Hotel con colazione a Grindelwald

這是我近期唯一一個幾乎給滿分的酒店吧，很大的一個感受就是感覺這裏的服務人員都非常的熱愛自己的工作，每個人都洋溢着幸福和熱情，對顧客的照顧是非常細心入微的。 比如我們入住的時候會送welcome drink，我們離店的時候主動詢問是不是要去火車站並且給我們指了個很近的路，電梯裏遇到的清潔阿姨也非常熱情並且拿着紙質的小本本在寫什麼，我喜歡這種紙質的感覺而不是到處都是電子設備。每一個服務人員都非常熱情，包括餐廳的員工也是。退房的時候還送了我們兩塊巧克力，包裝也非常漂亮，並且奶味非常濃郁。 酒店的設施也非常非常完善細節，比如大廳裏有一個放了很多保暖毯子的框，為了想在大廳外面的觀景陽台觀景的顧客保持温暖，房間裏的mini bar也是抽拉式的，不是那種開門冰箱，顧客就不用蹲下去找飲料，非常人性化，房間裏還準備了爆米花，唯一一個我覺得可以改進的地方就是是站在浴缸裏洗澡我感覺有點安全隱患。 早餐的煙燻三文魚我超級喜歡，非常之好吃，正餐每天都有special menu。 酒店離夢幻山坡大概就三五分鐘路程，下樓即達。

The service at this hotel is truly five-star. Every staff member, including the bartender, was warm, genuine, and impeccable. I didn’t have high expectations for hotels in Grindelwald, but the service here absolutely meets luxury hotel standards. They even arranged a complimentary car to pick me up from another nearby hotel where I was visiting a friend, and upgraded my room. The room was spotless, and the bathroom facilities were modern and very clean. I sincerely give my highest praise.

酒店在grindelwald 另一端上坡，不太近Grindelwald station and Coop，好在門口就係bus 121,122,123，不過一開始自己見Google map話係train station行15分鐘only，點知推行李上斜坡都幾辛苦😂 好在近Pfingstegg 和 First 纜車站，而少女峰就要either 搭bus 121,123或train to Grindelwald Terminal station，轉Eiger Cable car，一係就照去Grindelwald station，坐Train去Kleine Scheidegg 雖然住最高4/F，但房間冇冷氣，d蟲入哂房🫨 但風景係靚既，房又大，最衰冇雪櫃，只能夠在房煮下麵 早餐本身以為好少野食，但有得單獨order hot drink and egg，都幾好食 雖然見酒店餐廳dinner好似好多人贊，但太貴了，最平係4-course menu個d fine din，都要過CHF100

Questo hotel è molto buono, più tranquillo e confortevole in metà montagna che in hotel vicino alla strada.La stanza è al vertice della montagna.Con il proprio parcheggio, la colazione può essere mangiata fino alle 11:00, molti tipi sono molto diversi, e ci sono cibo caldo.Non c'è problema di continuare a fermarsi dopo la partenza e andare a giocare fino alla sera.Il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta. Almost Perfect Stay at Hotel Alpenhof Absolutely stunning mountain view from the balcony of our suite. So breathtaking yet so serene. About 10 min walk down hill brings us to lively village of Grindelwald with all its shops n restaurants n cafes n supermarket. Cannot ask for a better location. Having said that, without a car, it can be quite challenging to take our luggages uphill to the hotel. Breakfast is another highlight of our stay. Fantastic selection of cheeses n eggs n bread n yogurt n everything. Delicious. Our suite is clean n comfortable n spacious. WiFi is stable. The only “negative” I have for our 4-night stay is that the glasses/mugs we used in our room were occasionally not cleaned for us after each day. It is a bit strange. All in all, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to other travelers.

Se ti piacciono le montagne e le viste, è fantastico. Il servizio è eccellente e il trattamento di accoglienza è molto piacevole. Devi tenere presente che non vai a un hotel di lusso, vai a un hotel di montagna, e tutto è conforme: buon riscaldamento, parcheggio vicino alla porta, ristorante, hai il ferrovia da salire e scendere proprio vicino alla porta, ecc.

