Hotel con colazione a Alessandria

Le strutture dell'hotel sono in generale buone, ma hanno pagato un extra per 1 camera, se non lo sono, il mio cliente non può andare fuori dall'hotel. Il ricevitore ha detto che abbiamo prenotato solo una stanza, mentre si è decisamente indicato nel voucher e ricevuta che abbiamo prenotato per due stanze. E hanno anche prelevato il mio cliente prima di lasciare l'hotel. appena uscito dall'hotel sul 26/12/2025. A parte questo problema di malcomunicazione, tutto va bene.

Il miglior hotel che abbia un'esperienza di soggiorno è il marchio di prima classe del mondo.C'è raro luce verde fuori dalla porta dell'hotel 🚦 La stanza è grande, la pianificazione di divisione, il bagno dell'hotel è Bright.I piatti per la colazione dell'hotel sono buoni, il gusto è molto buono 👍 Il personale di servizio è anche molto professionale.Il ristorante è in linea con il Mediterraneo, il paesaggio è bellissimo. Ogni servizio è soddisfacente.

Ho avuto un'esperienza molto deludente in questo hotel. Al mio arrivo, mi è stato detto che la mia prenotazione era stata ”cancellata per errore” e ho dovuto aspettare più di un'ora solo per avere la mia camera. Dopo aver letto le recensioni su Google, sembra che non sia l'unico: altri ospiti hanno avuto lo stesso problema e sono stati persino trasferiti in un hotel di qualità inferiore. Sebbene alla fine mi abbiano dato la camera che avevo prenotato, non mi hanno mai informato che il parcheggio custodito costa 300 EGP e me l'hanno comunicato solo al momento del check-out. Chiedere 300 EGP per il parcheggio in Egitto è davvero assurdo. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato frustrante e gestito male. Non consiglierei questo hotel.

I have stayed at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis many times, and I generally love Hilton properties wherever I go. I just checked out after a one-night stay at Hilton Corniche Alexandria. This stay was meant to help us decide which hotel to book for the remaining 13 nights of our trip. Unfortunately, Hilton Alexandria was not the right choice for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and meets the physical standards you’d expect from Hilton. However, the staff experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any Hilton property. Check-in was very slow, and no information was provided at all. We only discovered that the hotel had beach access by pure accident—after we had already checked out. At the buffet, service was extremely slow, with orders either missing or incorrect. Upon departure, I did what I always do: I called reception to confirm checkout and ensure there was no outstanding balance. I was clearly told everything was settled and that we were free to leave. After we had already left the hotel, a valet ran after me and my wife in the street and asked us to return because “they wanted to talk.” We were brought back only to be lectured by a reception employee (female, dark hair, glasses) about how I should have come to the desk despite already calling. There was no issue, no balance, and nothing to resolve—she simply lectured me and then let us go. This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. She could have easily checked the room balance herself instead of calling us back in such a cheap and embarrassing way

Bell'hotel con un'ottima posizione e, cosa più importante, il servizio dell'hotel è davvero ottimo, soggiorno sempre in questo hotel e continuerò a farlo

The hotel has great potential and a wonderful location, which could make it an excellent option for travelers visiting Alexandria. It offers good value for money in theory, but unfortunately, the current management does not fully reflect this potential. Some aspects of service need significant improvement — starting from the reception and housekeeping to the kitchen and café plus an operating free wifi. The staff seem to be doing their best, but they clearly need stronger professional guidance and management oversight to meet the standards expected from a hotel in such a prime location. During my stay, parts of the hotel were under renovation, and the construction work caused some disturbance throughout the day. While it’s understandable that improvements require time, better scheduling or communication with guests would have made the experience more comfortable. Overall, the hotel could become a top choice in Alexandria with proper management and attention to guest comfort. I truly hope the owners invest in professional leadership to make the most of this great property.

Персонал дружелюбный, в номере было чисто, постельное бельё свежее, спасибо персоналу за то, что позволили оставить на ресепшене мою сумку до вечера, у меня был вечерний автобус до Каира, расположение неплохое, в принципе недалеко от набережной, это когда уже сориентируешься, добирался до автовокзала на местной маршрутке, очень удобно и дешево, когда у тебя только ручная кладь.

Il vento è molto cattivo.Nella maggior parte degli hotel non c'è soluzione al problema.  Le strutture del bagno con il Jacuzzi Sona Club. E' strano sul turismo.

La colazione è servita in stile locale, ed è un po' grossa per un vecchio 4 stelle 3.5 Star. Devi fumare nel lobby ㅎㅎㅎ Ma non voglio andare di nuovo la prossima volta. Forse tutte le camere hanno una vista sul mare, ma la forza più grande è ottenere una camera con una veranda.
