We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, and it was a truly wonderful experience. First of all, I want to note the high-quality service, the cleanliness of the hotel, and, of course, the amazing approach to room decor. The robes, slippers, and other details were absolutely perfect. The daily dessert served in your room envelops you in an atmosphere of care and the feeling of coming to your mother's. Guys, this is truly magical. I travel often, and often the windows and curtains in hotels are very dirty, but in this case, everything was clean. It's hard to keep a room like this perfectly clean; it has glossy furniture, light elements, mirrors, and glass. But everything was perfect here, too. I wish breakfast ended at 11, since we like to sleep in the morning. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Haikou West Coast. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. The location is peaceful yet convenient, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a great choice for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Hotel fantastico. Belle viste di Haikou ovunque si giri, se si mangia colazione, check-in o riposo nella tua stanza. La posizione è buona, passeggiata a pochi parchi, ristoranti e caffè. Un breve taxi a Qilou Old Street. La stanza stessa era senza spot e aveva tutto quello che avete bisogno. Amazing breakfast, eccellente sala da ginnastica e zona di piscina. Non ho provato il bagno, ma anche sembrava buono.

Clean and comfortable hotel room. Fairly convenient and easy to get to many other places from the hotel.

location of hotel was situation right above a mall, it was very convenient to get to the qilou old quarters as well. I opted for daily breakfast where they will send me my breakfast with the in-house robot right outside my room. Communications with the front desk was also very efficient as well as there is a built in comms button in your room. Daily housekeeping was done for me and everyone was very pleasant and nice to interact with. Only one note is that the walls are rather thin so if you're a light sleeper you should bring earplugs. I slept well, im a heavy sleeper :D

Non so da dove cominciare, un posto surreale. Enorme. C'è di tutto. Zona piscina interna grandissima e bellissima. Zona piscina fuori non usufruita perché era inverno. C'è anche una zona centro commerciale negozi, per lo più negozi per il golf, ma non sembra davvero di essere in un hotel. Camere bellissime Colazione strepitosa La zona termale è molto diversa da quelle che abbiamo in Italia, molto grande anche se un po' ripetitiva. L'unica parte con gli idromassaggi è la parte a America. Il resto sono per lo più vasche di acqua a dicesse temperature. Area termale enorme. C'è anche una parte al coperto. Mettere in conto di camminare molto. Nel complesso è stata una bellissima esperienza, certamente un'esperienza unica

L'esperienza complessiva del mio soggiorno è stata molto piacevole.
