Hotel con colazione a Haikou

The breakfast variety is very comprehensive and tasty, definitely matching a 5-star hotel standard! There is a great mix of international, Chinese, and local Hainan cuisine. We loved the small bowls of Hainan noodles, which they rotate daily; I enjoyed a different type of noodle on both days. Since I did not have a Chinese phone number, I faced some problems paying a special promotional breakfast price for one of my children. Ms Lisa Wang kindly helped me resolve it. She was there on both days and remembered my payment issue from the previous day! This hotel is perfectly suited for families with young children. Our kids loved the amenities so much and there was plenty to do, meaning they were never bored. We went to the outdoor water playground every day. On Level 2, there is an indoor playground for kids, a mini obstacle course, and four VR arcade machines—the kids had so much fun! Ms Jiang Yulu and Ms Alice Tang were on duty there, and they were incredibly patient with the children. They even kindly allowed my kids to play multiple VR game rounds because my little boy was crying after playing one fewer round than his sister. At the basement level, the kids could visit the gym, the indoor swimming pool, a mini indoor water playground, and play table tennis or Chinese chess. On our last day, knowing that we were checking out, Ms Lisa immediately arranged pick up for our luggage from the room so that we could head straight to the airport right after breakfast. It was a wonderful stay at an excellent hotel with super friendly frontline staff—from the cleaning ladies to the housekeeping team. All of them greeted us with a smile. The housekeeping lady on the 15th floor (during my two night stay) constantly checked in with us whenever she saw us in the corridor to ask when it would be convenient to make up our room. We had to keep changing the time with her because the kids were having so much fun with the hotel's family-friendly facilities! Every night, we came back to an immaculately cleaned room, along with a complimentary night-time dessert for two people.

Had an amazing stay at Novotel! The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet, which made it really comfortable and relaxing. I also enjoyed the gym facilities and found the laundry service very convenient. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again :)

Every recommendation was a real treat, showcasing true VVIP bespoke butler-style service that made my trip even more special. I have traveled extensively across Asia, and I can confidently say that MOS Hotel Haikou holds a unique charm that is hard to find elsewhere. Moreover, during my stay, I was fortunate enough to participate in special edition events that showcased the island's vibrant culture and creativity. La struttura della camera non è la migliore, ma la dimensione è piuttosto decente.Anche se le strutture della camera sono un po 'vecchia, il personale amichevole e i servizi gratuiti che forniscono rende il soggiorno davvero benvenuto. Ho avuto un pick-up gratuito dall'aeroporto e un colazione gratuita. Sono rimasto lì per 5 giorni e mi hanno aiutato a lavarmi i vestiti più mi hanno dato un giro gratuito all'aeroporto quando sono partito.

One of the best 5 star hotel i have stayed. Cleaningless is good except carpet has weird smell. Location is great! Had a great shopping spree in the outlet nearby (shutter bus provided by hotel) there is many good buy in big brands like Adidas, Guess, Fila, Gap, CK and underamour etc. The restaurant in the outlet is well reasonable priced. Amenities is superb. The swimming pool is big and loaded with lots of fun play which my boys enjoyed. The hot spring included in the package is on another level! My family has a a great time exploring the wide big different type of hot springs. Wish we had stayed couple more days to fully explore it. Breakfast can be improved by adding more varieties but still considered acceptable. The dinner buffet is fabulous! The only thing is service can be improved if they help assign the tables. There is many varieties and they are not stingy with expensive ingredients like small lobsters, lamb/beef satay, roast bake oyster, 4 types of japanese sashimi. They provide beer too! Concierge service is nice and friendly unlike some 7 star hotel concierge act high and mighty in Haitang Bay. They went extra mile to provide dessert and fruit patter for us. Although we rejected it as we dont take it, i appreciate the service. Their concierge is friendly and explain the shutter bus service timing and location to us. Definitely recommend to stay here for a longer period. Do select the package that include free buffet dinner. You will not regret it. Heard from other guest that its a golf heaven but i do not have enough time to try it as only stay for 1 day. In future will give a try.

