FFoo trip reviewThe rooms are new but The environment outside the rooms and lobby are not great. Problem is u must get past the old main building to get to the hotel lobby. So the entire ambience is ruined. The hotel lobby and amenities were good and new. But the lift interior from ground floor to the hotel lobby (level 8) were so old. Service stuff: v polite and tried their best to answer all questions. Front desk was prompt in attending to my requests. Unfortunately, it was a little harder to sleep through at times because the room was near the elevator (?). It sounded like pulley machines were operating around 5/6am. I really don’t know what it was. Overall, I would still give atour chain a chance since they seem to put in effort in terms of their amenities and keeping the room clean but I would lookout for one that is in a much better location and where the building is much newer. r

PPei Hua LinIl giorno in cui mi sono trasferito da Sofitel al mattino e mi sono trasferito in un altro hotel, mi sono reso conto che mi mancava uno dei miei orecchini. Ho informato Jerry al Reception di questo e ha immediatamente informato il custode di casa per cercarlo e ha preso i dettagli del mio prossimo hotel, in modo che potesse mandare il mio orecchio se trovato. Poco dopo, mi ha scritto per dire che non hanno avuto successo, ma continueranno a cercare, e lo hanno fatto. La sera, Jerry mi ha chiamato a informare che hanno trovato il mio orecchio nella stalla della doccia e lo manderà all'hotel in cui sono attualmente. Apprezzo davvero i loro sforzi per prendere seriamente la questione e non rinunciare dopo la prima ricerca fallita. Questo non è il primo caso che Jerry ha fornito un ottimo servizio clienti. Quando mi sono iscritto per la prima volta, avevo organizzato alcune acquisti online da consegnare a Sofitel in anticipo, ma poiché non avevo un numero locale, i corrieri non potevano contattarmi. Jerry ha aiutato a contattare i corrieri e i pacchetti sono stati inviati all'hotel entro quel giorno. In generale, nonostante il fatto che il centro commerciale vicino all'hotel è come una città fantasma con negozi vuoti, Sofitel Haikou è un hotel meraviglioso che consiglio ai viaggiatori.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato in questo resort per 4 notti all'inizio di maggio mentre i miei figli (età 9 e 11) erano in vacanza. Lo amavano. Si godevano davvero della piscina, delle primavera, del colazione e del buffet. Il ristorante sushi è anche buono. I bambini amavano le scivolate e il corso di ostacolo nella zona della piscina. Ci sono tante fonti qui, con temperature diverse, in modo da poter scegliere di immergersi in una fredda o una calda. E sono rotte in regioni (Asia, Europa, America, Africa). Il servizio che abbiamo ricevuto era grande, tutti molto utile, e Jordan era molto chiaro a me riguardo a ciò che era incluso nella nostra prenotazione e come accedere a questi articoli. Ci sono state molte altre famiglie nel resort, perché era un periodo di vacanza, ma non era troppo pieno, e lo consiglierei certamente agli altri. Vicino a Mission Hills Centreville (area di shopping al dettaglio), Feng Xiaogang Movie Town (con vecchi set cinesi ricreati) e Splash City (un grande parco acquatico), la foto è vista dalla nostra stanza.

RRisa LimHo soggiornato qui per una notte. È stato un soggiorno piacevole. L'hotel emanava un'atmosfera datata che ho apprezzato. Il personale era cortese. I servizi erano sufficienti. C'era anche una piccola struttura termale pubblica appena fuori dall'hotel e una vasca che puoi riempire con acqua termale nella tua camera d'albergo. Diverse varietà di cibo servite durante la colazione. La posizione è comoda per andare a Qilou Old Street. Abbiamo preso un taxi.

CCharleneBWe chose Sheraton Haikou due to the great reviews, especially from helpful staff, close to the beach, and activities for children. Our stay was for 1 week. Disappointments: 1) Absence and failed service of front desk staff 2) No help with luggage (really needed it) 3) Room cleaning could have been better. 4) Communication, there was almost never English staff available. Additionally, no one once checked in on us. Maybe I’m being petty but if guests stay long you’d wanna check if they need anything or just if they’re okay. At checkout, they looked more annoyed and just wanted to get rid of me. I asked about my Marriott membership & the lady was dismissive. 5) Poorly winter holiday program for kids. Different from the advertised program on trip.com. 6) Checkout was delayed because they couldn’t find my booking. Very weird. Eventually they spoke to someone who helped me and found the booking. How is this possible considering that I’ve been there for a week? Great things: 1) location: it’s right on the beach, not far from airport and other places to explore 2. Location: it was very calm and relaxing, which is why we chose Haikou as opposed to Sanya. No heavy crowds, except when going to touristy places can expect some crowd but still manageable 3. Free photoshoot was fun and good way to create memories 4. Hot pool was a good way to make up for being in a pool, we loved it 5. Western restaurant was fine, had some good options. 6. Little play center for kids 7. Large grounds for kids to run around and to enjoy outdoors. 8. Accommodating: we were assigned a room on the 5th floor but on arrival it had a strong mould odour from the moment you exit the elevator. Was so bad when I entered the room, I instantly got a headache. All rooms have no windows, only a balcony door but be aware of bugs and spiders. We immediately got moved to a room on the 4th floor, less odour and no smell in the room. 9) Entertainment: live music at night Would I go again? Yes, especially since I know what to expect. Or try another hotel in the same area. Overall, we were happy to be by the seaside and explore places in Haikou.
