Hotel con colazione a Haikou

Ci siamo divertiti a Yatter, grazie a Kiki, che è stato molto utile e responsabile, che ha migliorato la nostra stanza e ha risolto i miei problemi anche prima di arrivare. Penso che sia ancora un buon valore considerando tutte le strutture e i servizi, anche se è lontano dal centro della città, ma preferiamo stare in un posto tranquillo e bello come Yatter per una migliore qualità.

The rooms are new but The environment outside the rooms and lobby are not great. Problem is u must get past the old main building to get to the hotel lobby. So the entire ambience is ruined. The hotel lobby and amenities were good and new. But the lift interior from ground floor to the hotel lobby (level 8) were so old. Service stuff: v polite and tried their best to answer all questions. Front desk was prompt in attending to my requests. Unfortunately, it was a little harder to sleep through at times because the room was near the elevator (?). It sounded like pulley machines were operating around 5/6am. I really don’t know what it was. Overall, I would still give atour chain a chance since they seem to put in effort in terms of their amenities and keeping the room clean but I would lookout for one that is in a much better location and where the building is much newer. r

Novotel Hotel West Coast Haikou offers excellent service, with receptionists who are very supportive, professional, and welcoming. The staff are especially friendly and patient with kids and elderly guests, making everyone feel comfortable and well cared for. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a pleasant stay. All hotel facilities are kept clean and organized, reflecting high standards of hygiene. The hotel is in a great location near shopping malls, with plenty of eateries and dining options.

Il giorno in cui mi sono trasferito da Sofitel al mattino e mi sono trasferito in un altro hotel, mi sono reso conto che mi mancava uno dei miei orecchini. Ho informato Jerry al Reception di questo e ha immediatamente informato il custode di casa per cercarlo e ha preso i dettagli del mio prossimo hotel, in modo che potesse mandare il mio orecchio se trovato. Poco dopo, mi ha scritto per dire che non hanno avuto successo, ma continueranno a cercare, e lo hanno fatto. La sera, Jerry mi ha chiamato a informare che hanno trovato il mio orecchio nella stalla della doccia e lo manderà all'hotel in cui sono attualmente. Apprezzo davvero i loro sforzi per prendere seriamente la questione e non rinunciare dopo la prima ricerca fallita. Questo non è il primo caso che Jerry ha fornito un ottimo servizio clienti. Quando mi sono iscritto per la prima volta, avevo organizzato alcune acquisti online da consegnare a Sofitel in anticipo, ma poiché non avevo un numero locale, i corrieri non potevano contattarmi. Jerry ha aiutato a contattare i corrieri e i pacchetti sono stati inviati all'hotel entro quel giorno. Questo significava davvero molto per me avere un'assistenza così utile e affidabile per un viaggio di prima volta a Haikou. Grazie, Jerry! Vorrei anche complimentarmi con la squadra di servizio di Sofitel. La diffusione è molto ampia, e essendo lì per quasi una settimana, apprezzo davvero che cambino alcuni degli articoli in modo che si ottiene varietà. E il personale è molto attento e utile. Non solo si ricordano la mia preferenza al caffè, ma mi portano sempre alla mia tavola preferita dove posso godere della meravigliosa vista. In generale, nonostante il fatto che il centro commerciale vicino all'hotel è come una città fantasma con negozi vuoti, Sofitel Haikou è un hotel meraviglioso che consiglio ai viaggiatori.

漢堡小姐姐服務很好，服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔，酒店裝修很好，設計感很強，四樓就是餐廳，五樓就是麻將包廂，七樓有洗衣房和健身房，大廳寬敞氣派，網絡速度飛快，停車場大到根本不用愁車位！庭院裏綠意盎然，一步一景。裝修風格充滿設計感，配色、燈光、傢俱搭配都看得出花了心思，細節之處非常精緻，整體氛圍既高級又舒適，

One of the best 5 star hotel i have stayed. Cleaningless is good except carpet has weird smell. Location is great! Had a great shopping spree in the outlet nearby (shutter bus provided by hotel) there is many good buy in big brands like Adidas, Guess, Fila, Gap, CK and underamour etc. The restaurant in the outlet is well reasonable priced. Amenities is superb. The swimming pool is big and loaded with lots of fun play which my boys enjoyed. The hot spring included in the package is on another level! My family has a a great time exploring the wide big different type of hot springs. Wish we had stayed couple more days to fully explore it. Breakfast can be improved by adding more varieties but still considered acceptable. The dinner buffet is fabulous! The only thing is service can be improved if they help assign the tables. There is many varieties and they are not stingy with expensive ingredients like small lobsters, lamb/beef satay, roast bake oyster, 4 types of japanese sashimi. They provide beer too! Concierge service is nice and friendly unlike some 7 star hotel concierge act high and mighty in Haitang Bay. They went extra mile to provide dessert and fruit patter for us. Although we rejected it as we dont take it, i appreciate the service. Their concierge is friendly and explain the shutter bus service timing and location to us. Definitely recommend to stay here for a longer period. Do select the package that include free buffet dinner. You will not regret it. Heard from other guest that its a golf heaven but i do not have enough time to try it as only stay for 1 day. In future will give a try.

Ho soggiornato qui per una notte. È stato un soggiorno piacevole. L'hotel emanava un'atmosfera datata che ho apprezzato. Il personale era cortese. I servizi erano sufficienti. C'era anche una piccola struttura termale pubblica appena fuori dall'hotel e una vasca che puoi riempire con acqua termale nella tua camera d'albergo. Diverse varietà di cibo servite durante la colazione. La posizione è comoda per andare a Qilou Old Street. Abbiamo preso un taxi.

Spacious king room. Toilet bowl flushes not working the best - takes a lot of time to be able to flush the next round. Apart from that, stay was good with friendly staff around. Not the most impressed with cleanliness - there were two staff who came up wanting to retrieve something from the toilet. The staff who entered our room and toilet wore shoes inside the entire time. We had to request the 2nd staff to help us clean the areas he stepped on. Makes us wonder if they usually clean the room while wearing outside shoes.

L'esperienza complessiva del mio soggiorno è stata molto piacevole. Il maggiordomo Zirong è stato attento e premuroso, presentandoci proattivamente le strutture dell'hotel, i punti salienti delle attrazioni circostanti e vari servizi accessori. Prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha gentilmente informato sui periodi di punta per gli spostamenti mattutini e serali e per la colazione a buffet, permettendoci di pianificare il nostro tempo in modo efficace ed evitare la seccatura di lunghe attese. È sempre stato cordiale e ha risposto prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta.

L'hotel dispone di 6 piani con 1 ascensore. Camera media dimensione. Piastrelle grandi, letto Regina con 2 piastrelle, 2 tavoli laterali. 1 tavolo rotondo con sedie. Std con tazze di carta. Lavanderia ha 1 lavastoviglie e 1 asciugacapelli. Bagno/toiletta separata, bagno, asciugacapelli. Mat di asciugacapelli. Più piccola ma OK. Acqua fuori e bagno bagnato anche se separato. Nessuna doccia pioggia. Big scarpe. Gli appatti e i ganci. Stivali di potenza non ben posizionati. Buona posizione al di là del parco popolare. Buss ovunque, tra cui la stazione ferroviaria e l'aeroporto. Molto stazioni alimentari, ristoranti, negozi di comodità, negozi commerciali vicino. Molto popolare hotel.Colazione semplice ma buona.