We booked the family-friendly kids’ room, which was absolutely adorable and came with an extra bed for our 6-year-old. The room was very spacious and even included a separate play/mahjong area, complete with a cute little tent that our child loved. La stanza stessa era molto pulita, e la vista della città dalle finestre era bella, soprattutto di notte.Abbiamo fatto una visita video della stanza, in modo che alcune delle immagini possano sembrare leggermente confuse. L'hotel dispone anche di una piccola sala da letto per bambini sul primo piano, che è davvero carina e un grande bonus per le famiglie. Il personale era molto amichevole e rispondeva, soprattutto alla squadra di front desk e a Xiao Liang, che rispondevano a tutte le mie domande e sono state molto utili. La notte scorsa, dovevo usare la lavanderia, ma ho avuto problemi a trovare le impostazioni della macchina. Anche se era tardi, un membro del personale venne in piedi molto rapidamente e mi ha mostrato pazientemente come usare la lavatrice un ottimo servizio. La posizione è un altro grande plus. Il Parco People’s è vicino all’hotel, e ci piaceva andare ogni mattina per vedere i locali esercitare e socializzare. Ci sono anche molti centri commerciali e negozi nelle vicinanze, tutti a piedi, rendendo facile e divertente esplorare e negozio di finestre. Restereremo qui la prossima volta che visiteremo Haikou. Il primo piano dell'hotel ha anche una piccola zona di divertimento per bambini, molto carina, che è un punto molto intimo per la famiglia con i bambini. Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e rispondente rapidamente, soprattutto alcune sorelle e piccoli dipendenti della reception.Hanno risposto con pazienza e dettaglio a tutte le mie domande e il servizio è molto attento. Abbiamo bisogno di usare la lavastoviglie l'ultima notte del nostro soggiorno, ma non posso usare la lavastoviglie.Anche se è troppo tardi, il personale è ancora in alto presto. Mi insegna personalmente come usare la lavastoviglie. Il servizio è davvero molto intimo. La posizione geografica è anche fantastica.Accanto all'hotel è il parco popolare. Andiamo a fare una passeggiata al parco ogni mattina, guardando la gente locale che si fa sentire bene, divertirsi e vivere. Ci sono anche molti negozi e centri commerciali intorno. È possibile raggiungere un passo, molto adatto per le strade di caccia e per esplorare casualmente. La prossima volta che torniamo al mare, sceliamo di vivere qui.

L'esperienza complessiva del mio soggiorno è stata molto piacevole. Il maggiordomo Zirong è stato attento e premuroso, presentandoci proattivamente le strutture dell'hotel, i punti salienti delle attrazioni circostanti e vari servizi accessori. Prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha gentilmente informato sui periodi di punta per gli spostamenti mattutini e serali e per la colazione a buffet, permettendoci di pianificare il nostro tempo in modo efficace ed evitare la seccatura di lunghe attese. È sempre stato cordiale e ha risposto prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta.

L'hotel dispone di 6 piani con 1 ascensore. Camera media dimensione. Piastrelle grandi, letto Regina con 2 piastrelle, 2 tavoli laterali. 1 tavolo rotondo con sedie. Std con tazze di carta. Lavanderia ha 1 lavastoviglie e 1 asciugacapelli. Bagno/toiletta separata, bagno, asciugacapelli. Mat di asciugacapelli. Più piccola ma OK. Acqua fuori e bagno bagnato anche se separato. Nessuna doccia pioggia. Big scarpe. Gli appatti e i ganci. Stivali di potenza non ben posizionati. Buona posizione al di là del parco popolare. Buss ovunque, tra cui la stazione ferroviaria e l'aeroporto. Molto stazioni alimentari, ristoranti, negozi di comodità, negozi commerciali vicino. Molto popolare hotel.Colazione semplice ma buona.