스위스 여행에서 저를 울고 웃게 했던 숙소입니다 :) 먼저 시설만 보자면 생긴지 얼마 안 돼서 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 엘리베이터도 있고, 주방도 사용가능한데 식기며 기기며 거의 없는 게 없었어요. 요리하는 데 전혀 문제가 없었고요. 위치는 그린델발트 역에서 걸어서 가면 매우 멀고요, 버스타면 가까운 거리입니다. 🌟첫날 짐들고 걸어서 간다는 생각은 일단 버리세요.🌟 절대 짐들고 올라갈 수 없는 수직 하이킹입니다. 버스 시간 꼭 확인하셔서 타고 가시길 바라고요 (SBB 어플 사용하시면 편합니다) 숙소에서 그린델발트 게스트카드 주니까 공짜로 버스타실 수 있어요. (저는 융프라우VIP 쿠폰이 있어서 사용하진 않았지만요.) 제가 울었던 이유는: 1) 도착하자마자 아무도 없어서 전화걸며 1시간 가량 기다렸으나 아무도 받지 않고 오지 않음, 묵는 분들이 있어서 겨우 로비에서 기다림, 노트북에 다른 번호가 있어서 전화 걸었지만 받지 않음. 2) 기다리던 중 한 남자분께 전화와서 다짜고짜 왜 전화했냐고 함. 체크인 하려고 한다고 하니 오늘 풀 북킹인데 무슨 소리하냐고 함. 내 예약번호 알려 주니 일단 알겠다고 했고, 후에 밖에서 뛰어들어오시면서 여권달라고함. 미안하다는 말은 한 마디도 하지 않았음. (여기에서 매우 화가났습니다.) 어쨌건 결론적으로는 트립닷컴에는 예약 내역이 있지만 본인의 시스템에는 없다면서 제가 그걸 확인해 보게 하고, 방이 없으니 본인이 어떻게든 해보겠다고 함. 근데 태도가 미안해서 어찌저찌 해보겠다는 태도가 아니라 나에게 짜증을 내는 듯한 태도였음. 3)결국 매우 어렵게 방을 만들어 주었다는 듯이 생색내면서 방키를 주었고 우리는 1시간을 기다린 것에 대해 미안하다는 말도, 어떤 보상도 없는게 매우 억울했지만 빨리 방에서 쉬고 싶어서 키를 가지고 올라왔음. 근데 사진에 있듯 테라스가 없는 방을 줌... 분명 내가 결제한 방은 예약화면에 테라스가 있었고 난 그것만을 생각하며 예약한 거라 따지러 갔더니 내가 예약한 방이 그 방이라고 함. (분명 방을 만들어서 준거라고 했는데 내려가서 따지니 그 방이 원래 배정할 방이었다고...) 4)그러면서 ’부킹닷컴‘ 예약화면 사진을 보여주면서 그 방은 테라스가 있을수도 있고 없을 수도 있다는 걸 펄펄 뛰면서 강조하는데, 문제는 나는 ‘트립닷컴’에서 결제했고, 트립닷컴에서 내가 예약한 타입의 방의 사진은 모두 테라스가 있었음. 그렇게 얘기하니 엄청 화를 내면서 무료로 취소해 줄테니 마음에 안 들면 나가라고 함. 솔직히 말해서 난 이 말이 매우 협박으로 들렸고, 그 남자의 태도에 겁을 먹어서 나에게 혹시나 해꼬지를 할까 겁날 정도였음. 내가 여자고 아시안이기 때문에 이렇게 위협적인 태도로 말하는 걸까라고 의심하기도 함. [나는 이사실을 부킹닷컴 고객센터에 알렸고 지금은 내가 선택한 방 예약화면에 테라스가 없는 방 사진도 포함되어 있는 걸로 바뀜] 아무튼 이러한 이유로 매우 화가나고 울적한 상태로 스위스 여행을 시작했네요. ㅠ ㅠ 이 방은 테라스가 없고 구글 후기에 누군가 남긴 것 처럼 나무뷰 입니다... ㅋㅋ 다음에 다시 간다면 이 방이 걸릴까 걱정할 바에 그냥 한 단계 위 방으로 선택할 것 같긴하네요. 그리고 화장실과 욕실이 같이 붙어있는 데 그걸 3개의 방이 같이 쓰는 구조였어요~ 참고하세요.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! Everyone wore a smile as they greeted us. The location is great and the view of the mountains is unbeatable. Will definitely be staying here again on our trip back! Shuttle service is super convenient (Joao was great and unmatched driver) getting to and from hotel/station.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel per 4 giorni. L'ubicazione era molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e accessibile agli autobus. Il personale era tutto molto utile e accogliente. L'immagine dell'hotel nel vostro annuncio era piuttosto ingannevole. L'hotel era vecchio e composto di legno molto vecchio. Anche se l'interno era moderno in stile, la stanza non era davvero un buon posto per rilassarsi / dormire in perché posso sentire i passi alti della stanza sopra la nostra e i rumori delle camere adiacenti.Nessun ascensore o ascensore disponibile. Non raccomandato per il turista anziano. È necessario prendere dal pavimento vicino all'ufficio servizi come caldaia per l'acqua calda e distributore d'acqua. La colazione ha una varietà di cibo servito ogni giorno. L'unica consolazione è stata l'incantevole visione della vergine e del trasporto accessibile.

The hotel was located in the middle of the hill, just like many of the hotels in Grindelwald. There was free bus in the area so it was easy getting up and down. Yet, the bus service stops at around 6 or 7pm, and you will have to walk up the hill from the train station for about 20 minutes. Also, potentially because it was in the middle of the mountain or it was winter, it felt very dry in the middle of the night. It would be nice if there can be a humidifier in the room. However, the view of the room is absolutely worth it. You can look at mountains like Eigerblick just from your room and the breakfast buffet, and it is extremely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet included was decent, with fruits, bread, cereal, some hot food and drinks. In particular the eggs were very nicely done. The bathroom looks a bit old-fashioned and narrow, with slightly insufficient lighting, but overall it was clean and good. The service was generally good. We were greeted with great smiles and friendliness by the reception and staff at the breakfast buffet. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would recommend it:)
