Hotel sul mare a Lapu-Lapu

We enjoyed our stay at the resort, especially as a family with young children. However, the bathtub in our initial room in the ocean wing was clogged. Luckily, we were moved to another room in the same building. They managed the issue well and offered us some freebies from the resort. We will definitely return, as it has become our son's favorite resort in Cebu.

The best stay we had was at this resort in Cebu,we booked a villa and it was absolutely amazing experience. We had private room for our breakfast and had special cocktail and canapes which was amazing .The restaurant food was also so good.The in room breakfast Setup was done well ,all services in the villa was excellent . Resort is beautiful and very peaceful aswell.The spa treatment was excellent. Service for drop of to the airport was so convenient aswell. The staff are so lovely, friendly and so helpful.This place is a dream will definitely would love to come back and stay again.

I usually travel Asia because I love beaches and sceneries. I like the view and location. I went different places in Philippines coron, siargao, Boracay and I have been in Cebu 3 times. I had a great time only this last visit was not very memorable. I usually experienced a great hospitality and friendly staff, we encountered unfriendly staff and not very accommodating staff early morning on our first day in the hotel. I was surprised because I know that Filipinos are very accommodating, cheerful and very accommodating. This staff named Anton who’s a driver of a buggy who drives around the hotel to move and to visit the vicinity. Me and my family likes to see and visit different restaurants so we could try different cuisine but this driver couldn’t even smile and keeps on rejecting our requests. We just asked to wait because my aunt needs to get her medication for her allergy but he told us that he can’t wait and they can’t even wait a little while. But because I was afraid that my aunt could have been sick so I insisted and asked him to wait just a quick one. I even informed the manager whose name was Paige regarding our concern. Your establishment should have a more considerate staff. Hope this feedback will help. Thank you.

This turned out to be an incredible choice for our family; Though it is a refurbished property, the rooms' size is very good. The beach was nice and the most astonishing thing for us was the small rock formation near its beach, which hosted an incredible variety of fish and other forms of life. Just a pair of swimming googles or the snorkeling rental equipment here could get one ready in a matter of minutes from your room. The breakfast spread was good and the 'chocolate hour' in the afternoon was a hit amongst all kids and adults.

La posizione è perfetta. Puoi prendere qualsiasi trasporto pubblico e sarai li' quando uscirai. Il personale è molto ben formato, molto gentile e molto gentile. Per una spiaggia Lapu-lapu, la loro spiaggia è abbastanza pulita. Hanno un sacco di divano in salotto coperto per godere la spiaggia, anche sotto il sole.La piscina è piccola, ma si sente pulita. Abbiamo pagato un extra 500 per ottenere l'”aggiornamento” per la vista dell'oceano e è stato il nostro errore più grande che ci ha causato di perdere il sonno.Apparentemente, la stanza che ci era stata assegnata era parte di una stanza adiacente e l'isolamento sonoro era terribile. Tutto ciò che accade nell'altra stanza e, purtroppo, il coppia nell'altra stanza andava a suonare molto forte (la ragazza urlava) fino a circa 5 di mattina. Non consigliamo il buffet per colazione, soprattutto se paghi l'altre 1,100 per un'altra persona. Molte scelte, piatti di carne molto saldati e non sappiamo esattamente cosa l'ha causata, ma abbiamo avuto una stomaca dopo colazione.

L'hotel era spazioso, molto pulito e confortevole. C'era un angolo cottura, così ho potuto preparare pasti semplici. È anche possibile utilizzare la piscina e la spiaggia privata del Soto Grande Hotel, situato proprio accanto, che credo faccia parte della stessa catena, quindi è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi in pace e tranquillità. Tuttavia, essendo l'hotel piuttosto decentrato, è lontano dai minimarket e Grab è difficile da trovare. Ho portato con me del cibo e delle bevande di base dal supermercato. La colazione in hotel è costosa, quindi l'ho ordinata tramite Grab. Il prezzo è notevolmente più basso rispetto agli hotel del centro, quindi se pianificate il vostro soggiorno con attenzione, penso che sia un hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

We stayed at Vistamar Resort in Mactan from October 11–13, and overall, it was a wonderful and restful experience. The facilities are a bit outdated, but everything worked fine. Rooms were clean and comfortable, linens fresh, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The Wi-Fi connection was good, and we enjoyed having free access to Netflix in our room. Food was okay, and we appreciated the 30% discount for in-house guests at the restaurant. Corkage is allowed without any fees, which was a plus. They even gave us complimentary use of the billiards table for my daughter’s birthday—something we truly appreciated. The beach was clean and calm, perfect for swimming or relaxing. We hope the beach hours could be extended from 6 AM to 6 PM, so guests can enjoy early morning dips or sunset views. The pool area could use a bit more maintenance, but it’s not a big issue. Despite some aging facilities, the quiet, peaceful environment made it an ideal place to unwind. We’re grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back. 🫶🏻

Hotel carino . Bello e tranquillo, situato in un luogo abbastanza tranquillo . Ordinare taxi’s per uscire dal resort era comodo. Il colazione ha bisogno di un po 'di sapore. Il personale è stato utile. Hanno una guida di viaggio sul sito per aiutare con qualsiasi viaggio. Grande lavoro

The location was not ideal as it’s 2km from Mactan New Town. Getting a grab was not successful as no driver was nearby. Had to take the jeepney to and fro. The room was big and the aircon was working very well. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The swimming pool were clean and a Jacuzzi was available. A 7-11 convenience stall opposite the hotel was a life-saver.
