli da toeletta di base e bustine di caffè, panna e zucchero all'interno della stanza. La colazione era deliziosa e la posizione dell'hotel in sé era eccellente. Avevano un servizio navetta per la spiaggia e circa 4 o 5 posti dove mangiare. Sono solo dispiaciuto che l'orario del check-in fosse alle 15:00 e quello del check-out alle 11:00. Mi sarebbe piaciuto rimanere un po' di più lì."

"La stanza che avevamo era la migliore, finora. Mi piace che abbia un soggiorno con TV e divano, cucina, toilette e bagno separati, così come una camera da letto. Quando stavamo per cucinare, abbiamo scoperto che c'era un problema con lo scarico. Sorprendentemente, sono stati rapidi a risolvere il problema. Vale la pena tornarci!"

"I spent four nights in the excecutive suite of the new wing and i was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and excellent standard of this beautiful resort near the airport, which was not noticeable at all (no planes flying over or near the location). The hotel staff was always attentive, friendly and helpful. The beach was kept clean, the schools of little fish in the water indicating its purity. The restaurant Allegro's breakfast buffet offered a variety of different cuisine to choose from: tasty , fresh, appetizingly displayed. i especially enjoyed the local filipino treats like puto and bibinki. In addition i thoroughly enjoyed my vegetarian pizza at Delfino's and the refreshing thrist-quenching freshly-made juices at the juiceBar. I received two very relaxing treatments by Ms.Aileen at the Spa, with its peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Housekeeper Ms.Rose was impeccable at making sure i always had new bottles of drinking water. Although i did not require her daily housekeeping, my room stayed clean , towels orderly and my laundry was in perfect condition , delivered on time. This beautiful Resort deserves a five star rating in my humble opinion. Bravo and Thank you Bluewater Maribago, i know where i will be staying when i come back to the Philippines in the near future."

"It gets too crowded especially during the buffet breakfast but at least they refill the food quite fast with great options. Love that they provide complimentary birthday greetings upon request. A lot of activities to choose from, entertainment at night with a fire dance as the highlight and pool options too. Place is indeed a 5 star experience."

"Wonderful place to stay at in Mactan. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant offers very tasty meals. The swimming pool is squeaky clean, with a view on the sea. Some may feel that it's a little far from the main road and the nightlife, but for our family with kids this was a definite plus. Tricycle rides take you easily wherever you need to be."

"This is our second time spending our staycation. What I loved about this place are the trees, pool and beach. The architectural landscape is so relaxing. There are lots of pools. The views are instagrammable everywhere. You can go outside anytime you want without worries of the UV sun rays because of the shades from trees. There are lots of staffs served our needs including the interns and they did it excellently and politely. I used to surprised my husband with a birthday cake in our breakfast buffet and the staffs accommodated my request to sing a ”Happy birthday” song for him with a cake. To my gratefulness, we just took a little slice of a cake and gave the rest to the staffs. I went to many resorts in the Philippines and this is one of my favorite. I will definitely be back soon."

"There’s no ocean view. Unless you hang off the small balcony that faces a wall. No Jacuzzi, no Onsen, and no smoking zone as advertised and instructed upon arrival. I was cooking bacon and, although I couldn’t hear any alarm, I had security staff insisting they enter the property to check. Fine. 5 minutes later, despite trying to eat, I had to ask them to leave when one of them wanted to take a photo of my meal. That’s intrusive, because it’s unnecessary, and I couldn’t wait to leave the building after that. The location is good, close to the shops and restaurants, the new museum being built, and 5 minutes away from the only open space, a vacant lot, the town as allocated as a smoking area. Unfortunately, it’s covered in cigarette butts and trash and from the moment you arrive the local girls stalk you. Awkward. This was fine for 4 days but not somewhere I would want to stay for longer or live."

"ホテルは広く非常に清潔で過ごしやすかったです。簡易キッチンもあるので、簡単な料理もできます。 同じ系列？なのか、隣のSoto Grande Hotelのプールやプライベートビーチも利用できるので、静かにのんびりするには良いと思います。 ただ場所がかなり外れにあるので、コンビニのようなところに買い物に行くにも非常に遠く、Grabもなかなか捕まりません。 私は事前に簡単な食糧や飲み物をスーパーで購入して持ち込んでました。ホテルの朝食は高いので、Grabで朝食を頼んでました。 価格はダウンタウンのホテルに比べると抜群に安いので、上手に過ごせばかなりコスパの良いホテルだと思います。"

"I brought my whole family to Be Resort for an overnight weekend get-away. We requested that the rooms be booked close to each other. They were so quick to accommodate and even gave us two rooms that are connected to each other. The rooms were clean, and the double beds were so comfortable. There’s hot and cold shower. There are a couple of machines in the gym that you can use if you need to exercise. You can enjoy a dip in the pool or at the beach. The breakfast buffet has good choices and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.  We enjoyed ourselves during our stay, and will definitely be coming back."
